The cancellation process is a nightmare beyond any other gym I’ve ever attended, if you don’t intend on jumping through hoops and somehow paying out extra cash just to cancel please consider another gym, I cannot stress enough.

Im so confused on the weighted dip belt situation for Dips lol. For the past month, I go to the front counter twice a week for the weighted belt for dips. And they tell me it’s “broken” and it’s cool, I use alternatives. But last weekend I was working out with my friend. And we were gonna do dips, I tell him the dip belt is broken. And he’s confused because he says he’s been using it every week, But he goes up to the front to double check. And they give him the belt. So I’m like “okay cool it’s fixed” then 3 days later I go to the front and they tell me it’s still broken. I’m like “what? I literally used it the other day with my friend”and she tells me no it’s been broken for a few weeks. Then 30-40 minutes later I see someone using the belt, I ask him where he got it from and he said the front desk. So I’m confused if they are picking and choosing who gets the belt or if some employees are just clueless that it’s actually fixed.

This gym is HUGE—like “you might get lost on the way to the squat rack” huge. Staff was awesome and got me set up for a week while I’m in town. And the blue squishy dude? Absolutely electric motivation. Didn’t expect that. 💙🤣

This EoS is amazing! It has such a great vibe and it’s super spacious. I look forward to working out here and they have every machine, free weights, and cardio you need to get a great workout. The membership price is a good value. I highly recommend it. The employee, Maddy should get employee of the month because she’s very helpful and has such a positive attitude. She’s a great asset to the company!

I've been a member since day 1. Initially this gym was top notch, definitely 5 stars, but little by little I've noticed a lack of attention to some pretty important things. The water fountains have been broken now for at least a month. The last couple weeks, there hasn't been any hand sanitizer in the dispensers on the floor. Restrooms are constantly out of toilet paper. They definitely have potential to be a top notch gym again, they just have to improve some things like when they first opened. I will say that I've never had a problem with the staff, everyone is pretty nice.

All of the previously stated "issues" have been addressed and I've noticed more attention to detail by the gym staff. As of today I have no issues and enjoy coming here. I have updated my star reviews from 3 to 5 stars once again.

I signed up at Avondale location as my home gym but been coming here for their classes. The instructors at this location are just absolutely amazing, especially Adam Johnson. I can’t say enough good things about him. His BodyPump, BodyCombat and Barre classes are just incredible, from the music, vibes, energy, to his knowledge of the workouts are by far the best. I’m just so grateful to have found such fantastic place to have good sweat and feel great about myself. Their Kids club is also wonderful

Honestly- I feel like this location deserves 2 stars but being that there IS a lot of equipment to choose from, I’ll give it 3 stars… Now whether or not the equipment actually WORKS? Questionable. I started coming to this gym for the women’s sauna, which is quite literally under maintenance EVERY. OTHER. DAY. No over exaggeration. We won’t even get into how on the mornings the bathroom looks like wild beast have been in there and the random odor of sewage sometimes or the random weeks there are no toilet seat covers in the restroom. There’s NEVER any matts available for stretching, multiple machines are under maintenance OFTEN or need to be…. don’t even think about getting in to do anything from 2pm on, on a week day. There’s other things I can go into but the staff is usually pretty nice which is a silver lining. It’s not HORRIBLE in the sense that there’s many choices of machines, as I said , but… that’s about the highlight.Pretty sure I’m gonna cancel at this location.

I was nervous to start, but Juliette is the best trainer/person I could have asked been introduced to. She knows exactly how to motivate you to start sweating without making you feel defeated. She is a good at spotting when you need an adjustment and swapping in an exercise that feels doable but still challenging. She gives the perfect balance of tough workout and support. Highly recommend.

Just started coming to this EoS and I can say it’s probably the best one I’ve been to. The environment was amazing and love the vibe. The staff was Amazing with great hospitality but Sergio was the one who helped me out and made me feel extremely welcomed. He went over the top to make sure I was good. This eos is definitely one of the best locations in az. Staff is friendly and helpful and things are usually organized and in place. I live in north phx and don't mind the drive out all the way over here to work out. Men's restroom are kept clean and the gym itself always looks pretty neat.
