I fell for the marketing before they opened, and signed on as a founding member at a “lower rate” (I have no idea what the standard rate is, but if it’s higher than I was paying that’s ridiculous for pre-recorded classes). I took 3-4 tours before it opened because they were hosting open houses and I wanted to show my friends and family to see if they’d do it with me. Thankfully they didn’t, but in none of these tours did they ever mention you’d have to buy their brand of equipment (over $100 total) to take ANY of the classes. Not only that, but no one mentioned the $99 cancellation fee until I had to cancel for medical reasons.

On top of this, when I went to pause my membership earlier this year because I was burned severely in an accident, and couldn’t exercise at all, let alone in a sauna, they charged $10 a month as a “pause” fee, and would only pause for 3 months.

This place has terrible policies with no exceptions and shady customer service to get you to sign up without mentioning all the extra costs. Definitely not worth the money.

I accidentally left my clothes after a workout. I came back 30 min later and they trashed my clothes. They have a lost and found but decided to throw mine clothes away.

I absolutely love HOTWORX! This location is super clean, the employees are super friendly, and the infrared saunas really give you a great detoxifying work out! I love doing hot yoga here. You can book a time slot on the app and most of the time you get the whole sauna to yourself or you can book with a friend! Highly recommend!

Super clean, friendly, and very organized.
Bathrooms are also organized and doesn’t feel like you’re in a cold atmosphere.
If you’re stressed and want it quiet, you can just lower the volume, turn on the light, and finish that book that you’ve been waiting to read. It helps my mind calm down and I can already tell the difference in how I sleep and how my clothes fit.
So excited to know it’s a place where you don’t feel so overwhelmed, like you sometimes do with those HUGE gyms.
Just a great, relaxing workout. Win/win.

Fyi, I'm not some fitness nut or anything. I am however, in shape....round is a shape....right? More of a dad bod kind of guy. If I can enjoy this so can you. Seriously though, I've been attending this gym for about a month now. I absolutely love the 24/7 access, especially because I work out in the early AM and most of the time I have the whole gym to myself. I really enjoy the quick work out sessions. Depending on your intensity and workout, a couple of 15 minute sessions make you sweat like you were working out for over an hour or more. The instructional workout videos are great and all to get you started, but honestly after a while I just started to mute them and do my own thing. LoL!

I absolutely love this concept! My friend brought me as a guest to try it out and it was such a great experience I joined within the week 👍🏻 There are so many workout options that I’ve never gotten bored, and the hours make it perfect for my crazy work schedule. I even convinced my husband who has back issues to try it out, and he joined immediately. As a plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful…highly recommend!

LOVE HotWorx! I’ve been coming consistently for about 2 weeks and my body just craves it now! Love the infrared sauna and option for HIIT workouts, especially when I’m in a time crunch. Maximum effect in minimal time!! Highly recommend this studio!! Front office is great too, and clean facility!

I've been attending the Gilbert Hotworx at Germann & Gilbert for a few weeks now and love it. The options of 15 minute HIIT or 30 minute Isometric exercises provide options for all fitness levels. The Infared exercise rooms add health benefits and give you a sense of privacy not found in traditional work out classes.
24 hour access provides the opportunity to workout at any time. Initially I wasn't sure what to expect, but as a former athlete that has suffered a couple significant injuries I haven't sweated like this in years and best of all I haven't been sore the following days. The low impact nature of the workouts is great for everyone including those with any injury history or concerns. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to consider the Gilbert location at Germann & Gilbert, they have an amazing staff.

HOTWORX is the most incredible workout concept I have ever experienced. I am NOT that gal who typically enjoys working out, but I ran across HOTWORX Gilbert and decided it was worth checking out. I was intrigued by their infrared isometrics and HIIT workouts. Although I researched the benefits of infrared heat, I still wanted to know more—big thanks to their staff member, Luke, for being so knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I was so impressed with this establishment that I purchased a membership without hesitation - and I'm happy I did! I now really look forward to working out. No joke! That is saying a lot from this 50+-year-old lady. This location not only has a staff with great energy, but it's also clean, the equipment is high quality, and it is accessible 24/7. Do yourself a favor - check this place out! It's the best decision I've made in a long time for my health.
