I was a member here for quite a while and also received physical therapy. 5 stars for both services. This is a phenomenal gym if you are serious about training and weight lifting, has some of the best plate loaded equipment and a ton of free weights. The owners are awesome people.

Great gym for anyone, ranging from an individual wanting to get in shape to seasoned strength competitors.... Largest selection of equipment around that meets the needs of a diverse population. Caters to really anyone. From a typical cable machine to 400 pound stones... This gym has it all 👍.

I've been coming to train at evolve for about 3 years and doing Physical therapy with them aswell, they have all the strongman equipment i need.I enjoy the exclusivity of not having to deal with the local "fitfluencer" and working around people who sit around equipment texting and wasting time.

The owners are straight shooters and dont BS around, if you're being an idiot you're gonna get warned and if you continue .. you're gonna get called out.

Thanks K&P for all you do to keep the gym as a place to train and heal running.

Evolve was an awesome gym!! My boyfriend and I were in town visiting family for Christmas & the gym we normally would’ve gone to was closed on Christmas, but Evolve was accommodating to us and allowed us to come in on Christmas on a day pass. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The day pass was $10 and easy to pay for when filling out the online waiver. The gym was fully equipped with everything you’d need to get a great workout in. They even had some pieces we don’t have at our home gym which were great to try. Everything was clean & had it’s place. It is not a commercial gym, and we appreciated that & the vibe this gym had to offer. I would highly recommend for anyone living here or even visiting to check this place out.

Did not like the vibes here at all. Four out of five cardio machines were out of order. I also noticed some major fraying on a cable pulley machine.

I shared my concerns with the owner and he reiterated that this was a mom-and-pop facility. He did not acknowledge the potential safety hazard and instead offered a refund implying this wasn’t the right gym for me. Based off that interaction, I decided to take my money elsewhere.

EDIT: The owner’s response to negative reviews with petty insults instead of professionalism should present enough red flags for the type of “business” operated in both locations. 🚩🚩🚩

Steer clear of this neanderthal at Devolve🧬 and go train at a legit private gym like Beast Strong Powerhouse. No broke down equipment, no negativity, & no bullsh*t.

In my observation, this is the best gym in town. It's not for everyone, and that's what I love about it. If you like to see women with caked on makeup and strong perfume being hit on by middle aged men with fake tans and bad combovers, this is not the place for you. If you feel the need to post a vid of every rep of every set on IG or TikTok, this is not the place for you. It's an atmosphere of people who are serious about improving themselves, and I find that inspiring.

I was recommended to Evolve Gym by a close friend for physical therapy after I tore my ACL playing sports back in December. Now post surgery, ten weeks into my recovery, I can say I will never go anywhere else for physical therapy.

Kate and her team at Evolve are thorough, professional and dedicated to ensuring full recovery for all their patients. They take the time to educate and break down every exercise ensuring success in and out of the gym. It’s clear that patients are their priority and recovery is the goal.

They offer a wide range of therapies, and create custom workout plans that are specific to your progress and goals. I am so grateful for the team at Evolve and will continue to use and recommend them for years to come.

Hands down best gym in Tucson. The atmosphere is impeccable and every member treats each other and the equipment with respect. High level of clientele because the nuisance gym goers are vetted by P&K. I’m always impressed by the badassery of all the gym goers. You won’t find anything else like it. Note - Not for lollygaggers or those with a weak constitution.

I like this gym a lot. I love the atmosphere, great selection of equipment, and the people who run the place are all terrific. Also, the therapy side is really awesome. So my lower back was bothering me big time. Just kept not letting it rest enough and irritating it. I had Dry Needle work done by Dr. Kate on my lower back and it did wonders for my recovery. Wish I could say great quality instead of just good quality because they go above and beyond. My favorite gym hands down.

I’ve never been “banished” from anywhere before in my life, and after my experience at this gym, I wear it like a badge of honor. I got a partial reimbursement (three weeks later than had been promised) by check, and on the memo line it says “banishment.” I framed it and put it up in my home gym.

The day I signed up, the owner proudly stated that the reason he doesn’t advertise is so that his gym won’t be “full of stupid MFer’s.” Well, good sir, I doubt that is working…only exactly that kind of customer could ever abide your startling lack of professionalism, basic human courtesy, or appalling communication.

I shall be very happy in my exile from your pathetic fiefdom.

I went here in July for a Covid test. It is now September and I never got my results, not that it helps at this point. I hope whoever paid for the test got their money back. Just terrible

This place is amazing. It's a no nonsense gym that has a family feel. The owners are there pretty much all the time and willing to answer questions. The place is clean and had a huge variety of workout equipment. 24 hour access and location make it the best gym in town.
