I can’t say enough great things about my personal trainer. He has truly understood my injuries and worked with me every step of the way to build strength and confidence again. After breaking my elbow and dealing with ongoing pain and stiffness, I wasn’t sure how far I could get — but he customized every workout to support my rehab, protect my joints, and help me get stronger safely.
Not only am I feeling better, but I’m stronger than I’ve been in a long time. He pays attention to form, always checks in on how I’m feeling, and makes adjustments that actually work. If you’re looking for a Scottsdale personal trainer who listens, cares, and focuses on building strength the right way, he’s the one.

Training with Zach and his team has been such a game-changer! The gym has the most comfortable and enjoyable environment—super chill but motivating at the same time. I’ve been able to really focus on gaining muscle, and I’m proud to say I have the most muscle I’ve ever had. On top of that, my mind feels right and I always leave feeling stronger, inside and out.
The community here is amazing too—I’ve built great friendships that make training something I actually look forward to. And we can’t forget about Pumpkin, their sweet dog, who always gives the warmest welcomes and brings so much joy to the gym.

Both my son and daughter have worked out at Everybitfit for years, and I finally decided to take the plunge myself. I was feeling unhealthy, dealing with knee pain, and carrying extra weight as I got older.
Since starting, I’ve lost over 20 pounds and feel better than I have in a long time. My energy is up, my knees are stronger, and I actually enjoy working out again. I do one-on-one training and small group workouts during the week, and the mix has been perfect — challenging but safe, and always focused on what I need.

I had a break in weight training due to an hiking injury and asthma diagnosis for nearly 2 years. It was tough to get back to training again, my first choice was Everybitfit. I came back to take the small group classes along with my sister. Zach introduced us to Jason and we have been coming in for the last two months.
I was still recovering from a nerve impingement and the only way to get better was to strengthen my muscles. I couldn’t even lift 10lbs. Jason worked through my injury and made sure I slowly improved my strength without any injuries. Now I am stronger, pain free and feel like I am definitely getting closer every month to my goal. Now I call 10 lbs baby weights 😂
He is more than a good trainer, he understands my limits and slowly identifies when i can scale up on weights and encourages me to do so. We always leave the gym tired but also looking forward to the next class, for a good workout.

I have only good things to say about this gym and Zach. I was injured and had to go through bilateral shoulder surgeries. After going through many months of PT I really wanted to get back into shape. With Zach's amazing guides and workouts I feel a lot better about myself and I am getting stronger everyday. Because of Zach’s vast knowledge I have never feel unsafe, Zach listens and has figured out how to help me without hurting my shoulders. Furthermore, I feel no judgement in the gym which is important to me because it has been a bit since I had worked out regularly. After not having worked out in over ten years and being being a woman over 50 I was very anxious about joining a gym. Every health expert shares how important gaining muscle is for older women, but the thought of going to a big gym or joining classes was intimidating. EveryBitFit is the perfect gym that customizes the needs of their clients both young and old. I’ve been going to EVERYBITFIT for 5 months now and it’s exceeded my expectations in every way.
I was a complete beginner to the gym with little muscle, and felt intimidated going on my own because I didn’t know what I was doing.

I worked with Azalea as my personal trainer during my second pregnancy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and truly tailored every session to my needs as an expecting mom. This is an awesome private gym. I go twice a week to train under the expert care of Zach. Since starting I have more energy, balance and stamina. I just tried on a few of my skinnier outfits and they fit!! I also am a senior and have found that the muscle training I receive from Zach is the real fountain of youth. Nothing gimmicky it is the real deal. His approach is individualized and motivating. I’m seeing great results!!

EVERYBITFIT is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve never been a self-starter in the gym and this program is really helping me learn and grow on my own journey to getting healthier. Zach was awesome during the complementary consult. He took the time to hear what I was looking to do and get to know me. He recommended that I work with Blake after and that was a great fit. After 12 years of being outside of a gym or a labor intensive job, I felt far older than my years. I was falling apart. My declining physical abilities and overall health due to a sedentary life became disconcerting. As an overweight 47 year old man, the idea of going back to a large gym filled with people was overwhelming.
This is where EVERYBITFIT comes in. This place had everything I needed. I started going to classes in January of 2024. To be honest, I expected to last 1-3 months as the gym is far from Chandler, AZ. Well, here I am 8 moths later. My experience here at EVERYBITFIT has been awesome. It is nice to know everyone by name. There is a familial feel that just cannot be duplicated at a big box gym. Don’t get me wrong. When I started, I was pretty sure that Blake and Azalia were actually sent to kill me. In my defense, they smiled while I struggled to stay alive. I wasn’t sure if they were sadists or they actually cared. I am now convinced that the trainers here actually do sincerely care about clients. The positive and encouraging environment the staff create is the biggest reason I continue to show up. The days of the week I look forward to the most are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those days are weight training with Blake at 5p. I don’t want to take away from Burn class with Dez on Mondays and Wednesdays though. I am not going to be able to stay fat for long with Dez around. He brings encouragement with a great sense of humor. I am starting to feel like a whole person again. There’s a long road ahead of me. It’s all uphill and it won’t be easy. However, those who do not take the road uphill will never get the to gaze upon the vista. I now know I can do this. I can’t imagine doing it without Blake, Azalia, Dez, Zach and of course members like Cory, Justin, Kristen, and Ina. You are all awesome and I am grateful to have you in my life.
But a special shout out goes to Blake. The patience of that dude… I mean, seriously. I am a difficult person to say the very least. He even laughs at my dumb jokes. I have a lot of those dumb jokes and I am a motormouth to boot.

Since moving to Scottsdale a year and a half ago, I joined and left three different gyms. I was looking for something better and I found it at EVERYBITFIT. Zach put me through a free workout and consultation. He is professional but not intimidating, friendly but serious about fitness. Im older and not in great shape so when I got started I was pretty nervous. My trainer.Ivy challenges me in every session and is really encouraging. I always feel Im getting a workout that is individually suited to my progress.
The gym is welcoming and I see people of all ages and fitness levels. A plus!

On a whim I connected with Zach at Everybitfit and went to visit the gym to learn more; didnt really intend to commit that day but he was super knowledgable and hilarious and before I knew it I was scheduling time with a trainer. I, now, have been working with Angela for maybe two months and it’s honestly the best thing ever. Angela is the best trainer Ive ever had. She pushes me constantly and I'm constantly surprised at how much I can do. She always comes prepared and is always so positive! Im really lucky to have found her and this gym. EVERYBITFIT is, in summary, *everything* fitness!! Recently I've been training with Azalia on Thurs/Sat, Ben on Mon/Wed/Fri, and Blake on Tues. for the last few weeks (after going to a couple of Azalia's bootcamp sessions off and on over the past year, I'm convinced that, with their years of experience + friendly motivation and good vibes, working with them almost daily is definitely going to push me towards achieving the kind of body goals I currently have). I signed up for the monthly plan and every day since, the progress I've made with them and myself only makes me want to reach for more! All the trainers here offer unique and very effective workouts/classes, and I definitely recommend stopping in for at least one of their classes per week, if not more. Azalia is 100% amazing, she really cares about her clients, and will most definitely push everyone to do their best- in the most healthy, uplifting way possible! Ben is extremely friendly, very helpful with explanation of workouts and form, and can definitely be relied on to help you feel the burn in every muscle- every time! I'm recently new to Blake's classes (he's fun, and very easygoing!) and I'm already looking forward to them every week- they're definitely high intensity and it's exactly what I'm looking for! Zach and his team will never disappoint, so I definitely implore anyone interested to stop in or call to make an appointment- it's 100% worth it, every day! (P.S.- thank you guys for always pushing me to work harder towards my health goals! I know that with your knowledge, help and motivation, and my growing enthusiasm for EveryBitFit, one day I will reach and then surpass them to achieve even more!)

A review from someone who hates exercise:
Truthfully, I wanted to give a 4.5 star rating, but Google wouldn’t allow that so since my concerns aren’t a huge deal I chose to give the extra points.
I struggle from severe depression and anxiety, and one of the things people have told me to do to get better is to exercise. I’ve tried so many things over the years; therapy, in patient programs, ketamine treatments, antidepressants, etc. and as much as I hate to say it, this has helped me the most. I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to, but since I’ve started actually doing it, I’ve noticed a noteworthy change.
While it’s hard work and it takes effort and commitment, it really is worth it. The team is all really nice and helpful, but my trainer Nicholas really goes over and beyond. I can’t even begin to say how positive, kind, and supportive he is. He’s a tough trainer but also genuinely cares about you and your progress. He’s one of those unique people who really does care. You can just tell right away when you speak to him. He’s very passionate and knowledgeable about everything and is patient and understanding as well. 10/10 recommendation for him. I truly believe you couldn’t find a better trainer. He’s helped me see that my goals aren’t impossible, and are actually achievable.
My only complaints are that A. It’s too hot in the building, which is kind of important in such an environment considering the fear of over heating, and B. (I’m not sure if this applies to other trainers so I can’t speak for them) there’s been several times where we’ve each had the schedule marked down for different times or he’s asked me to change it. I don’t really mind this since it works out with my schedule, but I can see how it could be inconvenient for others, so I thought I would mention it.
I’m already noticing significant changes in the two months I’ve been going. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain for thirteen years and it’s finally getting better. It might be hard work, but coming from someone who’s a novice, where this really isn’t my element, it’s worth it. Also, there’s a really cute puppy, so bonus points for that.

Nicholas has been the best trainer for me and my husband! Both my husband and I had been so busy with work and school that we were very out of shape and needed some direction on where to start in getting healthier and fit. Nicholas was very personable and approachable and helped us set realistic goals inside and outside of the gym. Not only did he help us get on track with exercise but he also gave us very simple and helpful meal prep ideas conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Nicholas knows when to push us a little to get to our next goal and also knows when to be more conservative to avoid injury. He met us where we were at and has given us support in the ways we personally need. We can tell he truly cares about us and wants us to succeed! I have been out of a good workout routine for a few years and realized to get back into one, I’d need some help staying focused and accountable. On a whim I tried out the free training session with Zach and then he paired me with Nicholas. Now I’m hooked - the highlight of my week is going to workout. Nicholas modifies my workouts to meet my needs and goals and constantly checks in with me to see how I’m feeling, pump me up, or give me nutrition advice. He’s an awesome trainer who is passionate for what he does. He’s shown me some advance moves that target different muscle groups and explains his reasoning for a specific exercise. He knows his craft, but is also a blast to hang out with while you work out. You won’t be disappointed going to him.
The gym is pristine, and everyone who walks in there has a smile on their face.
Sometimes you just gotta invest in yourself - this is one of those times and EveryBitFit is the perfect partner for that journey!

Six months after cervical fusion surgery, my surgeon released me to workout. I've been coming to EveryBitFit for about a year and have lost about 40lb.
I appreciate the diet recommendations and workout seasons with my trainer Jayme, and have recently added Azalia to get up to five workout sessions a week. Both trainers are great in their own way and I enjoy working with both. They don't let you slack.
EveryBitFit is a small place, so there's not a lot of people gawking at me when I'm having an awkward moment with the bar. I appreciate that. LOL. 😉 I like the one-on-one training so we can focus on good form.

Coming to this private gym (a more relaxed and comfortable setting, while well-equipped) to get trained by Azalia is a highlight of my week, whether one-on-one or in a group class! I appreciate how she challenges me, but makes modifications when she notices that I am struggling to continue doing movements well. Azalia is genuine and energetic, and I am so happy I connected with her. Whether you want to try group classes with other encouraging people or work privately with a trainer, this is a gym I recommend!

My husband and I had lost our fitness routine at the big gym once Covid started and we have a rafting/hiking trip coming up that we wanted to get in shape for. We had never used a personal trainer before and were a little apprehensive; well, we’ve been training for about a month now with Azalia, and could not be happier! She is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, patient, and very attentive to what we wanted to work towards; we have already learned much about proper form and so appreciate her encouragement as she teaches us, corrects us, and helps us improve. Great locally-owned gym if you're looking for something smaller and more personalized. There are never more than 6-8 people in the gym at a time, and it's very relaxed and welcoming (never intimidating) while still being professional.
Zach, the owner, is super accommodating, and my trainer Azalia is the best! Her workouts are targeted and efficient but one of the things I like best about her approach is that she is very flexible and can change things up as needs arise.
I recently pulled a muscle (at home) and when I got to our session, she asked me a few questions, and switched up my workout to compensate for my injury, and strengthen the areas around it so it will heal faster. I've only been going for a couple weeks, and I can already feel the change in my body. I feel much stronger & healthier. I would Highly recommend this gym. Don't forget to say hi to Zach's dog, Trixie, when you visit!

I have worked with Azelia for a couple of months now and can see tremendous progress in my strength and endurance. I have been so pleased with the contentious attention Azelia pays close attention to my form while performing the exercises. Adjustments are made to accommodate my physical needs as I am 66 years old and have knee issues. Azelia is with me every step of the way, encouraging me to meet my goals. She is very positive and a great role model.
I started with a 5 week meal plan to help me start thinking about how I was eating and what I was putting into my body. It is not a requirement, but I was looking for some guidance and a "jump start" on my whole being program.
The location is so convenient - even coming from south Scottsdale. The environment is clean and everyone is respectful. Since this is not a large gym or a meat market, you get "everyday type people" working to improve themselves.

Zack and his team are exceptional fitness trainers and motivators. Over the past 8 months, Zack has provided just the right amount of fitness instruction to me (without making me feel embarrassed), combined with solid nutrition recommendations, while providing a safe, clean and healthy work-out environment during the Pandemic.
I’ve gained significant strength, flexibility, and confidence, which has allowed me to once again enjoy life without worrying about hurting my back (post-surgery 2020). Zach first helped me to build a solid core, followed by a greater increase in flexibility and range of motion.

I am 53 and have had success losing about 50 pounds when I was younger. About 8 years ago I had a knee injury and then a lower back injury and gained most of the weight I lost back. I was never one to believe in Personal Trainers. I had seen and heard of plenty of bad ones. I thought they were all the same. I WAS WRONG!!! TL;DR - Carlos quickly got me back to at least pre-quarantine strength levels and simultaneously improved my form in just a handful of sessions. Looking forward to safely crushing more goals with his guidance.
As someone who learned to lift by reading Starting Strength, looking up exercises on exrx.net, and injuring myself, I've always had (irrational) skepticism about personal trainers.
I thought: I've achieved my lifting goals so far without the help of a fitness coach, why start now?
Carlos proved me wrong.
He reviewed the plan I cobbled together myself, took the time to understand my goals, and considered my weaknesses.
My pre-COVID squat 1RM was 335lbs. With no access to barbells until a few weeks ago, I put up a difficult 265x1 my first session at Everybitfit.
Then, over the course of 3 or 4 sessions (1/week), Carlos brought me up to a remarkably easy and comfortable 315x4 squat immediately followed by an AMRAP of 235x20. In addition, he fixed some long-standing discomfort by adjusting my form. Basically, Carlos has gotten me back to pre-quarantine strength levels.
I also learn about exercise-nerd topics like bilateral deficit. It's awesome.

I’ve been working with Carlos one on one for about a month now and I’ve seen great improvement! I’ve never been the type to hit the gym, so I’m not sure how it compares to other personal fitness training centers, but the tailored exercises, exercise rotations, as well as encouraging motivation has made beginning this journey much easier. I really appreciate how Carlos tailors the workouts so don’t leave you sore for days and are gentle on the joints while still being very effective. He explains moves in a really clear and succinct way which really helps a beginner like me, and has organized plans for each session. He’s also a very affable and likable guy, so it’s easy to stay motivated even when sweating buckets. Most importantly they sanitize equipment between each session with I believed diluted bleach which is reassuring in the new Covid-19 world. I would recommend Everybitfit if you’re looking for tailored workouts and never really hit the gym before. i

Zach has brought on some great staff. Carlos has been helping me with my health goals in tremendous ways. He listens, adapts and pushes me. He’s extremely personable and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Everybitfit! I have seen so many results since the end of December! I train with the owner Zach. He is good at planning workouts to fit your needs and goals. I was recommended through my doctor. The hardest part is making the call. Just make that call for a consultation and you will see how Zach can design a program just for u to meet your needs. I immediately felt comfortable at the gym. The gym is clean and spacious. I have recurring back problems, Zach designed a work out program to strengthen my core and build muscle. He also designed a doable lifestyle eating plan for me. Most important I can stick too it! I am seeing so many results! Thank u Zach!

I have worked out with Zack for over two years. I’m a senior and he does a great job of working with me so I don’t pull any joints. We use the Tom Brady program of working with bands instead of weights. We also do a lot of stretching and cardio. At 68 I still hike and ride motorcycles and feel great. I attribute this to my workouts with Zack.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: It took me 10 months to write this review. For good reason. I wanted to make sure I got the results that I needed before just spitting out a random 5-star review. I wanted to take the time to evaluate and make sure my review truly meant the rating it deserved. I came to Zach to have him help me reach one goal. That goal, was to meet the fitness & weight standards of the United States Air Force. I was 212 lbs when I met Zach and I ended up weighing in officially at 191. I am writing this review while sitting on plane now on my way to Basic Military Training for the Air Force and the goal has been met. Now I feel confident in going into boot camp with the strength & stamina needed to graduate and move forward with my career. Zach is truly an amazing trainer. He has held me accountable since day 1 and never gave up on me, even when I wanted to just quit. He is worth every penny spent toward investing in your own health. Do yourself a favor and seek a consultation with Zach. Take my review as your needed “research”. He will NOT let you down. Thank you, Zach!!!
EDIT: Fast forward almost 3 months now and I forgot to post the original review that I was writing on the plane to Air Force BMT. So here it is and I can tell you right now, this is the most meaningful review I have ever wrote! I officially made it through the US Air Force BMT and it’s physical challenges. Now, I am an American Airman. I can’t thank Zach enough for prepping me physically to get through the PT challenges that I was about to face. But now, enough about me, 2020 is your year to achieve the results you’ve always wanted. Zach WILL make it happen! You will have the all the accountability and coaching needed to succeed. Zach, I appreciate you brother and I will always STRONGLY recommend you to anyone who is wanting to get every bit fit. :)

I started training with Zach O'Kane at Everybitfit on Northsight Blvd close to four years now. I began going once a week because of the 45 minute drive time I have to get there. I added a second day because of the results I was seeing and, in the past year, have gone to a third day! Everybitfit puts "PERSONAL" back into personal training! Zach knows his stuff. No two workouts are ever the same (unlike other personal trainers I have had) and he knows how to work muscles -- he can isolate a muscle which will totally change what you are doing. I really enjoy the casual friendly atmosphere of the workout studio and the Trainers are excellent. I have had knee surgeries in both of my knees and was seeing a Physical Therapist to improve my mobility. I have stopped seeing them, and instead, am receiving very targeted workouts that are helping me move more freely and is helping me to loose weight. The Personal Trainers are very knowledgeable and wrote up a diet/meal plan approach that are easy to follow.

I had the privilege of having Zach at Everybitfit as my personal trainer for many years. Zach is very knowledgeable about exercise, fitness, weight lifting, and nutrition, and tailors to exactly what you need. He challenges you to reach your fitness goals with a balanced approach. He pushes you to work harder than you think you can, motivates you to achieve and succeed, but is patient with you during the process. I didn’t know I could do 100 push-ups or 100 sit-ups at the end of a workout, but Zach’s motivational style helped me to accomplish just that. Was recommended by a friend who I saw losing a bunch of weight. He actually called for me right then and there forcing me to schedule my free workout and consultation the next day. I'm so glad my buddy did that because I hate the gym, and I realistically probably never would have done that on my own.
I've been in other gyms and worked out with trainers in the past, and it's easy for me to say this has been the best experience I've EVER had in a gym. I'm so grateful to my buddy and the trainers at Everybitfit. Today I'm down 26 pounds and still have work to do. But I know I will get there! I met Zach a long time ago when he was one a personal trainer at a gym, and the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund on a package I purchased. I had been given a personal trainer who was not exactly concerned nor took the time to know about my limitations, which led me to passing out in our session. So then it came in Zach! A young kid who took the time to know me and work with me as I needed and with my limitations, who was easy to be around and talk to during sessions.
Fast forward to now, where he has his own place, and I could not be happier for him and those of us who have the opportunity to not only train with him, but also to learn from him. His intentions are always to help and motivate, to push us out of our comfort zone and reach our goals. I just recently began working out with him again, and I only had 6 weeks to go. The amount of knowledge he gave me on a consultation was something I would pay have paid such a high price for. He did it for free...and I had not signed up nor he asked me to. I chose to! Since then I’ve gotten better the way I eat, adding foods in way to help with recovery, to gain lean muscle, to shed a few pounds that were stuck 😂👏🏻 My body fat percentage went down, I’m seeing definition on my body, but most importantly, gaining confidence in myself and loving to hit the gym floor on my own workouts without being scare, feeling intimidated or not knowing where in the world to begin!
If you are looking for someone to help with your goals, to support you in your fitness journey, to guide you and help you with workouts, I truly recommend Zach. He’s recently been doing a free 6 week project too, where we cover from motivation to food! So stay on look out for other ways too to benefit from his knowledge.
As I get ready to travel abroad for 3 weeks, I leave AZ feeling so good to be where I am at physically, which was my 6 week goal! But also taking with me an entire set up of workouts he created so I can continue with my plan!

Everybitfit is truly remarkable. I had little to no knowledge about fitness when I first started here. Zach O’ Kane personalizes our workouts and I noticed positive changes right away. Having a one-on-one knowledgeable trainer who knows exactly what you need, is unbeatable. I never thought I’d be where I am today. It’s a fun and relaxed environment, very clean/organized facility and always the best part of my day. It’s a 30 minute drive for me but completely worth it. I really love this gym! I originally found it by researching personal training studio gyms in Scottsdale after I got tired of all the annoying grunters at my local big box place. The reviews were excellent, so I figured I could drive an extra 15 minutes and give it a go. No regrets! I have been working out with Zach for almost three months now and he is fantastic. He really knows his stuff, plus he’s hilarious and keeps me laughing during our workouts. My fitness goals are way different in my 40s than they were in the past, and I think Zach already gets that about me. He has tailored my workouts to help me get a lot stronger while still managing to keep my injury/pain issues at bay, which is AWESOME. It’s so motivating! From the short time I’ve spent there I can tell Zach is great at working with all kinds of clients, younger and older, healthy or injured. The rates are affordable but there is no pressure to buy, and the atmosphere at Everybitfit is super welcoming. It’s clean and comfortable with a good range of equipment for a smaller gym. People, if you’re on the fence about hiring a trainer, at least just go talk to Zach. You will be happy you did.

This is a small personal training gym but I would say this has been the best gym based on my body results! So sad that I have to leave the gym since I'm moving to a different state otherwise I would be a customer for life. I've been training at Everybitfit regularly over the last 7 months and I really enjoyed it. I am in a good shape and gained a lot of muscle!
If you're looking for a great Personal Training gym in Scottsdale then this is the place to go. If you're ready to be sore, work out with Zach since I got sore all the time after I workout with him. If you want to lose weight, follow their intense program. As long as you are on the track, you will be happy with your results.

After working out for 4 years w a few "one size fits all" fitness chain trainers, a friend suggested I try Zach, owner of Everybitfit. After just 5 weeks, my doctor asked me what I was doing differently. He insisted that I must have lost weight. Zach is the difference. He personalizes your routines to your goals taking into account your fitness level and any physical limitations you may have. Routines change each time so you are not bored. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to him and another 45 to get home, but he's worth it.

I have been working with Zach O'Cane for several years. He is competent. He is knowledgeable about anatomy and nutrition. He is astute at figuring out your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, and makes his workouts quite appropriate for you. He is personable, attentive and careful. Been working out with Zach for 1 year now and the results are incredible. No two workouts are the same. Just when you think you've done it all he has something new! Zach has taken the time to listen and learn my personal goals and makes sure everyone of my workouts count. Every exercise I do is customized for my needs. Full attention is given to me without distractions. He has a unique way of working through my aches and pains to still give me the workouts I want without injury.
