I work nights so their current hours of operation doesn’t support my schedule. Main reason why I need 24 hour access. This is the same reason why I canceled my planet fitness membership.

My initial thoughts were good when I visited and even saw familiar faces in the club but this quickly went south after a short time thanks to staff and management issues. After getting a tour I came back the next day to sign up and take advantage of the deal for 5 dollar sign-up. The next week resulted in multiple calls to my fiance about a guest pass that honestly meant nothing due to my membership allowing her to come with me for free each visit. The calls made her feel forced to come and set it up which seemed like it had to be in person due to the way Calvin their ASM spoke to her about it and I called back to ask what was going on as a result and things seemed fine until the next call on a Sunday morning. You do not call on a weekend morning about an issue already spoken about and resolved and then better yet he hung up on me after I asked her for her phone to speak with him and tried to sort it out again. The excuse he gave was it was not in the notes. We had even talked about going to enjoy the pool and work out that day before the call but not after that treatment. When I called to cancel and explained the issue I was told it should be handled but I then get a message saying its 25 dollars to end it which has to be in person or through the mail and that the cancellation fee will apply because what happened does not count as "harassment." We had never even walked in the door since sign up and will be out 30 bucks plus buying locks and swimsuits even to enjoy the facilities. Do yourself a favor and stick with other places. Surprises and bad management policy will keep me away and my wallet luckily not by much, but lighter nonetheless.

Love working out here. I am a certified personal trainer and self-defense instructor. I do not work here, I workout here. I have to keep in the best shape possible. I found not only does Esporta have all the equipment I need to train but also a staff that is there when you have a concern or questions. If you want to get in better health Esporta is the place to come.

Since the COVID restrictions lifted and they "opened", they are only open from 8Am-5Pm so how does someone like me go when i work from 6-4? How is my wife supposed to go when the kids care isn't even open at all? Yet they charge full price for limited club use, or in our case, no use as we have two small children. We asked them to freeze our accounts until they could open the club fully, they said they would. But my account got charged like normal and when we brought it up they said "we don't freeze accounts". I've belonged to LA fitness a few different times and I always end up regretting it because of their lack of standards and horrible customer service. We need a real gym in C.G.

Not bad, every time I come place is clean with a nice quiet and chill atmosphere. (Update: have had good experiences with the management staff. I find them to be approachable and willing to help and answer questions. Location never seems overtly packed so never a long wait for a particular station. Only thing I notice is that A LOT of members do not wipe their nasty sweat off equipment before moving on. Please folks it dont take much time to wipe it down.

In area for a week, gave me a free 5 day pass. No sales pressure. Plenty of equipment all in great condition. Gym was clean. Users don’t clean equipment after use. No staff on floor either to help or remind users to clean equipment. All in all a good place to workout.

Been here 10 years, good equipment nice pool, no enforcement of rules. Yoga excellent. Remember most important aspect is to sell you the client. After you sign up they forget who you are except to sell you more.

We were mislead in regard to the ability to freeze our account when we were not in town by the sales manager April and later by the front desk person. When we tried to freeze our account as promised the front desk person said that neither the manager or the other person on the desk knew what they were talking about.
Our thought, don’t trust LA FITNESS MANAGEMENT don’t believe them and get it in writing. Maybe time for another club.

I have had a membership for almost 1 year. Its been great. I have been to 6 gyms in the Valley but this gym by far ranks Number 1 on my list. The customer service is awesome. The best part. The managers who are very compassionate. The worse part, its not opened 24 hours. But its ok. There in one in Phoenix that is just in case i get held up at work.

This has got to be one of the best gyms ive ever been to. If youre on the fence about either planet fitness or LA Fitness, do yourself a favor and choose LA Fitness. Don't be afraid to lift heavy and grunt it out from time to time, the staff wont interrupt your work out and tell you that grunting or yelling isnt allowed. Just be mindful of gym ettiquet and you'll do well here. Don't be afraid of strangers, if they talk to you keep in mind theyre either trying to help or they may be looking for someone to help with that extra push.

Small gym compared to the other LA Fitness locations but still has everything you need to work out. The staff is great, they really explained your questions and go above and beyond to make you happy. The workout area is great and it is always clean. People do not bother you or judge you if you are a beginner. They all friendly and caring. Good location and great place to workout. The front desk staff need customer service training. They are sick at work with productive cough without covering or using sanitizer as they wiped their nose. Yuck, come in! They don't really listen to you to resolve, they don't have a good handle on how things run in this facility. They don't have any authority to make smple decisions without intervention. We love Sandra and Dominga as fitness trainers, they understand how to motivate and know how the body works even with age, disability or working with fitness novices! I give three star rating because I use this facility and it is very clean and Dominga and Sandra are great!

What more could you want? This is my second year at Casa Grande, super clean, everything works, and enough to go around. Prices are fine, all the employees have been courteous and not pushy, and everyone seems to be doing their job. It's a rather low key gym with more then everything one needs, just the way I like it..and it works very well for me in the healthy toning. Since joining, my BP is down and my weight is down.

I have been a member of LA Fitness for almost 2 months and have had nothing but a great experience. Prior to joining, I had like many others read all of the reviews which were bad enough to keep me from checking out the facility initially. I relented after receiving a 3 days pass to try the gym and was pleasantly surprised. Nate, the salesperson and tour guide let the facility sell itself without high pressure sales. As a member who goes regularly to work out, I can say all of the equipment is well cared for and the facility is clean. The pool is always clean and has weights available for its member to use. The classes and instructors are knowledgeable and kind. The trainers are both amazing and sensitive to all people. The trainer whom I am working is amazing and understands the limitations of my disability. All of the staff is helpful and available. The staff admits to prior issues and are working hard to change peoples views.

Went to the Casa Grande location to tour gym and start a membership. The woman who gave me the tour was very nice and polite, however, once we sat down to discuss prices, she called her "manager" over to talk about pricing options. What an ass. He tried to use the high pressure, one day only sale tactic with me. When confronted about his high pressure tactic, he became extremely rude and obnoxious. Evan after I told him I liked the original woman who was working with me and did not like him, he actually said, "so, it's my gym." LOL, seriously?? Well, L.A. Fitness could have had a committed lifelong member, but after dealing with the "manager," I don't want anything to do with it. I wonder how many other potential members he has driven away?? Hmmm?

Below expectations. I have been with LA Fitness for almost 20 years and while this location isn't horrible it is the worst one I've worked out at. The weights and amenities are pretty standard but the cardio equipment sucks. I mix it up with the treadmill, stairclimber, cross trainer, and bike. If you value your money DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!!! I recently had an experience that was beyond rediculous. I just found out that for that 8 months I have been charged for someone else on my gym account. I tried to get this matter resolved and they told me "as a curtesy" they would reinburse me for the last two. I tried to explain to them that this was their mistake and they owed me all of the months that I paid for. They refused to do so. They said that it was the other customer's responsibility to pay me back! WHAT!!!! Have you ever heard such rediculous excuses. Unfortunately I signed up for a personal trainer so I am stuck with going until that obligation is fulfilled. Do not be fooled by their good deals. They will say anything to you so that their numbers look good by the end of the month. I had one of the trainers tell me that too when I complained. Now customer service is a JOKE! They do not care about your complaints nor are they interested in correcting any issues. If you are not the perfect figure with a body to die for then they look at you like slime on the bottom of their feet. Then they change management every month so any agreements you had prior are no longer valid. If you like to be screwed over, treated like trash, and practically robbed, then this is the perfect place for you.

Went to find my new home gym after moving here and leaving my great gym. First impression was that my "salesman" didn't show for our appointment. I had to deal with a manager that was so ridiculously overboard I could barely handle the tour. High pressure from the gate. Gym was gross and dirty and had a carpeted warehouse feel. The people I saw coming and going were very shady looking characters. If you have kids, whoa. Their kids club was my deciding factor against signing up with them. After wasting an hour and a half of my morning I escaped to call their competitor. They immediately offered me a free month pass to come try them to earn my business. All I wanted by that point was to break a sweat and get on with my day! After ten minutes at the other gym I had weights in my hand lunging my little heart out! Yay!
