I’ve been going to this gym for about 5-6 years but consistently… about 1-2 years and I can say that it’s my favorite gym and I will commit. Although it has got a lot of attention, I am still able to find the machine I need and get a workout in. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a favorite for a good majority of Arizona goers!! Been going to this EOS location since February 2025. Absolutely love the facility due to location to my home and how clean it is! In September I started personal training sessions with Klaus and he really stepped up my workout after discussing my goals with me. He is a fantastic trainer and know his stuff!! I highly recommend Klaus for personal training!

I’m a BIG gym guy. Been to almost every one in the state. But hands down, this is the best one I’ve been to…because here, you’re part of not just a great community - but also a family. Writing this to share my amazing experience with this gym! This gyms amenities and customer service are top notch but what I feel sets it apart is the customer service I received.

I want to give special thanks Isaac, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, assist with membership, and made sure I felt completely taken care of.

I would not recommend this gym based on the inexperienced and under trained staff. I went to add a family member only to find out they deleted my account to create a family one without telling me I would need to update my agreement/bands/login. Our Eygm bands wouldn't register and I was unable to login despite paying and having a card on file. They couldn't figure out how to put back child care services and spent a majority of the time running back and forth to their peers tryng to piece together a solution. We spent half an hour trying to fix everything with minimal success.

Never been to a facility where people enter the sauna in full gym attire and gym shoes.
Does no one read the sign about sauna etiquette? Find it a bit odd, that's all.
Its been going on two weeks that the mens sauna has been out of service.
Tonight( Monday Sept 29th) the hot tub wasn't working.
Gentleman at front desk had no knowledge of if/ when they would be up and running.
Very frustrating.

Overall the gym is okay. On the surface there's quite a bit of amenities on the Black program. Unfortunately, most of those amenities are run down and/or broken. Only 1 of the massage chairs works pretty okay. The rest of them either only work on one side of your body, the feet don't work, or the massage is so weak it barely feels like the machine is on.

None of the percussion massagers work properly. No matter the setting or how much or little pressure you apply.

The compression pants seem too work fine. As well as the cryo-chairs, when they're filled. Quite often they are empty.

As others have stated paper towels are constantly out. I stopped using the bathrooms over a year ago because they are disgusting. I do not fault the maintenance crew for this. They seem to be quite busy trying to keep up with the work. This falls on the manager, who in over two years I've never seen walk the floor to look for issues to fix. Or simply talk to guests ensuring they're having a good experience.

I have brought these issues up with the staff in the past, but I get the impression they either don't care or don't want members talking to them. A majority of the staff (including the manager) hangs out at the desk talking with each other. They look too be in good spirits and enjoying their time, but they do not acknowledge guests when they come in or leave.

It's not all bad. I do get good training sessions in. The equipment on the main floor works pretty well, and if something is broken it's fixed quickly. There is a lot of variety of equipment for both strength training and cardio machines. Plus, they have the yard to change the scenery.

I have not taken a cardio class nor have I used the cinema room, so I have no comments.

P.s. The newest scale you bought for the main floor is garbage.

The EOS on Litchfield and Waddell is one of the dirtiest and unkept gyms. Paper towels dispensers are constantly empty along with spray bottles. While the front desk person sits on his phone. Then you pay extra for towel service with no towels available. The recovery room has one massage chair that functions while the other sit broken or “under maintenance” for a month. I would suggest looking at other gyms before deciding to join EOS.

Took my son in to visit the gym and go swimming on a guest pass. He has been constantly harassed by phone calls and texts despite repeated attempts to get them to stop. I don't recommend anyone go here or bring a guest unless you just hate that person (Mother in Law, soon to be ex-girlfriend or ex-wife maybe) and enjoy watching them get unwanted calls and texts. My daughter signed up for a regular gym membership, but they took it upon themselves to also sign her up for a personal training contract without her consent. When we confronted them, they admitted to messing up and claimed they created a second contract to fix it — but we have documentation showing they forged her signature on that second agreement.

We contacted corporate, but weeks later we’ve still seen no refund, and they continue to charge the gym fees. What’s worse is that I saw another review from just 3 weeks ago describing the same exact issue — this isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern.

Shady business practices like this should not be ignored. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years, but this was my first time checking out EOS. I signed up online for the free 7-day pass and got a text almost immediately asking me to schedule a time to activate it, which I thought was a great touch. I responded within 5 minutes, but never heard back.

Wanting to get a workout in that day, I called only to be placed on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and tried again, and they asked to put me on hold a second time. I said I just needed to know if I could come in and activate the pass, and they told me yes.

When I showed up around 10:30am, the place was slammed. I found out they were short-staffed due to call-outs, and I was asked to wait for the manager. While I waited, I finally received a response to my earlier text. I replied that I was already in the lobby, and shortly after, the manager came out and checked me in.

He was polite and got me set up quickly, but he didn’t offer a tour or explain anything about the gym, which felt like a missed opportunity. I was able to get in a workout, and the facility itself is clean, with well-maintained equipment.

That said, it’s always packed, the parking lot is full, and the overall vibe just isn’t for me. I ended up joining a competitor gym where the staff was a bit more attentive and welcoming.

EOS has solid potential, but for now, it’s just not my scene.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because Becca the coach was amazing and I loved working with her. Had an issue last year with them switching my account to a family plan but not canceling my old membership or the personal training like I asked as I was not able to afford pt any longer. They also checked the box to sign for me electronically for something I never agreed to, so I wasn't able to even fight it because it was "signed" aka the box was checked by whoever signed me up. After a few months I thought that was resolved but when I started going back to eos after surgery past two weeks I find out they charged me nearly $88 and $176 then when I called to find out why they said it was all from past personal training and that I still have an extra $500 I need to pay apparently? I am so beyond upset and wish I had just canceled my membership when they first gave me issue last year. The classes and Becca are great but staff not so much as I've been hung up on multiple times before or told I'll get a call back later and never do. I had to cancel my membership, so let's hope it actually got canceled this time.

Ive been dropping my son off at the Kids Club here (Eos Litchfield/Waddell) for almost 6 months and I’m pretty sure he loves it. (He can’t talk yet to tell me otherwise) But he is always happy when I pick him up. The girls here are really great with him.

I love the camera screens they have and I am able to peek at him and see what he is doing throughout my workout. I feel safe dropping him off here. I also noticed they are always cleaning and picking things up. The girls always greet me with a smile and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this kids club! Thank you & big shout out to Holly and Rhytlee! But we love you Kailee, Estrella & Hannah!

The gym itself is good. They keep up with their machines and usually fix them pretty quickly when they go down. I think everyone needs to speak up because when I tell him a machine is down they go right over to it and get it working again.

The room with the bicycles in it is barely used. I’ve never seen a class going on in there, and I feel like that room is a waste. One thing I wish this gym had it is a separate area or room to work out in where you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the room, other than the movie room, which I LOVE of course!

Overall this is a pretty good gym.

Edit: I’m dropping it a star. Lights on in a movie room? And why can’t they ever get the sound right.

I Iike the gym and everything that it has to offer. I hate that I'm paying for a facility fee and their facility is kept up like crap. Mens sauna is covered in gum and water bottles, the whole bathroom stinks like piss, the showers always have hair and gunk all over the floors. Id think how much money EOS makes they would be able to maintain their facility a bit better. I'm hoping this changes or ill take my hard earned dollar to mountainside.

The sauna was a good temperature medium hot. The massage chair room also looks towards the pool so if you have children swimming and are concerned you can pick up over the frosted glass and check on them. However several of the chairs scanners didn't work and had several rips or tears in different parts of the chairs. There was a hot tub which I thought was a nice touch. I think this one is very much for people with children which is wonderful it's hard to get away as a parent but everyone deserves a good sweat.

this eos had terrible customer service as well as inconsistent communication, i got an email that my 7 day guest pass was extended a day ago . i come in today trying to work out and an employee told me i couldn’t bc on “their end” my pass had expired. i would’ve understood if this information was told to me prior to making the 30 minute drive . Had they just allowed me to work out that day and told me after i would’ve been fine. again i had no way of knowing my pass was expired BECAUSE i had gotten an email that it was extended …

All they care about is money just tried to go in there with my friend to workout and they pulled us out of the bathroom saying there was something wrong with our memberships when they just charged me $75 dollars when i’ve only been there twice then told my friend they wouldn’t let her workout because her account was linked to a different eos like you guys aren’t charging me $75 dollars already then told her if she wanted to workout there for ONE DAY it would be $20 so on top of the $70 membership we already paid for they tried to get an extra $20 out of us the lady at the front that was checking us in was extremely rude worst additude i’ve ever seen. all they care about is getting your money worst gym i’ve been to. do not come here. my family is also canceling their memberships

This gym has shown me the best experience of all thus far. It’s clean, and is well kept. The equipment is all apparently bran new from the look of it. The staff are all great here as well. Qivan, at the front desk was welcoming, and a huge help apon signup for both my wife and I. We’re both so glad to be a part of the eos family! Definitely will be telling all my loved ones. Thank you for the great experience.

Signing up is such a nightmare. There's no way to copy or save the agreements until after signing them, so you have to sit and read through the whole thing right there. There are also 3 different logins/software that's involved in your account, and they're all linked, but don't work very well together. If you try and reactivate an old membership, buckle up, they can't do it over the phone/online, and you'll be at the front desk for a while trying to resolve it.

The staff is nice, their online experience just sucks.

I've only had my membership for a month, but the staff at the Litchfield & Waddell location just upset me so much that I'm going to cancel immediately. I pay for highest membership level which allows me to bring a guest with me unlimited times. So, each time I've brought my 23-year-old son as my workout partner. I suffer from severe Fibromyalgia and have been losing muscle due to lack of mobility, so my son was coming with me to help me stay consistent. The very first time I brought him, they made him fill out his information on a tablet. The person at the front desk said that normally he would need to have a one-time sit down with someone to fill out liability paperwork, but there wasn't anyone available. So, we probably worked out 7-8 times after that. Each time I old them I had a guest like I'm supposed to and only a couple of those times did they even ask for his phone number. The rest of the times they just waved us through and said enjoy your workout. Cut to the evening of 03/31/25. We showed up about 7:30pm and my son met me there as usual. He mentioned that he had to use the bathroom really bad (he has genetic kidney disease). I told him as soon as I scan in, I would wait while he used the restroom. Then this young employee that I've never seen before tells my son that he needs to fill out the liability forms before we can workout. My son said he would be happy to but asked if he could please use the restroom first. This guy literally asked the other staff if my son was allowed to use the restroom before filling out the forms. These are the SAME staff that had waived him through on 6 separate occasions prior. So the disrespectful employee said he needed to do the paperwork and it wouldn't take long. So my son is sitting there with his kidneys hurting and having to go the the bathroom really bad, when this young snot of an employee literally dives into an aggressive sales pitch to get my son to sign up for his own membership and while he's sitting there very uncomfortable, he was told that if he didn't sign up that night, he would lose access to any of the specials they had going on right now. So, this was never about the liability forms. They wouldn't let him use the restroom because they work on commission and wanted to get a freaking sale!! I got really upset with this employee, but I didn't yell. I asked him if I'm allowed to bring one guess with me unlimited times and he said yes, but they are required to find out why the guest doesn't want to become a member. He does want to when he can afford it, but can't at this moment. The employee didn't like that answer and then kept aggressively going after the sale. I asked to speak with his supervisor and told the supervisor, Angel, that this experience was horrible and my son just wanted to use the bathroom before he signed the liability waivers. I told the supervisor that my son had worked out with me every time and they should match up my scan-ins with how many times the staff even bothered to ask my son for his phone number on the previous visits. I said obviously they only cared about their so-called "rules" when a sales person was available. When I said that this had put a bad taste in my mouth and threatened to cancel my membership, the supervisor apologized because their were people passing by, but you could tell they didn't care if that was my last workout or not. What an absolute horrible experience. Avoid EOS if you can!!!

Chris M. was amazing and helped fix an issue brendyn caused when checking me in. He was so helpful, helping immensely when i was waiting over 5 minutes to talk to brendyn about my bar code not working for the cryo room; was told to wait but when Chris M. saw me he immediately realized i needed help and took charge.
