My child has been coming here for 4 years and as the parents we have finally reached our limit. Just super unprofessional and terrible communication to the parents majority of the time. We get zero information about the process and fees and every year I’m having to email and call with all my questions. Sometimes I don’t even get a response back. Everything is given to you at poor timing so you can’t plan for schedules or to pay for things. I was told I needed to give an answer about a certain level for my child when we weren’t even given schedule or costs to make a decision. I was told the schedule two weeks before the change is to occur. I have kept my daughter here for the friendships she has made and a lot of the coaches are very nice. But business wise they lack in organization and communication to us parents who are paying! I thought it would get better each year, but each year it gets worse. I think it is time we move on unfortunately.

I called to sign up my child for classes and I waited to be told the amount over the phone that was going to be charged. instead I got a bank alert that I was charged 100 more then what I was told. This was very unprofessional. I got an email late in the evening after the charge was processed about the different amount but no explanation or breakdown of the amount difference.

My 6 year old came to this gym to try gymnastics. Constant fees and upcharges was told I had to pay 100$ fee for my child not being on a team after being told there was only an initial fee when we signed up and monthly payments. Very unprofessional was almost 2 months before an adult was sighted at the front desk otherwise its just a bunch of teenagers/very young adults running the gym. The adults only show up around the end/beginning of month when it is time to collect dues so I ended our membership there 2 months later they charged our debit card after us NOT giving permission to do automatic payments, called emailed showed up in person no one was there. The classes were good at first but after a few months of doing the same exercises day after day my child grew bored of them. I wouldn't recommend this gym.

As a parent, I dislike the Beast Mode Invitational organized by Diamondback Gymnastics the most. Not only they charge a lot, but they also show the least consideration for the parents.

Coaching is average at best. If you have an Elite Athlete this place will gladly take your money. The TOPS program is a scam. Don't do it. Save your money.

We love this studio. Both of my older girls, 8 and 4, attend here and absolutely love it. The staff is really nice and the facility is extremely clean. Could pump the air in the sitting area but it gets so crowded that I understand!

Best gym i have ever been too. They are your second family and the nicest coaches and gym you will ever go too. Even today and I'm not doing gymnastics anymore I still call them my family and love them and miss them to death. If I had the option to go back to gymnastics and where I would want to go it would definitely be them by far. I wish I could be at that gym with my family again. I miss them so much and when I look at videos I cry because how much they made me smile and love that sport and make it fun and the best thing ever. And I even loved the strength sometimes. They make it a lot better than a lot of other places. Please go to this gym. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

Our kids have have been going to Diamondback Gymnastics for quite some time now and they love it! The facility itself is very large with lots of gymnastics equipment. The prices aren't that great and the office staff isn't very helpful but the students have a good time and learn a lot.
