Brandon grew up in my town in Iowa. He moved to Phoenix to begin a career in personal training. He was kind enough to write me up a routine to work on at home during COVID when gyms were closed. Brandon customs each persons workout to your individual goal. He is able to accommodate physical conditions such as a hurt back or ankle that are either temporary or permanent and still give you a phenomenal workout. He trains all age ranges with integrity & results. I have used Brandon 3 times a week for 10+ years. He is a necessity. The scheduled time slot makes me accountable & actually use him. Your job is consistency. You will see results.

Met Brandon a few years back when we lived at the same apartment complex. Ended up doing some training with him and loved it. Super laid back, pushes you, but not overly annoying like some of those trainers. Guy knows his stuff and I still see him once a week even though his gym is like 30 miles away, it's worth it. Highly recommend!

I have known Brandon for 12 years. He has been a wonderful trainer, person and friend. He is knowledgeable, kind, funny and has trained me through a broken foot ,broken toes, old knee injury and sciatica. I have had several other trainers in the past but none of them come close to the quality of Brandon's personalized workouts. Brandon truly cares about every client he has. He is constantly furthering his education to make sure his clients are receiving the best quality workouts and results possible. I have steadily been training with Brandon for 3 times a week for the last 12 years! He is extremely knowledgeable and spends a lot of time customizing his programs to each individual, taking into consideration their age, goals, injuries, etc.
He is professional but so much fun, extremely accommodating with scheduling, and also very affordable.
