Eos was always a cool spot to work out. I've been to their location on 59th. We've moved since then and my wife started a membership at this location. One of the managers Cameron made her feel very uncomfortable by flirting with her while she was stretching. He then signed her up with a DIFFERENT trainer, and used his title to get her personal number to they could talk. He sent her a gif pertaining to the conversation they had unrelated to the gym. We both agreed she would cancel her membership because of that and not go back. When I called I spoke to another manager and gave her kind of a short rundown of the situation. Her name was Koshi, I believe. She was extremely dismissive of the fact and said "well everyone has different levels of discomfort".. which to me is a huge cop out. Anyway, eos is cool maybe if your single.

I am so glad I am leaving this location. On June 26th of 2025, I signed my grandma up for a membership as she was staying with me for a bit. I was told by Candice Hayden, one of the managers that as long as I provide flight details payments would stop. My grandma left on July 20th. We are now in November and I am still being charged. I was charged weekly for training, her annual fee, and am being charged monthly for her membership. Candice never replied to my emails. I was told to reach out to her manager Daniel Villanueva who also never responded to any of my emails. I have now been provided the point of contact of Devon Esslinger who I still have not received a response from as Daniel is no longer in the role. I am completely frustrated that I am still being charged. I was told by Candice that I would receive a refund. My grandmother left in July and we are in November, and I am still being charged. The most recent communication I have from speaking to Candice in person is that it is pending which is what I have been told for months. I reached out to member services in the survey provided via email. They finally addressed some of the concerns and only the personal training charges stopped, but her membership fees are still being charged. I am supposed to be refunded for the membership fees, the training charges, and the monthly membership fees. Upon calling billing where it is almost impossible to speak with a human, they stated that they are waiting for the gym to cancel which means all of this pending talk Candice has been spewing means she has been doing nothing. Upon calling today 11/26, the cancellation is scheduled for December upon receiving payment in December which should not be the case as she left in July and everything was done when she registered to halt payments in July. This gym is always packed no matter what time you come. The pool was supposed to open in August, but did not open until November. It is a decent gym otherwise.!I do enjoy speaking the Ari, Jillian, Coach T, and Jose at the front desk team. Chris on the personal training team is exceptional. Matt from the stretch team also has great customer service. Some of the others that work at this location could improve on their customer service skills.

I absolutely love this gym community. From the moment I walk in I’m welcomed by the staff. Serenity always gives me royal treatment and uplifts me before I start my workout. The environment is always organized and clean thanks to hard working people like Jesus! Candace did an amazing job pairing me with Marquise for personal training and I cannot rave enough about my experience. Marquise is gifted, dedicated and challenges you toward growth. From Day 1, he evaluated me, tracked my goals, gave me recommendations and was proactive about my nutrition and supplements. He’s my Go-To Guy and the reason I happily spend a small fortune at EOS! Marquise referred me to Cameron for stretch services and I have really noticed a difference in my range of motion. Cameron and his entire team (Ashley, Jasmine, Pandora, Lindsey and Matthew) create a safe environment for clients to focus on recovery and wellness. The difference in being able to bounce back quickly has only contributed to my goals of becoming a Squat Queen! ;) I love that everyone jumps in to help meet the needs of members like myself, to include Sean, who developed a plan for my nutritional goals.

As a Combat Veteran, I cannot put into words the confidence and strength I’ve re-gained from feeling safe and cared for…a price that cannot be bought.

I love the Gym, but some of the staff is not very helpful. Last night I went up front to ask a question about logging into the EGYM Machine. Its covered under my membership. He checked my phone and said I am not sure your app is setup right to login. No hey lets walk over to the machine and see whats going on. It was "I am not sure, and thats it". Considering between mine membership and wifes plus who 2 times a week trainer thats nearly 300 dollars a month "for I am not sure".

I love this gym BUT every time I come to this gym I get harassed by the employees. They always come to me trying to get me to the front desk about a debt collections owed by someone I had taken to EOS as a buddy one time many years ago!! I’ve told them it has nothing to do with me and to take it off my account whatever it is that is showing. I pay my bill every month and on time. Stop harassing me for something that has nothing to do with me!!!! Let me workout in peace like everyone that pays their membership!!! I will be telling everyone about it this horrible experience!!

I’ve been training at EoS at various locations for near three years now. After the opening of the I17 and bell location it became my new home gym. The space is well maintained, spacious, with great new equipment. As nice as the new location is, what makes it special is its staff. I train five to six days a week and nearly every morning Jina, Nity, and Bre welcome not only myself but so many others with warmth and excitement. They are kind, courteous, and quick to assist whenever someone asks. They’re farewells as people leave make for pleasant departure into the day to day. Any place can have great amenities but to have great staff makes all the difference, & they do.

This location has great equipment and is big but if your looking for a good dry sauna try another location. I've been coming since they opened and the sauna is Constantly out of service. Some days its 220° and the next day its 130° they can't seem to find consistency. I dont know the company they use to service the sauna bit but mabey they should find another one. Today 11/20/25 it was 130° and any sauna people know that is a waste of time and it was dirty and smelly in there. Great equipment and space but if you like the sauna try another location.

I’ve visited several EOS locations, but this one is by far my favorite. The staff truly set the tone here — a huge shoutout to Jina, Bre, and Nity for making the mornings so enjoyable. Their positive energy and warm welcomes make a real difference.

I recently did a training session with Talan, who took the time to explain each machine and make sure I felt confident using them. I’ve also spoken with Will, another knowledgeable trainer who was equally helpful and informative.

One of the things I appreciate most is the variety of workout areas. With multiple zones featuring cable machines and dumbbells, I’ve rarely had trouble finding equipment — unless it’s peak hours between 4pm and 11pm, when it does get busy. Even then, the gym’s size makes it possible to still get a solid workout in.

I always recommend EOS to friends and family, and this location in particular has truly won me over!

This EoS is very clean and well maintained. I love sweating in the dry hot sauna for 21 minutes and then hitting the weights. Their neon workout room is really cool. Being able to try different clubs when I travel is a great benefit. 💪

Love the location, but just had an awful experience with Manny. Last week, I submitted a request to pause my membership (online) and stated in my request couldn’t speak on the phone that specific day due to being alone at work and covering all the work. Despite this, they called me anyway. Fast forward to today. They called again, stating my request was confusing. So I clarified as clearly as I could that I want to pause and not have my active $30/mo membership, just pause. They said something quickly and incomprehensibly then hung up on me. I had questions about this. When will this go into effect? Will I get some sort of reminder? What is the billing cycle so I know what month and day I’ll get charged the $30 again? Well, I called back to ask these questions, stated my name and that I was hung up on and wanted to speak to him and after a solid two minutes on hold, he’s “unavailable”. Thankful the gal who answered the phone was generous enough to take the time to answer my questions, but if the management isn’t going to own up to being disrespectful and rude to its customers, then it just lost a whole lot of business from me. I have loved EOS but I will not be returning to this branch ever again.

I referred two of my friends here six months ago on the third month of them being members we called in to let them know and they said oh you have to wait six months until their members so I waited until then I called again and now they’re saying that I have to go to my friends location and have that manager give me the credit. Honestly, it’s been a bunch of runaround and it seems a bit weird and like a scam like they don’t wanna give someone their credit. which is really disappointing because I like this location and I like coming here because it’s newer, but it’s like why are they not giving me my credit? I literally spoke with the assistant manager three months ago and so did my friends and then when I called today. They’re giving me a completely different story.

So I got a flat tire on my way to the gym, I stopped at the qt in the parking lot for air and the thing was broken. I have a portable air pump in my car but the little battery way dead so I asked the kids club if they can just plug it into the wall and they said no ask the front desk. I asked the front desk and they said I can plug it into the couch as my only option. There is legit plugs at every desk. I live in black canyon city and there is no tire shops open and I have 2 small children with me actually insane that they cant plug it in for me. So now instead of working out for an hour I have to sit by it and wait for it to charge while my kids are in the kids club. I understand if it was like a phone or something not necessary but I literally just need to put air in my tire to make it home. I have never had a problem at this gym but the whole staff tonight seems to severely lack empathy and kindness.

I stopped by this gym with a very simple question: I just wanted to know if they had a pool. The woman at the front desk told me she “wasn’t allowed” to answer that and that I’d have to talk to a sales representative. I explained that I didn’t have time for a full sales pitch and just needed a yes or no. She still refused to answer.

As I turned to leave, she actually laughed at me, loud enough for me to hear it as I walked out. I was shocked. I wasn’t rude or demanding; I asked one straightforward question. There’s absolutely no reason anyone representing a fitness center should treat potential members that way.

If this is how they handle basic inquiries, I can only imagine how poorly they treat paying members. I’ll be joining elsewhere.

The gym is nice, but there are definitely issues, like the women taking selfies in the bathroom when others are changing, which is really unsafe.

But I wanted to warn you DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING!

They will lie and cheat to get money out of you any way they can. I signed up for weekly personal training for 4 months. I agreed to add on an extra session per week for the first month and was told I'd get a discount rate and that this would be $120 for the month. NOT TRUE. They charged me $120 TWICE. Now, I can't get them to turn this off. I ended the "extra" personal training last month, but they still try to charge my card DAILY for it.

To get this stopped, I have gotten the runaround from their staff and variety of out-of-house billing people.

Their fitness manager, Heather, is terrible. Her personality is one thing (she shouldn't have a job working with people because she's rude and unpleasant) but she lies. She said she was going to stop this yesterday, but Eos is still trying to charge my card today.

I paid for 8 sessions last month and only received six. They get away with this because they tell you all your sessions are banked and you don't lose anything. But with this pricing model where they just take, take, take, they never give. Their scheduling system doesn't work, they cancel your sessions, they schedule them without you present, it's just a huge pain. I am never quite sure if I am going to have a personal training session or not, so I show up anyway just to be told I'm "not funding" and won't have a session today.

Basically, Eos takes your money and provides little value in return. They will get around to your training when they feel like it. They will come back and say, "Did you read the contract," but you don't get to read it before you sign. DO NOT believe them when they tell you what is in the contract; they say anything to get you to sign.

Fortunately for me, I control my card and they won't get this $120 out of me that I did not authorize. This shouldn't be an issue; Eos should do business honestly.

I know a lot of people don't pay attention to what goes in/out on their cards and may be surprised to see Eos taking so much, especially when you don't authorize it, or get tricked into a contract.

So here's how the contract works, according to the very cold fitness manager, Heather Williams. I am locked into this thing and can't cancel until the 5th invoice. (I have 8 total).

Given that she doesn't keep her word, I doubt that. I'm still waiting for her to stop the extra debits of $120 I NEVER AGREED TO.

The gym is nice, I will give it that. I may keep the gym membership after this, but I feel really ripped off, disrespected, and cheated right now. Trust is lost. My trainer is good, but she's held back by the policies of this gym, sadly. I haven't felt like going in while this crap is going on.

Eos does need to learn some customer service and to respect the clients that pay them money, especially those of us who spend extra on personal training. There are some nice folks at the front desk, but only in person. On the phone, they're mostly terrible.

It's evident that there's NOT enough communication between the staff. Everyone passes responsibility to the next saying they can't do something, they need the next person to do it. You mean to tell me in a packed gym with a full parking lot, you can't just train multiple people to do the job? Grow up. Learn customer service and how to run a business. Eos staff has some learning to do.

There is NO excuse for how badly I've been treated at Eos. Get rid of Heather Williams and get someone with people skills and follow through. Train your staff on customer service and communication.

You've had a chance to make things right with me and you keep blowing it. I will amend this review if you do, but I will keep it honest as well.

I DO NOT recommend personal training based on the predatory financial tactics of Eos. Choose someone local and independent at a small gym where people keep their word and payments are handled in house!

Very bad, unorganized system.

I signed up with EOS in May. I had to travel in June, so I asked them to freeze both my accounts: personal training and the membership. When I came back after three months, I found them charging me the full amount for both personal trainer and membership, and they wouldn't refund my money. My second experience was with the daycare. I paid for it, but the manager there was totally biased. I did not want to make problems, so I asked for my money back for the daycare. They said they would refund it, but they haven't yet.

This gym is my favorite place in the whole world. Everyone from the front desk staff, janitorial staff, trainers, and all of the other gym-goers are amazingly friendly and supportive. I have never once felt judged or out of place.

Great new gym. But this sauna is far too hot for all the beginners and amateurs that go to eos. The max temp for saunas is around 190 ish that that’s is exactly the temp I found it at. Let’s work on tha

The gym is nice... However, the sales tactics they use are very immature. you call in before you join, "do you have a hot tub and pool?" Yes we do.. However what they don't tell you is its not open and they don't have a date they say October ... then its November then its December... . They also transfer you to the sales department rather than just answering the simple question....
