Very nice facility with great courts and nets. However, I visited here with a friend to engage in open play. Most of the people did not seem to be very willing to include us in. My friend and I had just played singles on a court labeled for 3.0 players, and a group of probably 4.0 took over the court. Finally, a friendly couple agreed to play with us so that we could play doubles. I have not been inclined to return given my experience of my first visit.

I had a company event here last night and it was amazing!!! We had it set up by the mini bowling and everything was absolutely perfect. Donna was so wonderful and everything, all the foods/drinks/bar she made was amazing. Morgan was such a delight and so courteous and helpful, she is lovely. Every person that worked there was so incredibly helpful and nice. I will definitely recommend this place for any company parties in the future. We will definitely be back for ours. Thanks again for a great night. <3

Awesome facility for pickleball. 6-8 of 14 courts have allot of room on sidelines and endlines.Where other indoor and outdoor courts don't. The other 6 indoor courts not so much room as there are obstacles, ie support beams etc that interfere with higher level play. There are 5 outdoor courts as well. Opportunities for challenge play could be better. Staff won't enforce legal of play on same level players. You have 3.0 on 3.5 courts and 3.5 on 4.0 courts. Round robins are ok. There are allot of members and it's hard for court availability in attempting to set up your own RR unless you don't mind mid afternoon or later play times.

Don't let these people fool you on the annual membership benefits. We moved to Prescott about sixty days ago and were pitched on how wonderful the benefits are. We are avid pickleball players. I'm not sure if the fix is in on reservations somehow, or what, but it is impossible to join a 3.5 level men's, women's or mixed round robin, even if you try to reserve a spot the very moment the clock allows you to register. They need to fix this so that everyone who is paying them for this benefit can receive it. Yes, there is open play, but part of a paid membership is being able to take advantage of what is being offered.

Used to love the place I travel for work and I end up in Prescott by my choosing so I can play here and I've gotten to know a lot of ppl that play there after a few years of going there every few weeks but I went there and I've never felt more unwelcomed.. I know that ppl play in groups I mean I do but we usually let ppl switch in and out of we know them or even if we don't we usually do. I'm not an a hole like that... So anyways I went in after driving 10 hours to get some pickleball in and it wasn't that busy but I seen a group of guys 2 of them I know and I said that looks like my kinda games and the kid at the front desk says they don't need one and so I just turned around and walked out. He could have said let me see if they are cool with working you in or anything.. that's how good customer service works.. Soo now I'm just going to not stop in Prescott anymore and go to flag or showlow . Letting my Tucson peeps know as well

A great addition to the sports scene in Prescott to have an indoor venue for playing pickleball even in inclement weather or extreme temperatures. Friendly staff and players. We are hoping that this facility revitalizes the mall and enhances the tourism industry in Prescott. The only negatives are the sound and echo level inside, the glaring lights above, and the small number of fitness classes offered.

I have been coming here since it has opened and I primarily use the exercise equipment and basketball court. All the equipment is used even the basketball court was previously owned and in poor condition. Since i have been coming to the gym the equipment is frequently out of order and the exercise space has gotten progressively smaller due to the other “activities” (Martial arts/Pilates) that they have incorporated into the same already small space where you workout. Basketball rims are bent and nets are all but wasted away. When I inquired about the possibility of at least fixing the rim/net I was quickly dismissed. Given how much they charge for memberships I was shocked by their response and lack of motivation to re-invest in their own facilities. This along with the poor treatment you receive from staff was enough for me to cancel the membership for myself and my spouse. If you are looking for a gym to exercise this is not the gym for you… staff and management are more focused on pickle ball and parties/events instead of actual fitness.

I played Pickleball here over July 1st and 2nd. They offer open and I paid my fee. Walked over to courts and on July 1st had a good time.
July 2nd, Sunday was a completely different story. It was open play, yet several members demanded to play together on open play courts, rather than reserve their own courts. The rotation was odd since the members demanded to play together. Then, after beating tge members in doubles, they got made and threw their paddles, demanding they were higher rating than others for open play. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. The manager talk with the members,but basically did nothing at all.

Our whole family (including kids!) play pickleball here. Incredible quality and care has been put into every aspect of this facility.
There’s then just pickleball though! There’s a full gym, cornhole gaming area, basketball court AND COFFEE/BOOZE/FOOD cafe.
This place just has it all!

Our team recently rented Espire's facilities for a team building event and we had such a blast! Tammy and I communicated through email to set up the entire rental (easy peas). She was extremely helpful in providing all services and fees up front and took care of our reservation and even offered to contact & order catering for us when their Kitchen was already in use. Being able to bring or order in your own food is so appreciated, especially if you have many diet restrictions.
Upon arriving, we were taken back to the Activities room (cornhole, pool tables, ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball), our golf simulators and to the mini bowling lanes and Rick showed us around. He was so kind and helpful and continued checking on us all to ensure we were having a good time. Between Tammy, Rick and Tanya, the customer service was absolutely stellar. We were all very impressed and can't wait to come back again! **This would be an excellent place to host a party (for any age). I cannot say enough about how wonderful the facilities are. This is exactly what Prescott was missing. So happy to have them here. Highly recommend!!

So far my husband and I have been happy with the facilities. Courts are nice and well maintained. The staff at the front desk have been friendly and helpful, most especially Nora and Kelly. Meeting great people and having a lot of fun.

This issue we have is the impact non members have on our play time. For example Saturday there was only one court designated for 3.0 level open play. Next door to us Prescott Pickleball Association had 4 courts reserved. Their members can play for 2 hours for $5. PIPA also has 4 courts reserved on Wednesday nights. On Saturday there were non members on our court which significantly limited our playing time as well. Why would this be allowed especially during prime playing time.

I understand that Espire had some initial challenges reaching membership goals which resulted in opening the club to the public in hopes of gaining new members. But I know a number of people who are happy to pay the $5 through PIPA and have no intention of ever joining. I hear rumblings from other members about this practice so I do hope Espire can get this figured out.

I can’t say enough about the staff and the professionalism of everyone that works there. I have to give a special shout out to Sean. I’ve seen him work with all different levels and show the same patients to everyone. My son is 13 and I am 55 years old and he shows the same respect. It really shows how much he loves his job and the people he’s working with. The front desk staff, and everyone is always amazing. We love the community that our family has built there and just such a short time. Kudos to all.

Yes, definitely a first class facility for indoor pickleball. In the past month, the scheduling of reservations has become a problem. So much
of an issue that I would caution new members to consider before joining.

When I complained to the staff I was told the Founders are in charge of scheduling. Now, it is almost impossible to reserve a court. I get nothing but FLULL for pickle ball reservations. The pickleball groups are filled days before the scheduled play time. This appears very unfair.

So it is easy to join, but extremely difficult to find a play time.
