About the Club

At Feel Good Fitness Club the mission is to help people move pain free inside and outside of the gym. This will be accomplished by enhancing movement patterns, building confidence, increasing knowledge, and maintaining results.
"Feel Good Fitness Club" is exactly what it sounds like. When people train with me I want them to feel good when they leave the gym. I want to help my clients find empowerment through strength, results, non scale victories and more.

I LOVE that she has an app where you can see every workout, every movement, and track what weights you’re lifting. It’s so great to have it all right there when I lift on my own. The online training allows you to go at your own pace. As a beginner/restarting my fitness journey, Coach C communicates with you every step of the way with helpful tips on form and encouragement. The online community she provides also gives encouragement not only for workouts but movement in general. The goal is for movement and getting better each day. The team forum allows for communication between other online clients and that has become a great way to gain feedback and ideas for movement and even healthy meal ideas.

Coach C has been training me for the last 3 months and I have been loving working out with Feel Good Fitness. I schedule twice a week for the small group and it is one of the best things I’ve done. Previously to Feel Good Fitness, I would dread to workout, because I didn’t have a plan, didn’t know if I was doing a workout correct, and felt judged. Coach C is The most knowledgeable, committed, versatile and personable trainer in the game (also the most amazing human ever). I’ve played competitive sports for 15+ years and was a collegiate athlete, and there has never been any athletic/health professional as committed to their career as her. I have been training with Aaliyah for the past four years. I have lost 30 pounds following the diets and exercise she has given me. I drive an hour in total to go train with her. I highly recommend her to friends and family. She is always aware while I’m training and very nice. Not to mention very teachable and patient when I can’t do a certain exercise. Most important my body feels so healthy while training with Aaliyah.

The gym is nice, not very spacious feels more cozy and intimate, nice place to work out with friends and in small groups. Trainer Aaliyah is really good, have been working with her for years. I like all her strength and mobility training cycles, emom, ect. She is very knowledgeable and reliable, down to the earth not hard to talk to and willing to communicate about what you needs are and set realistic goals with us. very encouraging and attentive to all her clients during each session. I usually see good results when I do what she tells me to do, changes come over time and she is persistent and stable that you know you can rely on, if you are willing to put in efforts she is a really trainer I definitely recommend her to my friends.

I started training with Coach Aaliyah a few months ago and I’ve loved every second of it. Coming from an athletic background, she knew exactly the type of workouts that would not only make me feel fit, as if i was in my prime again but also mentally stable.
