Iβve been a member of Crossfit Raidho for three years and am so thankful to be a part of this community. The owners have so much knowledge of this sport - they helped me break bad lifting habits and helped me learn to lift with correct form. The facility is always clean and they have all the equipment you need to be successful in your fitness journey. The are more than just a Crossfit gym, Raidho also offers strongman, power lifting and tactical training. Recently they have started offering workshops for certain movements like toes to bar, pulls ups and muscle ups - and they are so helpful to work on outside of class time. The competitions hosted here always run smoothly.
I canβt say enough about the atmosphere in this space - so much support from coaches and members; strong positive energy is always the vibe.

I love this gym! I was very nervous when i started crossfit. I felt i wasn't in shape enough and had other doubts. I met the owners when i walked through the door and they reassured me that i would fit in and would catch on. I am glad i walked into this gym. It has helped and changed me so much. Don't be afraid if you are on the fence. Just join! The coaches are great and really care about your health and strength goals. They take the time to teach good form to avoid injury. The members are also great. They are so welcoming and encouraging through every workout. Everyone at this gym cheers each other on. Its the best gym i have been to.

I absolutely love being a part of the CrossFit Raidho community! The owners are such amazing people and the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and a blast to learn from. Iβve only been a member for about 6 months. When I first walked through the doors I felt immediately welcomed and like this was a solid, family-like community.. and it definitely is! Everyone is so kind and we all root each other on. The coaches are very knowledgeable and truly care about each individualβs abilities and are able to help adjust if itβs needed. The programming is also fantastic. I love that the warmups are specifically geared towards what we are doing that day and they incorporate accessory movements that support the strength and metcon portions. I absolutely love it here and am happy to have found my gym home!

I joined Raidho a year and a half ago. I love it here. The programming is true to CrossFit - constantly varied including some strongman type workouts. Great community and incredible people who run it. Each class is well thought out. Jen does a wonderful job bringing it all together!

The whole team of coaches at Raidho is great. They care about your fitness goals and you as a person. They preach fundamentals and form over weight because thats the right way to do it. The community is awesome. I was used to a typical gym where you pop in your ear buds and do your own thing and not talking to a single person. At Raidho the whole group encourages and cheers each other on! I highly recommend them.

I love this gym! I wanted to focus more on cardio and they have a cardio blast class at 6AM which works perfectly for me. The gym has all of the equipment that I could imagine using and the coaches are amazing. Lots of great people in the classes too. I would highly recommend this gym to someone looking for a new fitness home.

What an awesome community! The coaching staff is great. People are welcoming. There is so much to offer - strength training, yoga, spin, crossfit style workouts. A great place to be no matter what your fitness level from beginner to experienced. I came to drop in while I was in town - and will definitely would make this my home gym if I lived locally!

I came to Raidho with little to no experience in how to work out. I've been going for a little over a month now and love it. The Functional Fitness program was perfect for me. I come in; the Coach shows the group how to warm up, technic/examples, and provides feedback as we go. I no longer have to worry about what I'm going to do; I just show up, work, and learn.

Having a great support system is probably the number one item that is needed when an individual has decided to make the endeavor to enter a healthy lifestyle. Raidho is definitely the place you will find this support system. The people inspire and motivate you to better yourself everyday. You'll find yourself wanting to come back because of the positive and uplifting atmosphere. The coaches are super friendly and helpful with any questions or modifications needed for mobility issues. This place can be for anyone no matter your fitness level, all you have to do is show up.
