I have been working out with Aaron Caryl of Double A Fitness for more than two years. He makes working out fun, is motivating and pushes me to get to the next level. Sometimes I only have 30 minutes but he still makes me feel like I worked for an hour. He is caring and encouraging. He has a few clients who are handicapped and some quite elderly. They all love him because they know what I know—he is professional and caring!

Working with Aaron on my fitness journey has been hands down one of the best decisions I've committed to.
