This gym is amazing!! I’ve always struggled with anxiety when it comes to going to the gym, but the staff here have made me feel supported and welcomed since the day I signed up!! When I walk into the gym, I’m always met by a smile from Kevon and Kate. They always ask me how my day is going and make sure that I have a great workout! Josiah is the reason I even started personal training here in the first place. He always checks in on me, and he’s so kind and supportive. I am grateful for him! My personal trainer, Bryscen, is amazing!! He’s very patient with me, keeps me motivated, and helps me stay on track. He encourages me get out of my comfort zone, and never judges me for not knowing certain workouts or equipment names. He has helped turn the gym into a place that’s positive and uplifting for me rather than intimidating! I love this gym, and they deserve all their flowers💗

Be very aware of what you are signing. I signed a personal training contract for $88 X 8 and was told I could easily cancel. I didn't do it in the 3 day window, so I was only able to downgrade it to half the amount at $43 X 8 which should have replaced the original contract. They charged me for both contracts simultaneously. I didn't dispute it because I kept being reassured the original amounts would be refunded and it was just a billing error. Well, 6 months later.. several gym visits, emails, phone calls, it was never returned. I cannot even get my bank to dispute it because I signed that original contract at $88. The new contract @ $43 should have replaced it. BAD Business, Bait and Switch BS. And to top it off, I have cancelled the gym membership itself, but still get emails and auto phone calls constantly trying to get my payment info. I have blocked them from all of my banking. Just be careful with the cancellation policies vs. what they tell you in person. Gym itself is fine.

Update 9/30/25- I have sent an email as requested in their response to this review. Have not heard anything back. Can’t say I am surprised.

Update 11/20/25- Still have not heard anything back and have now been sent to collections for the gym membership that has been long cancelled. UNREAL!!

I've been to several EoS gyms and I think this one is the most space efficient. It has plenty of machines, not the most, but still everything you'd want a gym to have. Some of the machines are placed in a "unique" way where target muscle groups are different for equipment side by side. They've got a swimming pool, half basketball court, sauna, and massage chairs. I only wish they had more post workout recovery machines, like the Cryo Tank hot/cold chairs. That would give it an extra 🌟.
