Between all the socializing and reading email at the machines, you can't get in a decent workout without waiting for the people to leave or saying something to them. And the staff does nothing. Very poor management. Half of the machines have signs that they don't work, some don't work but no sign the management should stay on top of this. And I know people will say "it's free though", it actually isn't. The HOA here in Sun Lakes charged every household in Cottonwood and assessment to build and have the gym. And it being so called "free" wouldn't excuse the bad management.

Wish they were open longer hours, especially on weekends. 7pm is ok during the week, but 4 or 5pm on the weekends is just too early.

It's a fairly new facility. All equipment is in great shape. What was disappointing was no wifi available. This is unheard of in 2022 & many like to follow along with online workouts. Would give a 5 star otherwise.

Clean. No Snowbirds so not crowded. Would be helpful if someone could show you how some of the machines work. Otherwise, a positive experience
