The classes are very well designed by all-star coach Laura. You can be very fit and still find Laura’s classes very challenging. The class instructors are very effective and provide modifications to members who need to ramp up to a higher level of fitness. I highly recommend this place if you’re serious about fitness and bone health. As I heard at Burn It Build It Fitness: There’s fit and there’s “coach Laura fit”

I found Burn It Build It while I was on a quest to figure out my fitness niche after losing a lot of weight, becoming a fitness instructor, and falling out of love with fitness, ultimately gaining the weight back. I had signed up for several different things and started to feel like I was never going to find it. I then tried Burn It Build It and fell in love. I love the motivation and encouragement! They really take the time to work with you, at any fitness level, and are always there to motivate you. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

The place is fantastic. Not like the other by chain gyms. Trainers make sure you are doing excercises correctly. Before I started I was experiencing back pain. Not any more. Even my knees feel great and I have osteoarthritis. If you want a place to go out that’s fun but yet you feel like you’ve done something Joint stone hurt. This is the place to go.

BB is a good community based gym. My wife & I are enjoying the intense interval style cardio classes. There’s options for total body training daily. Years ago we did CrossFit and this is a similar environment but safer on the body. Laura is a great trainer check it out!

I absolutely love this gym!! I have struggled for years finding a workout that works! I found Havah and I am so greatful! I’m 60 days in and I feel better and I can’t wait for the future! I have in the past spent high dollars in personal training at big box gyms!! This place and my new bestie Havah are a dream come dream true and the prices are super affordable And yes this is my back I never knew these even existed !! I love the fact that they have 2 versions of classes you can take. One is light weights and heavy on cardio. Other type of class is weight lifting so they cover all bases. The coaches and owner are great! Super motivating and helpful so you don't hurt yourself when your form is wrong. Also the people working out with you are really friendly. You should give it a try 2 free trial classes is how my wife and I got hooked.

I've been going to this place for 2 months now, and am not disappointed. The staff is friendly, and will work with you to correct improper body mechanics. They also mix up the exercises, so it's not the same workout 2 days in a row.

I have always wanted to invest in my health with a personal trainer but have never taken the initiative. I’m 53, put on unwanted COVID pounds, and have to return to the office in July. Working with Laura as my personal trainer is changing my life. She keeps me motivated, accountable, and is teaching me how to sustain success in my new health journey. Already down 7 pounds and 7 inches in my waist. I’m so grateful for Laura and for Burn It Build It Fitness and highly recommend them. I can’t wait to fully achieve my goals.

I am incredibly lucky to have found Burn it Build it. The classes and personal training is very affordable. Laura is a phenomenal trainer. I struggle with peripheral vertigo so working out has been challenging in the past. Laura designed multiple work out plans that I can follow and not become sick. I love the one on one training classes! Having a personal trainer allows me to really focus on my posture and push myself to achieve my goals.

We love BB!! When I started I was unable to walk the treadmill due to an injury, but with the help of the trainers I'm now able to run on the treadmill, lift heavy weights, and my overall strength and indurance has improved 10 fold. It's not your typical gym setting - It's better!

Personalized group workout sessions. Coaches are motivating, telling you to push a little more than you think you can. I love the music, the variety in the classes, as well as the individualized coaching by the trainers as needed to ensure your form is accurate.

I love the rigor of the workouts! It’s adaptable to any fitness level and it’s incredible how quickly both your strength and endurance improves. I appreciate the option to choose between either Burn or Build workouts, which essentially eliminates the need for multiple memberships to meet my training needs. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging, the people are terrific, and both locations are beautifully maintained.

Did you know that treadmills have an incline setting higher than 2? I found out the fun/hard way at my first workout here. I loved it. I'm sometimes hesitant to engage in a group workout because I might not know what I'm doing. But I have to say the trainers here were pretty awesome at correcting my form without barking orders. BB is a great place because it balances the focus of a personal trainer with enjoyment of working out in small groups. The facility itself was immaculate, with plenty of new equipment for everyone's personalized weights during the workout. I highly recommend training here.
