Unlike other trainers who spend time chatting and cutting into your workout, he stays focused and ensures you get the most out of every session. He knows exactly when to push you and when you've reached your limit, all while helping you reach your full potential. I can’t say enough about Khalid. I have had three back surgeries, and I have dropfoot as a result of that, that is nerve damage. The last three years I have been using a walking stick to help me walk. But thanks to Khalid I am NOT using my walking stick for support anymore. He was understanding and listened to my needs, and customized my workout for my personal problem. Thank you, Khalid

This trainer is no joke, if you’re looking for strength and transformation, KC is the trainer you want. His unique style combines strength training and aerobic conditioning that delivers a balanced and effective workout.
I’m generally not one to endorse anyone but if you are able to get on his schedule, by all means do it. I’ve been training with him for almost 4 years and he still challenges my abilities.

Being a seasonal visitor, I have been training with KC for 5 months every year for many years now. Every winter KC whips me back into shape, keeps me motivated and works me to my maximum capability with visible results.

KC is an excellent trainer. Over the years, I have worked with numerous trainers and physical therapists, and KC is the best.
He listens to what you say as well as analyses your body movements to create a training routing that is just for you. He stays with you while you exercise to ensure that you are using the proper form for each exercise and that you don’t hurt yourself.
KC is serious about your physical improvement and does push you to do more. He continually changes your exercise routine to ensure your overall fitness and to ensure that you do not get bored doing the same exercises all the time.
If you are serious about improving your physical strength and health, KC should be your trainer.

Working with Khalid at KC Fitness Lab not only got me results, but it was also fun while achieving them. He pushed me harder than I would have ever pushed myself on my own. He was aware of injuries that needed protecting and worked around them. KC was always reliable, on time, and flexible with working around my crazy schedule.
