D1 is the best! Coach Kendra is incredible—her energy, knowledge, and passion makes every workout challenging but fun. She always knows how to bring out your best. Andy, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that every member feels welcome and supported. The workouts are top quality, the facility is great, and the community feels like family. Couldn’t recommend D1 Fitness more!

My nephews attend this gym and they absolutely love it! It has taught them discipline, coordination and to make better choices when it comes to what they eat. The coaches are lovely to work with and are great with the kids, they provide thorough instructions and ensure the kids are always following safety measures. 10/10 recommend.

D1 and staff are great. My 11 year old son started training here this summer and we have seen significant improvements in his strength and athleticism. He is focused on improving his lacrosse game and D1 is helping him towards this goal.
The training staff are outstanding and work very well with youth of all ages.
The facility is top notch with a large turf area for footwork, strength training, and many other drills. They also have numerous weight racks and cardio equipment.
d1 offers adult classes which I will be starting soon. I’ll update the review after getting some experience but from what I’ve seen, the trainers are outstanding at tailoring the workouts to your goals.

Highly recommend for youth training! My daughter signed up to do sports conditioning to keep her performance up before school volleyball starts up. She LOVES all of the coaches, they treat the kids amazing and know them all by name. The class is outlined and ready to go with an agenda, so there is no wondering what they are doing or trying to fumble through exercises, they utilize the entire hour to give them an amazing workout. The coaches do a great job at paying attention to each person and making sure they are supported to do each activity correctly and to their best ability. The facility is brand new, clean and has all the bells and whistles! You can go to unlimited classes each week, which is a great option if you've got schedules that fluctuate with sports. You can do drop-in classes as well if you don't want to sign up for a month.

My 7 year old loves coming to the classes! He gets his energy out and has learned a lot about fitness and how his body works for playing sports. Highly recommend for young athletes or kids who just need somewhere to come and get some energy and socialize.

D1 Tucson has been a great asset to my young student-athlete. Phenomenal knowledgeable staff, challenging training, location and flexibility. My son loves how his coaches push him and are detailed oriented. A big improvement in his performance in a month.

The workouts are challenging but in a good way. Coaches are cool and as a fireman d1 is helping me to be more of an asset than a liability
