Exhale Yoga strives to provide a positive, nurturing non-dogmatic environment that challenges students to extend themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. In our practice, we believe our breath has two parts, the inhale which provides sanctuary, and the exhale which allows opportunity for effort. In these two parts we find balance, stability, and safety. We want our studio to become home for people who love yoga, beginners to veterans.

I wanted to write a review and tell everyone in the world how amazing this studio is! At Exhale Yoga they have made me a better person over the last two years. I love this studio I love all of the instructors and most of all I love that Tiffany the owner has created a beautiful space to come and truly practice true yogi mentality. A truly judgement free zone. This is not just a studio this is a life choice and these are the coaches that I need in my life . I appreciate all the instructors at this amazing studio. Special thanks to Tiffany the wonder owner, and all the instructors especially: Angie, Bethany, Macey, Jean, Kim and Hanna ! Thanks for making my life a better place by leaning to truly practice the yogi mindset and life style. I am such a better person because of this studio. It is like yoga and life lessons rolled into one class. If you want to grow as a person and maintain your physical appearance I highly recommend this studio. I love you Exhale Yoga. Thank you for teaching me how to be in my better life. Wishing you all the best prosperity and happiness to any one who reads this!

First timer and loved it!! I’m pretty picky about my yoga studios as I used to go to an amazing one in Los Angeles and this place was great today! I’m definitely been off my yoga game and I’ve been going through some stressful times and I just had an urgency to get into a class. I booked it Friday night and everything was five star. Jennifer greeted me when I walked in. She was the instructor and she was super nice and they had some really cute boutique yoga T-shirts in the lobby. She let me know where everything was and everything was really clean in there especially the bathroom. The yoga studio and the heat were just perfect as well. I’ve been going to a different yoga studio in Scottsdale, but I’ve recently moved to Mesa and the one in Scottsdale was just way too hot for me. Exhale yogas temperature was perfect. The lighting was amazing, I’m really picky about the lighting, I like a soft dimmed class where it feels more relaxing but also to where I can see. I also loved the spiritual, soft house beat music Jennifer picked. The class wasn’t too full, but it wasn’t dead. Everything all around was perfect.

Tiffany and her instructors are so welcoming and patient. The whole experience has been wonderful. Highly recommended.

Update: been going consistently for a year and it almost now feels like a second home. Tiffany and her crew are non-judgmental and succeed at creating a safe haven to practice yoga, regardless of experience. Still highly recommended.

I have been taking classes at Exhale as a winter visitor for the past 3 years. Teachers and staff are always welcoming and friendly, studio and locker rooms are always clean and tidy. I love the classes here - teachers are always well prepared with carefully planned sequences and expert cueing. I am looking forward to returning to classes at Exhale again next year !

Tiffany and her amazing colleagues add joy to every class that I take at Exhale Yoga. This studio is a backbone to a healthy lifestyle in North Mesa. Cost of classes are very reasonable.

An absolutely wonderful studio with caring, compassionate, and hard working experienced instructors. I joined exhale about 3 weeks ago and have been going several times a week. Tiff is an amazing owner and excellent instructor.. her classes have so much depth to them. I have tried both the hot fast paced classes and the slow restorative ones, both are amazing. For anyone wanting to try yoga, this is your spot. I had an incredible experience last night in Macey's class. The class was moving and powerful, and I found myself crying towards the end. Macey kindly approached me after class and asked to sage me. I found her compassion to be so kind. Her energy and care were exactly what I needed and her taking that little extra time after class was very important to me. I am very grateful to have found this studio. HIGHLY recommend.

My daughter and I got to enjoy the 2024 Yoga Retreat in Costa RIca. Since I am from out of state, this was my first time meeting the Exhale team and instructors - Tiffancy, Macey and Sarah. I loved each of them.

The yoga was beautifully integrated through the 4 days. Separately, we also had a wonderful coach who shared motivation and inspiration that also fit with the yoga theme.

We had great daytime activities. Everything was very well planned and executed. The Exhale team clearly put a lot into planning this mindful experience for all of us.

I can highly recommend!!!

Not a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Based on my experience, email to find out about prices. Cause could not find anything on their website and was referred to check their Instagram or Facebook page. No help at all. I would think if somebody wants clientele or if they want their business to grow, they would be more than willing to help out.

From the very first moment I stepped foot in Exhale Yoga, I felt its warmth. I've been faithfully doing HIIT for the past six years, but lately come to realize that I need to integrate yoga into my regimen, not just for improved balance and mobility, but for my overall wellbeing. The instructors are all brilliant at their craft and I leave every class invigorated and ready to take on the day. Exhale is the gift I give myself.

Didn’t have the best experience. The owner wasn’t overly friendly in an email I sent inquiring about the studio. On my arrival I stood at the front for almost 10 minutes until someone greeted me. The owner handed me a clipboard and told me to fill it out. Asked for the $1 for first class and then told me to go into the room. I didn’t feel the welcoming or the warmth. Had I not been to yoga studios before this would have felt even worse. The strangest part was how cheerful she was to “regular” attendees.
The class was unheated directly after a heated class and it smelled horrible. They were trying to air it out but it was so bad. I would suggest maybe an essential oil spritz or something. The instructor was very nice but the sequencing of the asanas was strange. Was looking for a new home studio since I just moved here but unfortunately this won’t be it.

I will preface my review, with please formulate your own opinion and judge this studio for yourselves. Thankfully we live in America, where people are still entitled to their opinions. Respectfully, take it or leave it.

Morning classes and instructors are great. Very warm and inviting. These classes are slower paced, a bit easier to follow. Yet, still challenging nonetheless.

Evening classes with Macie and Tiffany, not so much. Yoga flows can be very challenging for an inexperienced yogi. You will NOT experience one on one corrections in various postures and/inversions, which puts you at high risk for injuries. Proper body alignment and positioning is very important in any yoga practice, to experience the true benefits. The occasional verbal cues for various levels adjustments for certain postures/inversions are great if you know what you’re doing. Especially in these types of classes, If not personally corrected, with hands on attention, shifting of body alignment, arm positioning, etc, injuries can most certainly occur. So be mindful when signing up for the evening classes.

Tiffany is very talented with her flows and unique choreography. She is also very flexible and has developed a solid yoga practice for herself. As a result, more focus is on her and trying to keep up with her practice than your own. Can be tricky and hard to follow.

Side note, in terms of studio cleanliness, seldom observed mopping up of sweat puddles between classes. No sanitation sprays applied to floors. They often just air dry the floors. Disappointing, especially coming off the coat tails of a pandemic. But this may not be a thing for folks. Clearly it is for me.

I recommend this yoga studio, for advanced yogis (specifically evening classes and Saturday mornings), athletes who want a challenge or individuals with a background in gymnastics. Again, please come to your own conclusion. Everyone is unique and different unto themselves. What works for one may not work for another.

Classes are amazing outlets for anybody struggling with stress overload. The instructors never ask for anything from you, they simply offer guidance in a place where you can drop your mask. :)

My kid and I were super excited to give exhale a try. Drove over 30 minutes to get to the studio, was 2 minutes late and they locked the door. Very disappointed. Very unrealistic to expect everyone to be there exactly on time especially with young children. In my opinion it is bad business to lock people out over even 10 minutes let alone 2. This is my third weekend in a row trying to make it to there only kids class. Not sure if I'll ever get a chance to actually try them or not.

Yes I was feeling tired and super sleepy before coming here but I'm glad I didn't cancel and that I showed up. I found them on Mindbody and I'm very happy for that.
They're located close to the Bashas and it's a very cozy studio that's kept very clean with two rooms. They have one room for heated yoga I think and then another that's smaller.
The restrooms have lockers and also working showers with is nice especially if you do a hot yoga class.
I ended up taking one of their restorative classes and it sounds super easy but it actually was worth every minute.
The instructor was amazing and she helped us lay out all the props for the class and she also guided are breathing which played a big part in me feeling a lot more relaxed. Gentle music was played in the background and teacher put on some aroma candles and adjusted light throughout class.
I felt I let go of so much tension during the class and I left feeling a lot lighter and with a smile on my face.

I'm definitely no expert at yoga but to be direct I would highly recommend Exhale Yoga. The atmosphere and facilities are both awesome. Every time I've gone in it's always been a welcoming experience, and the opportunity to shower immediately after a hot class is a huge matter of convenience. I've only taken classes with two of the instructors there, mostly from Tiffany herself and usually the hot yoga classes. Aside from struggling with my awful vision (I need my glasses very badly but choose not to wear them while working out for fear of breaking them)I've never had any problems with either the instructors or their classes. They certainly offer up a good opportunity for a challenging workout, but there was never any pressure to hit the more strenuous poses or even anything at all if I found it too challenging. I have often heard at the beginning of class that it's never looked down upon to take a break or even step out for a minute if the need arises. Basically the hot classes can be an awesome and challenging workout but only so far as you're willing to take it.
Exhale Yoga is a great studio with a passionate owner and awesome workout opportunities.

I am a newbie to the yoga world so it’s a bit intimidating. My Drs told me it could be good for me so off I went. From the first moment Tiffany made me feel right at home. My class was with Andrea, she made my first real yoga experience so comfortable. I felt amazing. I am hooked. Thank you ladies. Now my young boys love it and want to go to Kids yoga every Saturday too. Hubby is next! Ha.
