Compared to the competition in the area (EOS) its night and day. They dont pressure you into buying or keeping memberships like Eos does and they are never jam packed like Eos.

Basically the same as the LA Fitness on Ocotillo. This Esporta is larger and offers more equipment and a handball court. Locker rooms are very clean and roomy. The juice bar is closed but they have drink and snack machines. No waiting at the machines on a weekday afternoon.

I love this gym because it's not overly crowded. Their classes are great, I just wish they would add more classes to the schedule. The instructors very are knowledgeable and motivated ( specially Lucy, Monterey and Wendy) these ladies are AMAZING!

As a somewhat experienced lifter, I'm very disappointed in this location. The equipment is limited. No trap bar and the dumbells only go up to 100 lbs. Also, my data is in a dead spot and the wifi leaves a lot to be desired. Always having to pause my music to buffer. If you come to this location, make sure you can play your music offline because, I garrantee you'll have issues staying connected to the internet. Will most likely be looking to switch gyms if they don't fix the issues here.

The staff here are top notch. I just cancelled my membership at EOS Fitness and it is night and day compared to EOS. Esporta staff are friendlier and more professional. Whereas EOS staff are young, unprofessional, untruthful, and the place is always busy. You also have to wait for equipment most of the time.

Great gym and clean equipment. Friendly but not overbearing staff. The racquetball courts are a huge plus and maybe the most valuable factor for my family. The hours are a little too limited on weekends and holidays. The kids' club hours are also limited.

Nice gym except the lockerooms and bathroom and sauna are always filthy. I have been a member for over two years and nothing has changed. Keep going sin e its close and they have all the equipment you would expect. The front desk managers change about every 3-6 months. Its a rotating door. Keep hoping management will make an effort to improve the cleanliness of the place but giving up hope.

First time going to this gym I’ve been a member for years I always go to the chandler location but because this one is open later on a Saturday I went here , Emma was working and told me I couldn’t bring my child who is 11 in I had never had any issue before especially sense it was an hour before closing she didn’t even care to ask how old she was either she just said oh she can’t be passed the equipment she didn’t even say hi or greet me either she just went straight to she can’t be in here , there was maybe like 15 people in the gym , In chandler they are always very nice and never give me issues about this my child doesn’t do anything she just sits on her tablet tell I’m done i would understand if my child was climbing on equipment or trying to use the equipment , I go an hour before close on purpose just so I don’t have issues because it’s almost closing time anyways I just think it was ridiculous that she made a issue about something that’s not even that big of a deal my daughter is 11 she’s not 4 or 5.

Decent experience when I was there.

I called in to cancel, and they supposedly processed my cancellation over the phone...but then they kept charging me regardless. I can now see two charges since then. When I called in again today, they said that I cannot cancel over the phone. So why didn't they tell me that the first time instead of just continuing to charge me?

I was given an email address for cancellation, but no restitution was offered.

When I sent an email, I got an automated response saying that they could not find my account even though I included the code that the local employee had given me...and their response says that, if I have trouble, I should call the local branch. You know, the people who told me to email them because they supposedly don't have the authority to handle this.

Manager James is a very cool energetic guy. Staff except 2 ppl are amazing. (weekend temp staff). Location is awsome and there’s hardly any drama but in peak times is borderline impossible to get a proper workout done because of how packed it gets but other than that most ppl that show up are pretty cool. Ever since James showed up a year ago this place has gotten a lot better to be honest.

I had a decent experience here. The gym was reasonably clean and clean. However, everything is on one floor. That means the cardio machines were crammed together a bit closely. However, if you are more into weights, this gym will be a match. There's a lot of weight machines, and they even have this carpeted crossfit section.
As for the classes, they have a nice cycle room with the bikes arranged on a stair formation so you can see the instructor. Also, they have a large studio too where they do yoga and zumba classes. Christina D is one of the best zumba teachers!
Restrooms were clean, and the lockers were arranged in U-shaped formations.. I don't recall seeing the automatic fountains but they do have the regular water fountains.

The place is great during slightly off hours as it's not packed and easy to get my workout done for the most part. The staff is cordial, some making eye contact and greeting me as I answer others engaged in their conversation with each other. There isn't a presence of staff on the workout floor, but I personally don't find that I need that. The equipment, locker rooms and amenities are in fair condition.

Best gym ever for me.
Everything is clean. Equipment is well maintained. Majority of ppl there are respectful and re-rack their weights. Staff is super kind, helpful and amazing.
I had to move to Cali and no longer able to go here but it's night and day difference between this gym. The saddest part for me about leaving Gilbert is this gym. T-T

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for two years, a few months back she had switched debit cards and forget to update her method of payment and the representative working with her stated she had to pay a service fee of $50 that day for not “updating the card in time” that was on top of the $50 annual fee and monthly payment we already pay. One of the training directors reached out to me to do an assessment... (despite the fact I'd already had one before). So I agreed to an appointment, then on the day of, a different guy reached out to confirm the appointment, we texted back and forth a few times and I explained that I was already part of the group fitness, he asked me If I ever use it and I told him I'd only used it a few times… I got no reply after that, and this was nearly two hours before the appointment time. 5 o'clock rolls around and I go to the gym and I'm told by somebody else that the guy I was supposed to be meeting was very busy with somebody else and I could work out until he was ready and then a few minutes later the same guy comes back and tells me the appointment was for a group fitness assessment and since I already have that, it was not necessary. So I wasted my time going there. Everybody looked very confused and like they had no clue how to deal with customers, it was horrible. In the end I did make use of my time and canceled the group fitness all together!

I just signed two years contracts with this company. However, after two years end, they do not send any communication (phone or email), and then just automatically to charge my money month to month. It is very unprofessional way! Since COVID, I already did not visit this club for more than one year, and did not ask any compensation or make up. They already earned my one year membership fee. I’ve been a member since 2015 and paid a 200 dollar start up fee and have been going to this location for a long time. Just went for a quick workout with my girlfriend to show her the gym and possibly get her started. I was greeted at the door by two employee’s who said I do not have guest privileges but I could pay an additional 15 dollars for a guest pass or sign up on a new membership..... We wanted to have a quick work out, to get her comfortable with the gym and was turned away by an unfriendly employee next to his manager. It’s crazy I’ve been a loyal customer for years and for him to not have any other options but to turn us away is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. It makes me want to change gyms. There is no way I’m paying more money to this company. It would be nice to walk into this location and not see every employee on there phone. Are they getting paid to be on there phones? I thought the whole point of extra employees is to get more customers not turn them away… The manager Sydney was helpful and nice.

I’ve been calling this place for 5 straight days trying g to cancel my membership. I was told that you must now talk to the club manager to cancel your membership. Guess what? He/She is never there. I went into this gym to cancel my membership on my only day off and was advised that I am unable to do so on the weekends. Wow, what a huge inconvenience, I work 9am- 6pm Monday through Friday and I often pull 12-13 hour work days. That was also the time frame I needed to go in speak to a manager which again is impossible. I do not have the time to cancel my membership during the week. I love the new set up inside as this gym HAS IT ALL! If you want cardio, machine weights, free weights, swimming pools, racquetball courts to steam rooms, they have it, BUT THE WIFI STINKS! It works in certain parts of the gym, but not everywhere and that makes me want to go to the other LA Fitness that’s a little farther way!!! I have T-Mobile for my cell phone service and using data inside the building is not that great so Wi-Fi is a major thing for me.

This gym is my favorite LA fitness in the Chandler/Gilbert Area. Why?
1) doesn’t get overly crowded even during peak times
2) there are 2-4 machines for each type of exercise
3) locker room is very clean (haven’t checked out the shower yet though)
4) weights are complete and gym equipment is new
5) staff are generally helpful and nice

All the cardio equipment is clustered.
The open squat racks have no place to hook a bar for deadlifts, so I had to go to the other side of the gym for a deadlift station. There was only one, and it was taken.

I’ve been a member for about 4 years and have always been pleased. The club is clean and well maintained and the staff in the mornings is friendly; weekends and evenings not so much when it’s the bored sullen teenager crew. Cheyanne at the front desk is always so bubbly even at 0-dark-thirty when the retirees line up waiting for her to open. The maintenance guy who keeps losing weight is great. His hoodie is almost falling off him now - just don’t bring up Ford Broncos or WW2 memorabilia unless you have a lot of spare time LOL. Overall I’d definitely recommend this gym.

An average gym on a slow decline. They've recently changed out the floors which is nice but that's about the only serious money they've reinvested in the place. The cardio machines are all aging quickly and their connections to the few channels they have are often fuzzy or not working. Their weights and other equipment are in relatively good condition and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Company closed the gym for 10 days to remodel. They added really stupid wood trim, tile, and spaced out there machines with a really poor usage of space! With only one ab crunch machine yet dozens of all these ellipticals and interesting treadmil style machines. Very limited cable machines and a really stupid trainer workout area which totally compromised anyone else to use the area. It's obvious they don't listen to their customers nor do they seem to care. Seriously thinking about switching to EOS gym for half the monthly price
