I have been working with Dreya for over 3 years now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and health. She is kind and motivating, making me look forward to workouts ever on the days you don't feel like working out:) I have worked out my entire life and with Dreya I am working small muscle groups I have never targeted before. I’ve been working out with Drea for 1 1/2 years and she has helped me get stronger, work on balance, kept me consistent with my workouts, encourages and pushes me to be the best version of me. She is very relatable, motivating and while training has become one of my best friends. She keeps me accountable and I look forward to every session with her and she has helped rebuild my confidence and has taught me how to correctly use the machines, create workouts that I now workout if I’m traveling and feel comfortable now. Hands down the best trainer around!

I simply cannot say enough about Drea. I’ve known her personally for 8 years and have trained with her for 5. Her knowledge and skill is beyond measure.
