I just had my son‘s fourth birthday party there and it was an absolute blast! It’s great that when you book the birthday with them that you get to whole gym to yourself. The two young ladies that helped with the party and worked there were amazing. They helped set up and take down kept an eye on the kids to make sure they were safe and were overall just very pleasant and kind. You’re allowed to bring in decorations, which was awesome and they even had a fridge where you could store drinks and keep everything cooled. My son had so much fun just running around and going crazy with his friends.

Influence Gymnastics has been a game changer for our family. Maria and her team have gone above and beyond to create a safe and warm environment where my kids have thrived. This was the first camp in the last few years that the kids were ALWAYS excited to attend every single day for the entire summer. This gym and all the coaches in it have been an absolute blessing to our family. My 5 year old has improved by leaps and bounds since starting here and my 3 year old is having a blast and getting stronger too! It’s the only place around I can find that takes my 3 year old for camp. And what a blessing it is to be able to drop them both off and know they’re exercising, having fun, loved and safe in this Arizona heat! Not to mention when my 5year old is at practice the owner Maria is so gracious to let my 3 year old play wherever a class currently isn’t going on. Makes being there for hours with younger siblings so much more enjoyable! Love Influence so much!

Best Birthday Party Ever!

We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at Influence Gymnastics, and it was AMAZING! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The coaches were so fun, energetic, and great with the kids—everyone had a blast flipping, jumping, and playing in the gym. The setup was organized, the space was clean and safe, and the whole experience was stress-free for us as parents. The owner and staff made us feel so welcome and truly cared about making the day special. I can’t recommend their parties enough—we’ll definitely be back next year!

Love Influence! My daughter trains on the optionals team. The coaches emphasize the importance of strength and conditioning, and I love the volume of technical feedback my daughter has gotten, which has really improved her skills. The coaches are really invested in bringing out the best in each kid. The kids train hard, support each other, and always end the night on a fun note.

We absolutely love Influence and by far love Coach Gabby! Our daughter is turning 4 shortly which can be a silly, chaotic age and Gabby just handles the class with grace, patience and FUN. The structured class allows our daughter to develop physical skills, listening skills and discipline- all while Coach Gabby keeps it fun and engaging for them. She truly has mastered the patience it takes to handle a class of 3-4 year olds and we are so thankful to her for it!

Amazing Gym for anyone 17 and under!

I can’t say enough great things about this gymnastics and ninja gym! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy and excitement. The facility is clean, well-organized, and packed with top-notch equipment for both gymnastics and ninja training.

The coaching staff is fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about helping everyone reach their potential. They do an excellent job of balancing fun with proper technique and safety, which is so important. Whether you’re here for recreational classes, competitive training, or just to burn off energy, there’s something for everyone.

The ninja courses are a huge hit—challenging yet accessible for all skill levels. It’s awesome to see kids conquer obstacles with big smiles on their faces. The gymnastics program is equally impressive, with thoughtful progressions and coaches who really know how to motivate and inspire.

We are so excited for more classes here! It was easy to book and easy to understand the different classes offered—we figured out right away which classes my kids wanted to take. We were welcomed at the front desk by the owner (who remembered me from months ago when I contacted her!) The gym is clean and spacious, brightly lit, and cool. The instructors were young, fun, patient and encouraging. Looking forward to our journey with gymnastics and ninja classes here.
