Iron Roots!!! I can not say enough about this gym!!! I have been to a couple gyms in Fountain Hills and Iron Roots is the BEST!! If you want to join a gym with amazing people, fantastic trainers, an atmosphere that is inviting and fun I would highly recommend trying this place out!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Great owners! They live in our beautiful town of Fountain Hills. They are definitely involved in our community. They live what they preach! Health, wellness and fitness. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help anyone reach their fitness goals. Not here to just show you how to throw a bunch of weight around but to teach functional fitness. Free community classes on Saturday. You do not need to be fit to begin! Coaches are very helpful!
Worth a try!!!! Highly recommend.

I have been participating in one of the Kettlebell classes twice a week for about 4 months now. I was hesitant at first, as I had some issue with my left shoulder. Julie & D said that strengthening that arm may help. They took things easy with me & less than 2 months later, I noticed my arm/shoulder pain was less frequent & often gone. I work as a nurse & occasionally need to assist in lifting/transferring patients. Because my non dominant arm/shoulder is now strengthened from my kettlebell workouts, I am sleeping better as my arm/shoulder pain is 95% non existent!!

On a side note, the vibe is fun & positive!

I tried a Sweat Class recently, which is workouts with other types of full body type work & equipment. It is challenging, but coaches will modify if you need. I will definitely be participating in more of the Sweat classes as it was an excellent workout & yes, it is true to its name!

I absolutely love Iron Roots CrossFit in Fountain Hills! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping each member reach their fitness goals. The community atmosphere at Iron Roots is welcoming and inclusive, making it a great place for people of all fitness levels to come together and push themselves to new heights.

The facility is new and well-maintained with top-notch equipment, and the workouts are always challenging and varied, keeping things interesting and ensuring continuous progress. The coaches pay close attention to proper form and technique, which has not only helped me prevent injuries but also improve my overall strength and fitness level.

I have seen amazing results since joining Iron Roots CrossFit, both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, more confident, and have made some great friends along the way. I highly recommend Iron Roots CrossFit to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level. It truly is a fantastic place to train and be a part of a supportive fitness community!
