As a tennis player, I sought out Justin's help to get better at my sport. While his background is more in helping baseball players and other sports, he did his research on how the sports trainings align, and where there was a gap in his knowledge, he paid exceptional care and attention to detail, making the workouts both fun and effective. His communication skills are top notch, as Justin seems to be a student of a myriad of topics and he practices what he preaches (check out his Instagram account for pics/vids on how he stays credible, relevant, and wise on a variety of different types of trainings).

And he does his best to work with my schedule, while maintaining integrity in keeping his own schedule. In short, not only is Justin an exceptional trainer, he's constantly refining his business model to be the most successful he can be, which is both respectable and inspiring.

I started working with Justin In November of 2020 . Starting weight 250 , 5’3 50 years old with joint and muscle pain everywhere. . With his expertise and patience I was able to change a lot of habits. Not only did I need to loose weight but I also had some hypothyroidism and was at a point where no matter what I did I could not lose weight. He taught me how to increase the amount of food I eat by choosing the right foods in the right quantities. After years of yo yo dieting and damaging my metabolism, needless to say, this has not been a quick fix and has been a true process because old habits Die hard.

Seven months into this process and I feel like a new person. I am working out 5 days a week( I didn’t see that coming ☺️) body aches are mostly gone. Energy is amazing.. Now that metabolism is working more efficiently weight is starting to fall off. Down to 232..I have a ways to go and know I will continue because I am never hungry using the techniques Justin had given me. Omg … losing weight without being hungry.? That is a first for me.

I came for a quick fix and got so much more. I have gotten a healthy sustainable lifestyle that works for me, an overall feeling if being healthy before even arriving to my final destination/goal weight. This is priceless.

Justin is kind and doesn’t judge. He does however provide the accountability and feedback needed. The rest has been up to me to hold myself accountable to the goals I set for myself. I could have probably done a fad diet and lost weight a lot faster and then gained it all back and then some. I love that this is sustainable and that at this point I am starting to feel I can fly on my own and still continue to get the results that I want.

Thank You Justin for sharing your knowledge on how to care for myself through nutrition and exercise. It’s worth every penny and then some.

I went into this investment not knowing if it was worth it. There were definitely times when I thought he didn’t know what was good for me, and I believed I knew what was better, but the truth is thought Justin knows what he’s doing. He follows a really natural path to dieting and the only times I was asked to take a supplement that was I though was questionable the decision was left to me. Never did Justin tell me to take a supplement and have any form of progress directly rely on that supplement. My diet always aligned with my goals using a natural path.

My goals with Justin were to lower my body fat percentage. Over 3 months I was able to lose 6.7 pounds of purely fat overall lowering my body fat percentage 7.1%. With how my acne cleared up and how I felt even on bad days. I would recommend you do a consultation if not a monthly subscription with Justin.

We’ve all TRIED and TRIED different “life style changes and probably failed which is why you’re here now reading about Justin and this review.

Going to training each day is NOT something I can honestly say I would EVER do. I work in healthcare and the LAST THING I want to do is wake up early and train after exhausting long hours and days. Justin though has changed that for me. His smile, sense of humor and friendliness is pure genuine. He’s like one of those celebrity trainers you want to have that bond with because they vibe with their trainer so well. Yet, we meet different trainers and either stay with them or quiet after awhile because it feels “robot like.” I personally have went through 5 different trainers until I found Justin. I assumed all trainers just beat you to the core, make you in pain and don’t really care what you have to say “just train” mindset and that’s how it was suppose to be. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG 😑

Justin’s approach to training is comprehensive, specialized, dynamically unique to approach one’s personalized plan to treat the whole body that’s best suited for the person. He doesn’t just have you come in and watch you and then throws into different workout techniques. He really takes the time to analyze you the first month learning how your body mechanics work, he starts off very slowly and will only go in increments of increase per your body allows. He gets to know you as a person, and your body as well to be able to collaborate and work together understanding your uniqueness and what you can do without judging. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable around him or felt like I would fail. He continues to motivate, pushes you to do better and also encourages you while you’re doing the work out. I can’t even say I’m really working out because of his unique dynamic approach it almost feels like you’re hanging out with a friend for an hour which I feel like goes by so fast.

Science: Justin doesn’t just train, he also knows the science to back his training method, and will ONLY create a plan based off what he knows which will help and allow your body to change over time towards your goal. If you ever have a question about why he’s having to eat a certain way, taking certain supplements etc. he can explain every thing and the science behind it and how it benefits your body towards what your goal is

If you’re looking for a trainer for your team, yourself, your child or even maybe an older person. He’s definitely the person to go to.

Designer Health & Fitness has helped me grasp the concept of how I can enjoy my food and still lose weight! As a ‘Foodie’ this is a big deal to me! It doesn’t have to be bland and non-edible.
