I live in Tolleson and have other locations closer to me than this one. I make the drive to workout with a friend but additionally to that the equipment is much nicer here and the outside workout area is super nice. Very rarely are there machines that are out of order and when they are they get fixed pretty quick. Another thing I like is the life fitness machines that link directly to my Apple Watch making tracking my cardio a breeze

Top notch facility, plenty of squat racks, benches in front of the dumbells, no shortage of any equipment. Even during peak hours it doesn’t take long for something to open up. The backyard is also great! They have a heavy bag and an uppercut bag so you can do all types of boxing/kickboxing workouts there. Staff are super friendly, always greet you at the desk and wish you goodbye as you leave. For only having to pay 10 bucks a month I’ll never go to any gym again!

Update: they put hooks outside the sauna, now it’s officially perfect here 😌

Love that they added a clock in the women’s sauna room and now added a temperature for the sauna as well. I pretty much use the gym only for the sauna and it’s always up and working. Wish they would drill some hooks to hang our bags on outside of the sauna because I don’t like putting my stuff on the floor so I end up using paper towels to put my stuff on. Overall, I love this gym though.

I used to really enjoy this gym and even gave it a 5-star review when it first opened. I come in around 8:30 PM every night, but recently there’s been a new front desk female associate who completely changes the experience. She’s been consistently rude every time we come in, and tonight was no different.

After scanning my barcode, my guest and I waited like always to be asked for their number. Instead of asking politely, she just shouted “NUMBER!” in a rude, unprofessional tone. This isn’t the first time she’s behaved this way, and it’s really disappointing.

I come to the gym after a long day of work to unwind and feel better — not to be treated with attitude by someone who clearly doesn’t enjoy their job. I hope management looks into this and restores the friendly, welcoming environment this gym once had.

I love this gym and the Zumba classes on Sundays, but today I was disappointed. I went to the Zumba class with my daughter, then did some cardio, and when we were leaving, a staff member named Evelyn was using inappropriate and offensive language in front of all the members toward another worker. This included my daughter and me. It’s a disgrace that your company employs this kind of person it makes the company and your “professional” team look bad. Both my daughter and I, as well as other people, felt really uncomfortable.

EOS scammed me out of $550. Two weeks after signing up, I got injured and couldn’t use my stretch sessions. Nobody told me they expire, so I lost every single session I paid for. On top of that, I was lied to about the contract. Gerald told me I could cancel anytime, but later I was told it was actually a four month contract that couldn’t be canceled unless I paid another $500 up front. That’s fraud.

I asked multiple times to freeze my agreement. EOS refused. I asked to cancel, they lied and dragged it out just to keep charging me. Every person I spoke to gave me the runaround, wasting my time while taking my money.

What I see at EOS are shady trainers, sleezy policies, and deceptive practices designed to trap customers into paying for services they never receive. It’s nothing short of a scam.

This isn’t over. I’ll be reporting EOS to the BBB, filing a dispute with my bank, and escalating this publicly until I get my money back. EOS will run your pockets dry and then hide behind “policy.” Don’t fall for it.

Coach Kayla is the best trainer ever. When I was new to the gym I was scared because I’m not good with people but also because I wasn’t as fit. Before her I was going to have someone else. When my mom met her she says that me and her are exactly alike, same personality and everything. When I first met her I was scared but she is the most sweetest person ever. She pushes me to be the best version of myself. When I say “I can’t” she pushes me and says “you can”. She pushes me to do bigger weighs even when I don’t think I can. Hands down Kayla Reza is the best trainer I have ever had. Joeski is the best personal trainer honestly. If you are starting at this gym and that something you are interested in I would suggest you asking for her if you want to see real results and want someone who will help motivate you to want to work out. This rating is for their referral program. My wife referred 3 people to this gym and was hoping for the one year free membership as the referral bonus. Love that they built this location right by my house. It does get packed even though it’s large and has tons of equipment. The amenities are great - I’ve used the pool and love the cinema room. Still need to check out some classes here. I signed up for personal training and Michael assigned me to Joeski. She’s amazing and motivating! Theres gnats in the girls restrooms, specifically in the shower, which also reeks of sewage. The pool also has not been cleaned, there is clumps of hair, dirt and other debris on the pool floor. Its gross.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT. there are incompetent workers who will tell you anything and everything to get you to sign on with them, and then they will gouge you financially with hundreds of dollars worth of late fees and charges. i have paid over $300 in late fees and charges because of the incompetence of this establishment. if you value your dignity, and your hard earned money DO NOT GIVE EOS YOUR BUSINESS. This is one of the worst companies I've had the dissatisfaction of working with. TRUST me you are better at any other gym, LA fitness, Lifetime, even planet fitness will treat you better than these vultures. And apparently they can't give out the phone number of any of their managers so if you need any sort of rational and direct help, good luck with that. Whoever is in charge of this place/corporation needs to have a serious discussion with their employees and get them on track, because i have been told something different by every single eos team member that i have talked with, across different gyms too. I am at my limit, and nobody has the knowledge/ information to help me solve this. I've had to resort to complaining online to get any sort of response because no one will give me a straight, correct answer.
i was signed on for the family plan without being given the full details and consequences of the plan, i was never explicitly told the terms and conditions because the person who signed me cared more about my money than about me and now i am left to pay hundreds of dollars that i do not have. please i am begging, if you want a gym that truly values you, DO NOT COME TO EOS.

While I have absolutely no issue with the gym, I do with their membership cancelation process. They charged me extra year to cancel. They continue to charge my bank account for my family members even though I was told they would be canceled since I was the primary account holder. It's impossible to talk to their 3rd party billing service. They just keep giving me the runaround.

if you are thinking about signing up for a membership at this gym think again. Unless you want Random transactions going out of your account all the time DO NOT GO HERE!!! they are the biggest scammers and liars i have ever encountered. 140. One of the employees actually told me that they were “scammers” I was baffled he even said that over the phone. They will tell you that they will give you a refund and that they care so much over the phone and then a week later you are being charged $140 And they can’t give you a straight answer as to why you’re being charged. Horrible gym I will never trust EOS.

I canceled my membership back in January because my One Pass, through my health insurance, covers an EOS pass. My husband still has his active. They told me that I would only be billed for my pass for one more billing cycle, which was February! Come to find out, they've been double charging us this whole time!! I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute all charges after February. I'm tired of the games these gyms play when it comes to canceling memberships!! I went in person and canceled mine, why am I still being charged?!

My friend and I went into the gym together so I could sign up, she already had a membership. The guy at the front desk pushed us into a “family plan,” saying it would be cheaper for both of us than signing up separately. At no point was a $200 charge mentioned. When I saw that $200 had been pending to be charged from my account, I immediately called to cancel Days after signing up, I never even stepped foot into the gym to work out. The person I spoke to assured me my membership would be canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged or if I was, I’d get a refund. That was a lie.
I called back today and was told there would be no refund, even though I never used the gym once. I was misled, overcharged, and given false promises. Don’t trust this location.

I went to Eōs with just the expectation of being at another gym. I was dead wrong. The environment and staff around me constantly encouraged me to push further and finish that final rep. Will definitely be my new gym from now on!

The gym is great, equipment is kept up and place is clean. Sauna has issues at times but that is due to those that abuse the heater. And it is packed, over crowded at times. But the energy is there and no one causes problems so patience is key to a great workout.

Came in for a trial experience. Turns out the trial doesn't offer anything. Besides, just lifting the weights at the singular location.Not even the good one and no amenities are included not even a fat scan during your initial interview. They want you to sign up for a membership before completing your trial on the same day that you walk in. Had to reject offer four times in a row. Ended up walking out due to them denying amenities during the advertisement that I came in for. If you go on their website right now, it literally says, come check out all our amenities with our free seven day gym trial. So I guess whatever is not on the free weight and machine floor is not considered the gym... I already have a gym membership i was tempted for a second if I felt the amenities were worth it after trying. I felt like my time was wasted and they are use to manipulating sales. Additionally they dont know how to smile and all seem like they hate their job.

I went to my neighborhood eos and needed some info and help on a matter, and I am very proud to say Rya the employee in the front went above and beyond to help me out with my problem.
