I’ve been coming to this EoS regularly for a few months now. The staff here are some of the kindest people I’ve met, and always go above and beyond with their work. My cat passed recently, and when I went in after they immediately could tell something was wrong and took time out of their days to talk to and support me. I cannot express how much that meant to me. Special shoutout to Bobby, Mikas, Christy, and Damon for being there for me. They truly make you feel like you’re part of a family and the facilities and equipment are top notch. This place is my home away from home.

Avoid this EOS location unless you want to be misled and stuck with surprise fees.

I stopped in because I wanted to try the gym and compare it to Mountainside. I asked specifically for a trial pass. Instead, the sales rep signed me up as a full member and assured me I had 14 days to cancel without being charged the annual membership fee. Based on what I was told, I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it out.

On day 13, I walked in to cancel since it just wasn’t going to work for me or my wife. That’s when they told me I would be charged $90 for annual fee plus one full month, because cancellation supposedly requires 30 days notice.

How exactly am I supposed to give 30 days notice when I had only been a member for 13?

I asked for a manager, who basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. She even asked if I had tried the 3-day trial pass — the same trial pass I originally asked for and was told didn’t exist!

So now I’m being charged an annual fee and a month of membership for a gym I only went to because I was misled by their sales staff. The whole experience felt dishonest and manipulative, and they absolutely refused to make it right.

Be extremely careful before signing anything here. Don’t trust what the sales reps tell you — get everything in writing. I wish I never walked in the door.

I am really happy to choose this gym, since you enter you can feel that good energy that make you said " here we go", the gym is big and because don't have a swimming pool give more space for machines and work out more open.
The staff is very friendly and are ready to help you out for any question on concern that you have and I can refer in special Shaylee, always she receives you with a big smile and have a good vibe, she like to help the other staff on different tasks that needed attention.
In conclusion the Gym is a big happy family.

Thursday evening the Pool was having maintenance and closed. No notice before hand just a sign at the desk. When asked what time it would be open they said mid to late afternoon on Saturday but be warned it would be cold due to having new water. The front desk personnel suggested another location however that pool is closed too. Why have an app and not let everyone know of closures and then make uneducated suggestions and set your customers up to feel annoyed. Disappointed EOS. Do better.

I have been attempting to get a refund since April and was told that my request was approved, but instead, they continued to take additional payment after payment and never refunded my money. I communicated the issue every time the charge would come out, they would apologize and say it wouldn't happen again, then continued to charge me!!! I am owed over $400 and no one will provide GM contact information. The lack of accountability is appalling. My friends and family have canceled their memberships as well since they have seen the lack of customer service and resulting stress of these random charges that they falsely promised would stop.

I’ve been using the Life Fitness app six days a week at EōS, and it has quickly become my go-to exercise tracker. Over the past forty years I’ve tried many different fitness logs and platforms, but this one stands out as the best. It’s reliable, easy to use, and integrates seamlessly with my workouts.

While I’d love to see a bit more expansion to include simple walk/jog logs, that’s a small suggestion compared to how well the app already performs. It keeps me consistent, motivated, and accountable—exactly what I need for long-term results.

The location is big with a lot of machines. Many things are promised with your plan, but please don't fall into it. I was supposed to have the "one hour welcome" session to show me how machines work.
The first appointment, the guy shows up 20 minutes late saying he/they was doing Overtime, he's tired and had to go, andpromised to meet on Saturday! Just showed me a bicycle to work out and left.
The second appointment I repeated that "I needed to learn how each machines work because it was my first time going to gym". He calculated my body mass/grass, etc. and starts his sales pitch! Politely I kept repeating that I was not looking for a personal trainer and when we're we going to the machines? He goes "we'll get there in a minute". Then he calls "his guy" and both bombarded with their emotional tricks to get me a personal trainer! It went on for 52 minutes of the bloody "welcome" hour. After they realized I was not going to sign up for a personal trainer, "His guy" immediately left. I asked for the 10th times, or more, about the machines, he/them responded "nth, I'm sorry it's late. I have to attend another client!"
So, so disrespectful!!! Two days dragging me there wasting my time! They even kept asking why! They didn't accept "personal reasons" or "I'll think it over", etc. Very disrespectful and frustrating!
Finally after saying I can't afford it, the two tried harder with their emotional tricks!.. think about your future grandchildren you want to see... your son will pay for it for sure if he knows it's to your interest...
I was so outraged that I had to leave without doing workouts, still I am. I already knew how icycles work! It was one of the most disgusting and shameful sales tactics I've ever seen!
We have the most expensive plan and this is the way I was treated.

Coming over to EOS from Mountainside and really enjoying the gym so far- the dark area and the cold plunge are a very nice differentiators.

The mens sauna is a big miss though IMO, and on two fronts. Its no where near hot enough and It's terribly disappointing that the benches were made with faux wood/ plastic...I have never seen any other sauna that wasn't all wood- and for good reason... inhaling VOCs while trying to improve health is counterproductive. Plastic composites and high temps dont mix well.

Never one to leave reviews, but I want to shout out Haley, she is a true star of Eos and makes it feel like a community. When I need anything, she is my go-to person. Went here as a recommendation from a friend and visited as a guest.
They will hound you for signing up for a membership! The next day the emails started, then the text messages. They then began calling me on my phone trying to get me to come in again to apply for that membership. Even after unsubscribing to their email and texting STOP, they're still coming at me! I had to call and have my number removed to get a sense of peace, but never again will I set foot in this location!

Honestly don't kniw if the gym is good because no one offered me a tour, volunteered to answer a question, nata.
But I was told without a mwmbership I couldn't look, so left...permanetly. In my short experience I saw women dressed to expose, rude and unhelpful front desk. Staff members at this location. Need to be aware of their own facility I went in for a G fit class and I was directed the wrong way to the class. It is important to be familiar with the facility in order for members to get to where they need to go in a timely manner. Due to the mistake. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at EOS Fitness. Just two days after signing up, my club representative called to ask if I wanted to keep my personal training membership or cancel it. I asked her to cancel, and she assured me she’d take care of it. She did not.

I followed up by both calling and emailing to cancel — well within the cancellation period stated in the contract — using the email address provided in the agreement. Over the phone, I was again told my cancellation was processed. But despite all of this, I’ve now been charged twice.

When I went into the club in person to try to resolve it, I was told to check back in a few days. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused.

This has been nothing but a frustrating runaround. I acted in good faith, followed every step required, and received false assurances at every turn. EOS has not honored their own policies and has shown a serious lack of professionalism. Proceed with caution.

I visited this gym while on vacation, and it was one of the best parts of my trip. The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, whether I wanted to lift, do cardio, or just get a solid pump in. The atmosphere was motivating without being intimidating, which is rare and really appreciated when you’re new to the space.

I also want to mention Dalton, he was genuinely one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve come across in a gym setting. He didn’t overdo it or try to “sell” anything, just a chill, respectful guy who clearly cares about the people there and keeps the vibe welcoming. Little things like that make a big difference, especially when you’re just dropping in.

If I lived here, this would absolutely be my regular spot. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I received more and more calls from the billing department. So after calling into the club to resolve, BAILEE was fantastic. She was very nice listening to my full concern. Collecting all sides of the scenario about billing and gym cleanliness. She was then able to dig into my account history and verify where the mystery charge was coming from. She handled it like a pro and saved my account from cancellation keeping me as a member. She offered apology for other staff members not satisfying my concern. Anthony was the AGM that I spoke to originally and even sat down with. Nothing was handled. Or even addressed. So again, THANK YOU BAILEE!!! I signed up for membership when they were still construction this location. When I signed up, the gentleman that sold me ensured that my previous membership at another club would be auto canceled and only this new membership would be active. I have not stepped foot inside of the new location other than to sign up and a few weeks later. The visit after a few weeks was very underwhelming as the men’s locker room was disgusting! It smelled foul, like sweat, pee, poo, mildew.

I’ve since canceled the bank account associated with my membership. I canceled for other reasons but figured EOS cancellation would be an added benefit. MY MAIN COMPLAINT TODAY IS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A CINDY PETERS THIS MORNING. WHEN I RETURNED THAT CALL, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ILL INFORMED AND VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ESCALATION TO A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT IT WAS A FIGHT. SHE WANTED REASONS I WAS NOT WILLING TO TALK WOTH HER ANY LONGER ABOUT. WJEN SHE FINALLY CONNECTED ME TO A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT THE LADY WAS NO HELP EITHER. SIMPLY READING A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT RATHER THAN HELPING TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. SOOOOOO I THEN WENT INTO THE ACTUAL CLUB LOCATION AND SPOKE TO THE AGM ANTHONY. HE WAS NO HELP EITHER IN HEARING MY COMPLAINTS AND REASON FOR DISCONTINUATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP. BOTH INSISTING ON PAYMENT ON AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS HAD ZERO USAGE PAIRED WITH REASONING WHY I AM DISSATISFIED.

I was expecting a little more toward customer service. I addressed each concern with my training as to why there had not been payment made or why there will not be future payments made. Not a single member of EOS or this payment company have addressed my concern. Apologized. Said they understand and worked toward a solution. This is totally poor practice.

It would be a nice gym except..it’s constantly slammed anytime near “peak” hours. Every bench, rack, every piece of equipment shy of a few cardio machines and some dumbbells are in use. You have to either roam for any free machine or just wait ten minutes for the guy scrolling the phone to finish his sets - forget having a push/pull/leg routine or really any kind of routine. The locker rooms/amount of latrines are way too small for this size of a gym and are always filthy because of it.

The machines are nice, the price is good - but neither of those really matter if you’re not actually able to get your workout in.

Edit: I’ve changed this review from two to one star - it’s truly frustrating to see every machine and rack being used here. You’d do better to spend your money at a smaller, or really just any other, gym.

I just recently got a membership and was pretty excited. Until I noticed the app barely works and they barely give you any other proper online means to sign up for classes. I went to cancel and saw I would be charged the annual and month fee even though I was only three days into my free trial. I still haven't gotten any help. The equipment is very comprehensive, with over ten sets of squat racks. They have a hot tub, a cold plunge, and an internal steam room, which is different from other saunas. It's really cool and I love it. Anyone who has the EOS premium membership should definitely come and try it. You will definitely fall in love with this new location. However, to add a note, the only thing I think is a bit lacking is the insufficient parking space.

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this location. They need training badly. This gym is dirty at times, with stuff spilled on the floor, and it does not get cleaned up. The sanitizer and paper towels need to be refilled. For being a new gym, it needs improvement! They have a selfie workout room, which takes up a lot of space and can be used for better things!

I recently signed up for a membership at EOS, including access to all amenities and guest access. Since my home location isn't open yet, I was given a paper to use at other locations. No problem, until now.
I visited this EOS with someone who also signed up, but forgot her paper pass, but that was never an issue before. Every other location has simply looked us by phone number - no problem. But this time Jocelyn and Areia at the front desk were rude, unhelpful and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. They had no problem solving skills whatsoever.
When I had asked to bring her as my guest for the day, something my membership explicitly includes, I was told no because my account "wasn't active," even though I paid $60 upfront plus my monthly fee, and have used other amenities with no problem. Their excuse? They could get fired if they let us in. They could get fired for letting a paying member in??
We even called the EOS that under construction (our home gym), and the staff confirmed we were right and that this front dest team was out of line.
When the helpful person from the other location tried to talk to them directly, Jocelyn and Areia refused to take the phone. Only when someone from the back (presumably the manager) came to the front did we finally get in, no questions asked. The staff's attitude made it clear they didn't want to help.
As we left the sarcastic "have a nice day". Its a shame a brand - new membership experience was ruined by two people who clearly lack basic customer service skills. Eos needs to do better with staff training, or hire people who understand how to treat paying members with respect.

We joined when this location first opened. It is new, clean, and has plenty of apparatus to choose from. I like the atmosphere here. We see people of all ages and sizes and shapes. This makes the gym really a place for working out and get in shape.

I have been with LA Fitness for over 12 years and Ballys before that for over 20 years.
I go to EOS instead because they have excellent machines. There is also a cold and hot tub... besides the great variety of machines and free weights, they 8 chairs that will do compressions on your legs.
Wait there is more that LA Fitness doesn't have.
There are 5 high-end massage chairs and 3 chairs that will do cold or hot therapy.
EOS is only $15 when you join at any new opening and good for any gym.
If you are looking for a great gym, this is the place.

Disappointed with Cleanliness During Night Hours

I've been a regular at this gym, often coming in during the overnight hours. Unfortunately, I've noticed a recurring issue with cleanliness that needs to be addressed. Every time I visit, the only staff I see putting in any effort are the nighttime front desk personnel. They are friendly and do their best to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

However, the cleaning staff seem to be absent during these late hours and don't appear to be doing their jobs effectively. The equipment is often left uncleaned, and the overall facility doesn't meet the cleanliness standards I expect. It would be great to see more attention to cleaning during overnight shifts to ensure a better experience for nighttime gym-goers.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously for the benefit of all members.

When I joined they talked about how there is always staff available to answer questions. This has been questionable at best. My wife and I had an appointment with personal training staff and were stood up. Had to push out to next week. Then had an issue with egym machine and desk person was unable to help and nobody else available to help. Great facilities- but staff has been a huge disappointment.

In regards to personal training billing. I was very clear that I only wanted 8 weekly 1 hour long sessions. I confirmed this with the trainer. He confirmed by email. We completed our 8 sessions. I spoke with the manager who also confirmed by email the cancelation and a refund. I was then charged again. Their billing company is 0 help and the management is not responsive. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Do not sign a personal training agreement with this place.

I think this is a great facility but as it’s becoming more popular standards are slipping and front desk staff has said they aren’t empowered to address matters as not to make situations worse. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt to trainers as I haven’t seen them all but I listened to one coach tell his clients “I don’t care how pretty it looks as long as you keep moving”, watched as they don’t correct form, had their clients moving weight they can’t control, start with advanced movements before showing basics, have them sitting around waiting as the trainer chats with someone else, and saying things like “once you feel pain push through it” to obvious beginners. So I’d say approach training sessions with caution especially if you’re just starting your journey. Experienced trainers care about explaining, correcting and your time/money.

Became a member at Lindsay and university a friend located near this location wanted to tag along with her hubby. Went arrived and were greeted by Kevin,(like from home alone) who told us we needed to wait for another team member, Anthony came out to assist my friends husband in his membership, their dad goes there too so they plan on returning on getting a family plan which soooooo worth it!
