Original Post:
I've been going to classes for 7 weeks now. This is my first time doing this type of training. I love it. The coaches push me, but not to the point that I'm crying. I hear their encouraging words at class, and even when I'm not in class (that little angel on your shoulder that you see in cartoons... but this one is the Coaches encouraging me!). A lot of "regulars", and almost everyone is super encouraging, even in the early morning hours! I've been told that there are Educator discounts and HSA funds can be used for monthly payments. One of the best parts is the lavender infused cool down towels.

What to Expect:
45 minutes from start to finish.
When you arrive, the coach checks you in to class. This is the time to let them know of any injuries, etc.
There is a timer that counts down to the start of class. Coaches give a welcome then talk through and demonstrate the movements at each station. That's followed by a warm up, then time to work!

You'll have a partner or partners to go through the stations with. Sometimes I'm chatty but mostly I'm focused on the movements. The coaches come by to check your form and give corrections and suggest modifications as needed. There's a timer for the stations, and after the class is done, there's a cool down, Announcements, a power clap, and sometimes a group photo.

Even though I often would love to stay in my warm cozy bed, I am so glad that I've attended class. #FeelingStrongerEveryDay

I had such an awesome experience at F45 St. Philip’s Plaza!

We hosted an amazing mat Pilates class here in collaboration with In Balance Pilates, led by Tiana, and it was so much fun! The space and the energy were perfect for the event — such great vibes all around.

After our mat class, I took one of the Varsity cardio classes with Coach Gary, who’s also the owner, and wow — it was incredible! Cardio is something I struggle to consistently work into my routine, but this class was exactly what I needed. It was challenging, motivating, and had me pushing to my full potential.

The energy from Gary, the other coaches, and all the members was contagious. Working with a partner and being surrounded by such an encouraging community made the workout fly by.

I’ll definitely be back! I loved the vibe, the people, and the sense of community — F45 St. Philip’s Plaza is seriously next level. 💪🔥

I typically frequent Oro Valley location because of logistics, but sometimes I attend classes at St. Phillips. This past Sunday’s class at St. Phillips was absolutely fantastic! The coaches, particularly Coach Tony, are incredible. Coach Tony is exceptionally attentive to everyone's form and his enthusiasm is truly exceptional. For my last "big" birthday, my daughter gave me a 10-session pack - and it's truly made my life better - much better! These workouts can be tough but fair. After about a month of looking for a gym or studio to join in Tucson I tried F45 and haven’t looked back. My first class was with Cameron and Micaleigh and they are easily some of the most attentive, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaches I’ve met.

Gracyn, Marley, Cameron and Micaleigh are all patient, educated and invested not only in your progress but in your safety. As someone with previous injuries, I was hesitant to try group classes. I have been searching since I moved to Tucson in 2019 for the best gym in town and have felt absolutely lost until I stumbled into F-45 St. Phillips. Let me start by saying I have become absolutely humbled by the workouts each week... not only is it the hardest workouts I have ever done in my life (coming from a college athlete), but the staff is also extremely knowledgeable and push me to my absolute limits. F45 is amazing. I love the workouts and the instructors and they don't make you feel bad about going at your pace and help guide your technique so you don't injure yourself. Gary and the trainers are phenomenal and the heartrate monitor helps you know how many calories you are burning and a true measurement of how well you are doing. I burn like 800 calories in that 30 minute workout.

I’ve tried so many different workouts throughout my life but F45 is the one that I’ve stuck with the longest. Every class is different, the workouts are tough, and the best part is classes are only 45 minutes. The team training atmosphere keeps me motivated to finish each workout despite the difficulty. Plus, the coaches provide support and won’t let you quit. They correct your form and always push you harder with heavier weights or more reps. F45 is the best!

Here I feel complete! I don’t have goals as losing weight - but gaining muscle weight and maintain healthy lifestyle! I just moved to town and hadn't been to a gym in three weeks while dealing with the move. I'm used to going to a regular open gym, but I didn't have the time or energy to come up with my own workout routines. I'm so glad to have found F45 because it provides the structure I was looking for. You'll pay more than you would at an open gym, but you're getting the benefits of ready-made workouts with lots of variety between cardio, strength, and hybrid so you're never bored, a motivating atmosphere, and trainers that are all top notch (though if I had to pick a favorite so far, it'd have to be Chris)! I've been active all my life trying new sports, workouts and gym routines. I went as far as competing professionally and eventually found that my body would plateau and have an adverse effect on weight loss. I struggled for a while getting back down to what I used to weigh because my body was so used to working out 7 days a week for a min. of 2 hours per day. I did hard core dieting and training to where my blood levels where unhealthy due to excessive training and malnutrition. Everything that I knew didn't work when it came to me trying to lose weight. It wasn't until I tried F45 consistently. Going 4-6 days a week for the past year leaned me out tremendously without having to eat so little and be very strict with my diet. I lost 10 pounds, only workout 45 min. a day and finally feel I have time to hang out with friends and enjoy life outside of the gym! This truly changed my life, my health, and gave me a new family!

If you’re looking for a sign to try out F45, this is it. While this location has a lot of great trainers, Chris is by far one of the best. I joined this location a couple of months back and am so glad that I did. Being at a new gym with a new community can be intimidating, but Chris never treated me like a “beginner”, which I really appreciated. He brings a great energy and vibe to each class, is knowledgeable about form/exercise in general and awards praise when you’re doing a good job. I would definitely recommend catching Chris’ class if you want a killer coach along with a killer workout.

I absolutely love F45 and the trainers and the community as a whole. I initially started with a trial and instantly fell in love and have consistently been going for almost 8 months now. I have always enjoyed group fitness classes but I have never seen better results doing any other classes or gym routines. Specifically, the front desk receptionists, Gracyn and Kasey are so kind and always greet you with a smile. In addition, Coach Marley, Gary, Cameron and Victoria are absolutely amazing. I have always enjoyed group fitness but F45 really elevated that to the next level for me. They allow you to trial the gym before purchasing a membership, they provide you with all of the information, answer any questions you may have and communicate really well through IG or text messaging. The studio is always clean and staff is professional and helpful. The location is upbeat, fun and central to Tucson. The staff really gets to know you and seem to be there to support your goals, whatever they may be. The trainers are really what set this place apart from other fitness studios. Gary, Chris and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, FUN and easy to connect with. I learned so much from them! The workouts change daily and incorporate cardio, strength, endurance and are easily adjustable for any injuries or limitations you may have (45 minutes each). They have apps that you can download and They offer regular “challenges” or fitness seminars (nutrition, form, mindfulness) to help you grow in your fitness journey. It is pretty expensive but if you are wanting to change your body and your lifestyle, this is the perfect place to start!!! And let’s not forget the music playlists! 🧡

I was hesitant coming into F45, mainly because of the price, BUT after doing the two week free trial before they officially opened, I was sold! The quality of the workouts, the leadership from the coaches, and just being in the group setting to drive you closer to your goals is not like any gym I have ever been to. And the workouts are never the same so you never know what you're gonna get, but I love every minute of it... it's more of a love/hate relationship but still it's an amazing dynamic. I highly recommend to all my friends and family to just try it out. You will be glad you did!
