1. Ahwatukee location (48th & Warner)
2. I want to be fit but IβM LAZY! Adrienne pushes me to work harder.
3. Small group size - usually 4-5 people
4. Price is reasonable. Pay as you go. No minimum # of classes or contracts.

One of the best trainers I've ever trained with. Adrienne does a great job of making sure you get a work out that fits your needs. I have knee injury and she is very knowledge about how to adjust our group training to meet my needs.
