I am not a local. I visit a lot of gyms all over the country. This gym is fantastic. Great staff! The gym is spacious and very clean. They have 10 squat racks with lifting platforms and 2 more squat racks that don't have a lighting platform. Plenty of equipment. I came in on Monday morning at 8 and there was no waiting for any of the equipment I wanted to use. This will be my go to gym every time I am in the Glendale area!

First time working out at EoS Fitness. I’ve been exploring gyms around the area and this by far has been the best experience! As soon as I walked in DeSa greeted me so positively, I was new so she was a great help guiding me to the right person. I then spoke with Parker about the memberships at EoS. All so versatile and inviting for all types of gym people. As we were going over the gym amenities, I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jonathan. He was so accommodating, relatable, understanding and easy to talk to. Already meeting 3 incredible inviting employees has really drawn me to this gym. Highly recommend trying this gym out if you’re a local Arizona resident! The gym was amazing and had everything I needed, but the staff was top tier and can really make or break a gym experience!

I have been coming to this gym for years. It's my main EOS. These are the concerns I have with this gym:
1. They have the clocks set in military. Sometimes, we just want to look at the clock and know what time it is without trying to figure it out. All of us are not military.
2. The quality of the employees seems to have gotten worse over the years. There is one employee who is just creepy. He ALWAYS bother the females, while on the clock. Not only that, he's always eating his lunch on the floor. A real weirdo and so unprofessional.
3. Another employee stands in front of the mirror while flexing, and actually pulled his pants down to his underwear to flex his legs. This was diabolical.
4. They do not have the prices on the drinks. So you don't even know how much you are paying for the drinks.
5. They just replaced the rubber floor mat, but the machines are SO close to each other, now, you can barely walk up and down the aisle.
6. Sometimes they have the music so loud, you can't even hear your won earbuds.
7. They used to walk around and straighten things up. Now, the place is often just messy. Especially around the front of the gym.

Because of this location in particular, I tell everyone who comes to train in the States to avoid EōS at all costs. The pools at EōS, especially this location, are disgusting. Even worse, the staff is completely unprofessional. I’m an Olympic swimmer and have trained in pools all over the world — none of them compare to how filthy these are. This isn't even to mention that people are allowed by management to vape indoors.
We tried to cancel our membership back in August after moving and were told it would be officially canceled on October 7th. Instead, we kept getting charged because the cancellation never actually went through.
When my fiancé reached out again, Deija White tried to help and assured her that her manager, Joseph Kiersten, would personally email confirmation that the account had been updated. That never happened. Joseph avoided speaking to us directly, leaving Deija stuck explaining and defending his inaction while we continued to be charged.
Months of excuses, miscommunication, and zero accountability later, it’s clear EōS Fitness doesn’t care about their members. This excuse of a business should get zero stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. EōS Fitness has been nothing but a nightmare since August, when I first tried to cancel my membership after moving away. The first guy I spoke to told me my membership would be officially canceled on October 7th. I followed every step, called to confirm, and was assured it was handled. But of course, it wasn’t.
That first employee never noted anything on my profile, so I was charged again. When I called back, Deija White told me her manager, Joseph Kiersten, would email me written confirmation that my profile had finally been updated and I would not be charged in October because, according to her, the last person “didn’t put it in the notes.”
Not only did I never receive that email, but the manager was too afraid to come to the phone and instead put all of the onus on poor Deija. You could absolutely tell she had to keep going back and forth with a manager who wasn’t supporting his employees. The result? More excuses, more delays, and another charge.
EōS Fitness has perfected the art of wasting your time and taking your money in exchange for an old dingy gym and pool that is never truly clean. Every person tells you something different, no one follows through, and they hide behind empty promises instead of taking responsibility. This manager is fostering an environment that is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright cowardly.
If you value your time, money, or patience, stay far away from EōS Fitness — they’ll drain all three before admitting they made a mistake.

Absolutely LOVE this center and using the kids club for my kids while i get my workout in . After seeing some other reviews i was confused as to what peoples expectations are of a Gym Child Care it is not an educational Daycare. My kids are always happy coming out of there and I know that the attendants make sure my kiddos are safe which is my number 1 priority . I go in workout and get my kids and leave .

I would not recommend this location specifically for the Kids Club. I have observed that several staff members do not greet members upon arrival or communicate rules and expectations in a professional manner when needed. There appears to be a lack of professionalism and engagement.

There is significant room for improvement, particularly in customer service, member interaction, and creating a welcoming environment. When I drop off my child, the staff are often seated behind the desk or gathered together rather than actively engaging with the children. Many times, the children are simply placed in front of the TV instead of being encouraged to participate in interactive or developmental activities.

It seems that some of the staff may lack passion or proper training for working with children. I hope management addresses these concerns through additional training and oversight to enhance the Kids Club experience and ensure a more positive and engaging environment for all members

Sauna has been down in the winter for two weeks. When asking about when it will be fixed information is not properly provided. Men’s bathroom has been under repairs for stalls repeatedly for a year. The bathrooms are frequently messy and missing proper sanitary toilet paper or seat linings.

The EoS on 59th Ave and Thunderbird , Glendale AZ really should add the Arsenal Strength Pendulum Squat Machine and a Rogue Iso Leg Press Machine, then it will become the best EoS in Arizona. It is also so disappointing that all these newer and newly built EoS gyms in Arizona and even all the old locations lack the Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral "Super" Incline Press machine. Only the 59th Ave and Thunderbird location is the only location that has it that I have seen so far. I have traveled to most of EoS gyms across both the West Valley and East Valley to take a personal inventory to see how many of the gyms actually have my 59th Ave and Thunderbird check list that I grade all of the gyms with. Only the fairly new location of EoS on Bell Road and Interstate 17 came close to passing my grade. Bell Road and Interstate 17 needs to add that Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Super Incline press machine. I am very disappointed that the location on Guadalupe and Rural Road and its large size is lacking so much, so much empty space that can be jammed packed with more equipment .

Run-down facilities: spa jets not working, cloudy pool, and damaged locker doors. The sauna had sweaty-clothed dudes on their phones—unsanitary and inconsiderate. Showering should be required before entry, no gym clothes or phones in sauna. Staff were friendly but should focus on maintenance and enforcing hygiene rules. Shower first, wear a towel, and leave phones in lockers—basic etiquette.

I had a personal trainer named AJ, and he was absolutely awesome. When I was working out with him as my trainer I could tell he knew a lot about what he was doing. He had fabulous insight into workouts and how to improve technique. He was flexible and kind. I would recommend him because he was especially personable and could really see the individuality in everyone and adjust his training based on the person. Would recommend him every time!

Signed up for a membership at the 59th ave and Thunderbird location back in April 2025 and went a handful of times but Life got too busy and I knew I wouldn't have time to hut the gym so I put the account on hold since in the app that is an option so that I would not be billed.

I started receiving emails saying the account was past due so i responded to those emails explaining the account should be on hold but have continued to be billed and asked for someone to reach out but never got any phone calls or correspondence back from EOS.

Now, a different company called my iclub online is emailing and calling me saying I owe EOS for the last three or four months.

I have tried multiple times to email the EOS location on to dispute the charges.But never got a response.

Finally got an email from a different company. Trying to collect on their behalf.
But again got nowhere. Unfortunately Im now going to post a negative review in hopes that EOS will reach out to me to solve this issue.

I did enjoy the gym and would be willing to start working out there again when things slow down and i have time to work out but if this is how they are going to operate i will not be going back.

As a local business owner I understand service agreements as we offer our own and hope EOS does the right thing.

I have so many concerns about this gym and have tried to find a manager to talk to, a worker person on the floor, or even their website, but no one responds, no one has an answers, and no one helps. I have been a member here since it opened and I am so upset with this gym right now. There are so many unsafe practices here and so many things that they do not do that were promised. if I were considering joining this gym, I would walk around and look at the clients first, and maybe talk to a few, before signing up at this gym.

They are not upfront about personal training, saying that you could try the personal trainer if you don’t like it, you can quit, however they don’t tell you that you have to pay for 90 days despite ending the personal training, and will tell you how they will ruin your credit if you refuse to pay, I initially just wanted to join the gym, ended up paying various charges and fees, if they’re is a class action suit I will be apart of it.

I honestly love this EOS been coming here for the longest but recently I have seen some issues arise. Now the sad part is a lot of this is due to the users.Guys bathrooms are absolutely disgusting during the times that no dedicated cleaning person is on-site and what baffles me about this is there can be 8 people in the front desk and no one is stocking toilet paper or paper towels like literally I can never clean the equipment after using because all the dispensers are empty. Also I have been using restroom and the people next stall ask me for TP because there is none so now I made a habit of checking the stalls before I go in because its such a big issue. Wondering if front desk personal does not want to do these tasks or if they're directed not to? I have been going to the gym on 43rd glendale and all of their people are on it constantly stocking everything so I am not sure whats happening. To be fair this is a great gym for the price,equipment,friendliness of the staff but something has to be done about the cleanliness.

I've been a member of EOS since the end of 2020. I've been to several of the locations out here in the valley but this one has become my favorite for a few reasons. One how centralized it is for me. 2. How open the gym is, lots of space even at 5pm when you would think it's too busy to go to, its not bad, staff is friendly and helpful! Locker room is always clean, and the community of those training are good people. Never once had a bad interaction with someone.

Be really careful when you sign up membership. ⚠️I signed up membership for just 3 months. And they told the system will automatically stop charging when 3 months past. In fact, it wouldn’t. Do not sign up for personal training through EOS. The experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

Communication is horrible. Trainers are unresponsive, and it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix scheduling or billing issues. Even when you call the gym directly, the front desk can’t access trainer schedules or help you in any meaningful way.

There’s no sense of accountability or follow-through. Scheduled sessions go unanswered, and there’s no acknowledgment when issues arise. It honestly feels like the whole system is managed by a disconnected third party.

You’re better off finding a personal trainer independently or using a different service entirely. EOS seriously needs to rethink how they manage their training programs.

I had issues with personal training. My trainer went on vacation and the training manager was supposed to find another trainer for my last 2 sessions. She contacted me and said she would find someone. When she didn’t I contacted her and she tried to blame me! She told me she would find someone again. It’s been over 2 weeks and no response. I’m quitting. All they would have to do is show me how to use the equipment and get a replacement personal trainer. That’s it. They couldn’t even do that.

Recently there has been some lighting changes in the pool area. Normally, a well lit area is a good thing, however, these lights are so bright that they are assaulting my eyes. I am forced to wear sunglasses while I workout to avoid a possible seizure from the lights. Several of us have complained every day since this change but so far it is falling on deaf ears or the right person has not heard the complaints.

I have such a great time at this location, mainly the atmosphere here is unlike most other locations. I feel like I'm working out with family and friends every time I come in from Max at the front to the regular members. I like how even the cleaning staff are courteous of the members in their workouts. I have recommended this gym to friends and brought my own family here.

I'm a member at lifetime, vasa, and now eos. If you are looking to just work out and hate having to wait for a bench or a machine this is... ok for that. This gym is huge and accounted for the busy parts of the day, but it's still packed all the time. It's also pretty dirty. And look. It's a gym, it's gonna be dirty, but it's much more grimy than other gyms. Also VERY open. No matter what, you will be facing at least 3-5 people at all time. Really strange layout. But this is a gym, it's got the tools, get to work.

Also, please lower the volume of all the different stuff coming over the speakers. At any given moment there is: music playing, eos announcemnts/ads going off/ multiple tvs blaring. Pick one channel and route all noise through that

Pretty good one. Location is good, as it's nearby nutritious foo lold spots and shopping centers... Gym is clean and tidy, staff is friendly but a couple not very knowledgeable but still very friendly and helpful. This location needs more and better lower body machines especially for glutes and calves. They have great ab machines though. Also their massage chairs are kind of weird and different you got to lay down and it's from head to toe but it's a vibration not a knead massage

Came to Arizona to visit family and needed a place to work out. This gym that was a mile away from our Airbnb and was absolutely perfect! Nick was the person who helped us at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!! Thank you for the great service:)

The very 1st time I came to this location, I saw people eating then jumping on the machines Gross. Today it’s my 4th time coming to this location. And the paper towel dispenser by the seated bikes is empty “again” & it looks as if it is hanging on for dear life. Could you possibly get that dispenser fixed/replaced? Geesh! Not to mention the spray bottle was MIA. The mirrors always have dried water droplets on it, as if customers go and shake their hands in front of the mirror. Oh, and there’s always powder on the handles for the chest press machines and plates. When I used the restroom before I left, I had to jump from my sink to the next sink to get soap. As I was leaving the entry doors had finger prints all over. Come on, do better.
