My original post is still below, but I felt inspired to update it as I've been consistently going for one on one sessions weekly for many years now.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Sarah and how much she has helped me grow through her love and knowledge of yoga. There's a big difference between your normal yoga class and seeing a yoga therapist like Sarah, who meets you in whatever stage you're at, is always present with you on your journey, relatable and easy to talk to, never judgemental, and truly cares and supports you as an individual. In my experience over the years there have been some big realizations that have come about for me that have led to big shifts, all because of the gentle yet powerful "work" Sarah has guided me through.
That being said, I always recommend Blessings Yoga to my own friends and clients. And I plan on remaining her client for the unforeseeable future. So, good luck getting rid of me if you ever wanted to, Sarah!! :)

I am so glad I listened and started taking yoga class with Sarah at Blessings Yoga! My body is so much happier, more flexible, breathes easier, and is more focused when I need it to be. I can't say enough about Sarah's professionalism and caring. She's very knowledgeable about yoga and how it affects the body, mind, and spirit. I highly recommend regular sessions with her!

Sarah creates a warm and safe bubble for you to be authentic and vulnerable while learning and practicing Yoga one on one. I love how she is right there with you, gently guiding you into and out of poses and breathing. I especially appreciate how she checks in with me to see how I’m feeling in body, mind, and emotion as I practice. Working with Sarah has brought about positive changes in my physical body as well as relaxation to my mind and spirit. During Covid Sarah generously donated her time and offered complimentary sessions with me, a front-line nurse, to help me through such a challenging time. I was stressed out and emotional and she was a very big part of the team that helped me through it all.

We found SARAH BEAUDRY from Blessings Yoga when we were looking for a teacher to conduct a yoga class at Far Horizons East, 55+ community in Tucson, Arizona. We couldn’t be happier with her, and all agree that she is the perfect addition to our lives. I took a class with Sarah at the Hermitage No Kill Cat Shelter & Sanctuary with cats and she has a calmness about her that really comes through. She worked with each person to ensure they were comfortable and was patient with them - and the cats. Recommend her 11 out of 10!

I worked with Sarah to create a yoga routine that addresses my concerns with maintaining strength and flexibility over time. She was attentive and knowledgeable and she created a routine that was exactly what I was looking for. My daughter (11) and I (44) signed up for classes together as a mother/daughter activity. I wanted to work on increasing my activity and manage my stress, my daughter wanted to get a better grasp on her emotions and increase flexibility. After the first session we both noticed a marked change in our moods, energy, and ability to communicate - and over the weeks it just continued to increase.
Our individual challenges and strengths are taken into consideration and the level of care and concern for our overall well being is exemplary. I definitely recommend Blessings Yoga!

Sarah at Blessings Yoga is attentive and considerate! I take group classes with her and somehow (because she's awesome!), she's able to guide the class while making sure each person is able to experience poses in the best way for them. Sarah's classes are holistic and take into account the mind and soul as well as the body. Highly recommend!

I am lucky to have taken yoga classes from Sarah for the last two or three months. I'd never tried yoga before, and she has been a patient teacher, introducing new poses and breathing techniques week by week. At the start of each session, she asks her students how their bodies feel; if there's an area of stiffness or soreness, she offers exercises to alleviate the discomfort. Classes most often begin with movement, proceed to gentle breathing, and end with a visualization exercise meant to calm the mind (for instance, to imagine oneself as a tree with strong roots and far-reaching branches). One of my favorite things about Sarah's teaching is that she brings a sense of humor. I also never feel like I have to do everything right the first time or even the second. She helps me to get my form right for each pose. I'd definitely recommend her to others looking to learn.

Sarah is a thoughtful and empathetic teacher. She is always prepared to improvise based on the needs of the moment—maybe someone has something going on physically or emotionally and the practice can meet them where they are. I appreciate her focus on breath work and guided meditation as well, and always come off the mat feeling rejuvenated and at ease. I have been in classes that have a low key competitive vibe in the past and that is antithetical to Sarah’s approach. She creates a comfortable and welcoming space for all.

I was new to yoga when I met Sarah at Blessings Yoga, and I was able to take her introductory course. I had read many positive reviews and found them to be quite accurate. Sarah herself is very knowledgeable, calm, and patient. She really gets to know each student’s goals and try’s to create a class that includes those elements. She offered me not only information about different yoga poses and relaxation techniques , but also a historical background on its origins. Her studio is beautiful and peaceful place to practice each week. I enjoyed my yoga experience and would recommend her highly to others!

I started working with Sarah after a hip replacement to regain strength and balance. Her approach has given me so much more than I was seeking. My limp is gone and my balance is continuing to improve. In doing my home practice, my energy level is much higher and my mind is calmer and more focused. Sarah is able to modify my practice to meet my ever-changing needs Her personalized approach to yoga is not something I’ve experienced before and has really made a difference for me.

Sarah Beaudry at Blessings Yoga offers a unique, personalized yoga experience, whereby she is able to focus on the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of each person's needs.
Sarah has the ability to incorporate a therapeutic awareness into her teaching that I find to be rare and valuable. Her extensive studies in India have given her a depth of knowledge of the chakra system and subtle anatomy, as well as the technical aspects of yoga and chanting. Her modality is truly holistic.

I love my individual yoga classes with Sarah. I've tried all different types of yoga and she has been the best instructor I've had. She pays attention to your movement and reaction to the practice. She has meticulously built a practice just for me incorporating all the things I love about yoga and she has made it fit into my busy schedule. She listens and is intuitive in her teaching. Sarah at Blessings Yoga in Tucson has been enhancing my yoga practice and in turn life since 2014. I came to her with what I thought was a good basic knowledge of yoga positions and movement and what she added was an deeper knowledge and understanding of the breathing, visualizations and meditative aspects of a well rounded practice. She also helped me build toward a daily practice that worked for my goals, schedule and seasons of my life. When we met 1:1 about every other week or so, she listened to barriers both mental and schedule-wise that were preventing a daily practice and worked with me to find a way to incorporate all or portions of my practice into different times of day to address the things going on in my life at that moment. The time and money I've spent with Sarah at Blessings Yoga in Tucson (and now virtually anywhere) has been the best investment in myself that I've made!

I've tried yoga before but often found some of the studios to be a bit challenging for a newbie and tight-hamstringed person like myself. Sarah at Blessings Yoga is very helpful and understanding, making sure to listen to your needs and finding a balance between comfort and challenge. Several years ago I became interested in learning more about yoga. I tried hot yoga and a few other classes. None of those worked for me. The primary drawback was the class setting. I was either unable to understand the proper movement or unable to keep up with the class.
Sarah's practice is different. She takes the time to understand my limitations and goals, then she develops an appropriate practice.
I am convinced my lower back issues have been helped considerably as a result of her work.
As an added bonus Sarah introduced me to breath work and meditation. I can look forward to all of the above skills for the remainder of my life.
I'm grateful to have found such a dedicated and knowledgeable instructor. I have been taking lessons from Sarah since 2015 and have no plans on stopping anytime soon.

I initially began going to yoga classes at Blessings Yoga because the stress of a divorce had my body in a knots and my mind unable to focus. Through the classes I was able to work out the knots and through Sarah's calming relaxation exercises I could start focusing on the important things again.
It's been over three years now and I'm still taking the weekly classes and the still help release whatever kinks and knots the week before may have given me.
