My negative review isn’t so much about the gym itself but about the people that attend. Management seems unwilling to try and do anything about people being on their cell phones and I know I sound like that guy. But when there’s one machine and you want to use it and you watch a guy sit on it for 25 minutes Literally do one set and then when you politely ask, they start screaming at ya, I’m just done. Bring back the etiquette posters, and for God sakes have management on site that’s willing to enforce some sort of law when it comes to etiquette at a gym. I’d love to say I’m gonna cancel my membership and go somewhere else but where do you go? I love to work out with other people around me. It helps motivate me, working out from home is a struggle.

Do not sign up for personal training. Told it was to try one time for $19.99 and then I could decide on a package. I cancelled the first one within the allotted time frame and have still been charged for the last two months…hundreds of dollars at this point. I’ve called every number, gone into the center and emailed many people and no one follows up and most don’t even respond.

Update: after being told I would receive a refund and not charged again on 9/3, I have been charged two more times and no refund has been received. Trying to get in contact with anyone is a headache.

I was in a troublesome payment. Transferring jobs. When it came time to pay my fee. I didnt have it till the next day. I got paid but it didn't go through. I came in to have my card pay my late fee and membership. But the system was down... bummed that I can't workout. But Andrew, night shift front desk was SUPER helpful with the problem. He informed me and was nice enough to let me workout when my payment wasn't completed. (System down & I just got paid) It was a stalemate. I understood the rules. But he was so cool, he let me in. Just come back when there's more staff to help/ or the computers aren't down. Either way, as a member. They honor your membership in many ways. Tonight was one em. But Adrew's knowledge and confident compassion. Solving this was a charm. 5 out 5 customer satisfaction! 👍🏼

I like this gym and all the others but i just got charged me $54 due to a transaction issue. I have had no changes to my accounts or cards but was told a $15 late fee applied due to a blocked transaction. Completely bogus. I haven't had much time to come to the gym but im okay with $30 being taken out monthly and $75 1 time a year but the fact im being punished for somthing electronic and out of my power is crazy. Canceling my membership and going back to the YMCA due to this being a scammy move by this company.

I love this location because I can go after work at 3 and actually get a parking spot and machine unlike some other locations that are crazy packed as soon as afternoon rush hour starts. I love the sauna and massage chairs to relax the muscles after a workout! The highest level membership is the best bang for your buck to be able to go to all locations and have all the amenities. In April of 2025, I had signed up for an account with friends at this particular EOS fitness, in June of the same year I had decided I no longer wanted the account and it went in to cancel the account. I paid $94 in late fees and afterwards the man behind the counter said that the account was canceled. Fast forward about a month, and I am receiving calls from debt collectors talking about unpaid late fees towards EOS fitness. Come to find out, you have to email their official corporate office and give a 30 days head notice before you can cancel your account, something they do not explicitly tell you. If you go into the location that you signed up at and try to cancel your account and the person behind the counter says they have done that they are lying to you, you need to email the corporate office or else they will continue to charge you and you will have to pay late fees. After further research I found out this is a problem not just with this location but with eos fitness across the country. Overall EOS fitness charges absurd hidden fees, has deceptive marketing practices, and will outright refuse to cancel your account even when you've paid late fees unless you email them directly which they do not explicitly tell you. Also several of the staff members working at this particular location are entirely unhelpful and essentially refuse to do anything to help you. Go literally anywhere else and you will have an infinitely better experience and won't be scammed out of $115 like I was forced to pay.

I am a recent member at EOS at I10 and warner. I have tried almost all the classes that they offer but the best and the most lovable is HEATHER ( body pump and body step). She is a great coach, even in a busy room she tends to attend to check each one for correctness. I just love her and added these two classes only. I love EOS and have been a member since it use to be Gold’s gym. I love that I can go to any EOS gym and take the fitness classes offered and follow the instructors that teach certain classes that I love. Daryn who goes by D is an amazing instructor. I also love a few others like Olga, and Thomasa.
This location is the one I love the most as I drive 30 minutes to get to EOS from where I live.
I just wish they offered more cycle classes as it is upsetting when they pull classes and disrupt my routine. There honestly was a not enough daytime cycle classes.
I also wish they had more new leg equipment.
There are many EOS in can choose from which is nice but this location being by the I-10 is the most convenient for me from where I live.

I went in for my verification which is just a fancy way of them scamming you into a personal training program. I politely listened to what Taylor Kingsley offered but declined multiple times. He wouldn’t take NO for an answer and quite frankly I felt forced to stay there and sign into a program cause I didn’t know when the “verification” process was over. It’s been over a month and to this day I still haven’t received an email with all my contracts explaining the 3 day rule. When I tried to call and cancel before the first training session they said I missed the window and I was stuck in the program. I emailed several times to any email I could find and no one could help. I refuse to believe a company can’t override a policy and take someone out of a program when they expressed extreme frustration on how they been treated. I have never actually scheduled and attended a training session but keep getting money taken out of my account bi weekly.
I received my 4th invoice and emailed again wanting to be removed from the program. Today a lady named Melanie Ortiz granted my requested after they take 4 more payments out of my account. This isn’t what I wanted I want to be removed immediately no more payments, I don’t want to be a member of this gym ever again, and would like the money back for the training program charges. I will never step foot into a EOS ever again!!!! The way this company scams people and then traps them into something they don’t want to do is crazy, should have never left PLANET FITNESS thought grass was greener and it wasn’t just more 💩.
My hope for this is that someone in EOS headquarters sees this and can make this situation right because this experience is utterly unacceptable.

Spacious location with many amenities including a recovery room, spa, pool, sauna room, cinema room, outdoor yard workout area, daycare, basketball court and two studios including a cycle room. There are always machines and free weights available during rush hour 6-10 AM and 5-8 PM. The maintenance crew are on top of needed repairs and they keep the entire facility clean. Paper towels are not stocked alot of days, out of spray, courts are closed alot, its super hard to cancel membership. Mid gym, i use a third party app and don’t pay eos directly . Bugs in the sauna.

Not the best eos I ever been to but the young man Isaias was a great help. Helped navigate through the gym gave me some tips and just gave me the best experience possible. Taylor and tanner on the other hand total phony’s. Go against everything the gym stands for.

There’s this young man Isaias he was the greatest experiences I had at a gym ever I felt like I was at home once I walked in he greeted me very nicely and was very patient with me honestly my greatest costumer service experience I ever had.

I always have a great experience at this gym. The staff is always so nice, especially Zoie! She’s always so bubbly and making sure the lobby is spotless. It makes my day when she checks me in for my workout.
