This place is awesome!
I have work/kids/dog/life/ADHD… looking for something that gets me to show up, get it done, and get on with my day. I need sustainability. I’ve done a lot of different stuff over the years, including a couple different trial periods in my area before choosing this one.

Brandon is knowledgeable & observant, ready to adapt/modify on the fly to what I need (or don’t need). Pricing is very reasonable for what you get, especially compared to others I’ve checked out.

He also has a strong background in food/nutrition with a healthy approach- make realistic shifts & swaps & balanced choices that you can MAINTAIN without draining joy out of your life (no short-sighted/harmful/fad diets).

Green Light has been an absolute game changer for finding a workout that is truly efficient. I’m in and out in just 30 minutes, going twice a week. The workouts are easy on my joints and feel completely safe, with such a welcoming environment.
Brandon and the entire team are genuine, real people who make the experience exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve been training there for the past year, and my blood work has improved significantly. They’ve really simplified the whole fitness process for me.
What I love most is how controlled and safe I feel during the workouts. As an active grandma who’s always chasing kids around, this place is perfect. I honestly can’t recommend it enough!

I have been attending Greenlight for over a year now and I still absolutely love it! I love that is can get in 3 days a week for a tick 30 min workout, and still see such incredible results even a year later! Brandon is the Man! To get you back on track with fitness goals, you need him. My strategy was to get somebody to kick my butt and get me going again, and he did it. I wanted to do it in 6 months, which can be a tall order, but he had the resilence, consistency, and most of all the skills and right attitude. Brandon is tireless in his attention to integrity with fitness and his clients. He also has a very good nutrition background and is extremely personable. As an older guy I found him extremely patient but firm enough to get things done. Can't say enough, the guys a gem for sure.

Working out with Brandon at Greenlight was unlike any workout I have ever done. 1. I completed a full body workout in 30 minutes. 2. Each muscle group was worked to exhaustion in that 30 minutes. 3. I did not have to do 30 reps to obtain exhaustion of each muscle group because they follow the muscle science of time under tension (TUT). Slow and deliberate reps with no rest period.

The gym is very clean, Brandon is so knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your wellness goals, and you get one-on-one training for a fraction of the price.

I've been training at Greenlight for about 3 months. My doctor told me I needed to add strength training to my routine, which I've never done. This gym has intentional workouts that maximizes your time. 30 minutes is about all the time I can focus so it's great. And the camaraderie in the gym with others makes it a fun workout. If your over 50 and gyms have always been intimidating to you, you should definitely come try Greenlight.

I have been training with Greenlight for about 6 months now and my entire body has completely transformed! Down 36+ lbs, lost over 9% body fat, and have gained a ton of muscle! I look at feel better at almost 40 than I have any other time in my life!

Aside from my body changes, the workouts are fun, quick (so they fit into my busy schedule), and so much better than other programs I’ve tried like Orange Theory or F45.

I love this place! It’s more than just a gym, it’s a close community and supports each other growth. The trainers are down to earth, responsive and encouraging- they don’t let you get away without working hard and achieving your goals. The gym is clean with new machines and has good jams/motivating music. I saw physical results in just 4 weeks and gained a pound of muscle, lost and gained inches in all the right places, with their specific training method. You must try! Come to the grand opening August 3rd!

I cannot recommend Greenlight Personal Training Mesa enough! I have been thoroughly impressed with my sessions and have learned that I can achieve more than I ever thought possible in just a 30 minute workout session. The expectations have been clear from the beginning, with everything being well structured and explained.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brandon, Q, and Dave, and all three trainers have pushed me to go harder and get through my workouts. I appreciate that the workouts are consistent, regardless of which trainer I work with. I have even stopped my outside workouts to fully gauge the gains in this program, and I am excited that I am seeing great progress after 4 weeks and even more excited to see how the progress continues to stack.

I decided to give this establishment a shot after spending the past 3 years trying to recover from a heart issue. I was a little skeptical at first about the results based on the time allotted for each session, but the physical results of Q and Brandons workout regime proved that 30 minutes of exercise is more than enough time to achieve desired strength and conditioning goals. Wonderful experience! I have always been a person who exercised at home with and without equipment! I had the dedication to follow through and for 35 years I thought it was enough. I’ve been doing my personal training with Brandon for over a month now and i love that he’s very involved during the sessions. You can see that he’s passionate about personal training and tries to understand your goals and pushes you a bit further every session. I go to a different gym regularly but needed the extra one on one push and I couldn’t be happier and have started feeling stronger. Brandon has also been great with providing nutrition advice and makes recommendations based on your goals. I have done personal training before and was often annoyed by coach checking their phones constantly or giving me a task to do and walking away for a bit so wasn’t a big fan of it but Greenlight Personal Training feels different. I love working out at Greenlight Personal Training. When looking for a personal trainer, my search stopped quickly when I met Dave and Brandon.
