I would like to thank one of the EOS Team Members at the Northsight (Scottsdale) location for helping me out recently. Van happened to answer the phone when I called with some questions regarding my membership and my payment. Not only was Van great on that one call, but he also followed up on an action item, and called me back. All without me even asking. In today's world, I really value great customer service. Van delivered that. I hope his management sees this.

I went here for 3 months using my Wellhub membership from my company. Went there this morning and checked in ok. I used the barcode generated by the app, and WellHub showed me confirmation that the check in was successful. They told me that I never set up an account at the gym and needed to do so. I sat down with them to do this, but when they entered my WellHub ID, it said it couldn't verify. I checked with WellHub and my subscription was active. They asked me to call WellHub. WellHub doesn't have a customer service number, only ticketing, so I initiated a request. I asked if I could just get this taken care of before I come back the next time and they agreed.

I started working out, and the guy comes up and says that his manager doesn't want me in the gym until this is resolved. He escorted me out.

This is absolutely ridiculous - I've been going here for 3 months and paying for it through WellHub. My subscription gives be access to other gyms like Mountainside and Lifetime. Went to the Mountainside in the area and things were smooth there. Great service.

I can't believe EOS treats people this way. Especially surprised this is from the district manager!

Store #08681; I walked into the gym and was immediately welcomed by Cody at the front desk, we hit it off with a good conversation before I even asked to get started with a membership! Brendan the manager walked up introduced himself and helped me get a membership! He guided me through the Evolt scan machine, read the results with me to understand, walked me through all memberships, and talked about personal trainer experiences! This gym is right across from my house, so it’s in a nice location. It is an old Gold’s gym so there’s heavy equipment and plated machines. It is, however, very old and gross in there compared to the new EOS’. A detailed remodel would really be something here. There’s no child department and no basketball court. The front desk people are usually just okay, but lately Monica has gone above and beyond—being a nice friendly face when going at night!

Dirty locker room, equipment is in dis-repair, was lied to about my membership (which I have been a member since it was new and a Gold's Gym). Told by staff member that my agreement with previous gym would be honored and recently discovered that a $50 annual membership fee had been charged to my bank account. It's not the money so much but the being lied to that really p...es me off. Yes, it's only a $10/mth gym, but if this is what you get for that much, I would rather not belong to a gym at all. I'm 46yo and have been training since 15 years of age. Not new to the gym scene. Was thinking about leaving before this happened and now can't leave fast enough.
