Very clean and organized gym! Music is at a great volume. All the weights are organized and the artificial turf area looks well maintained. Unfortunately have to take off a star because of front desk. I said hello as I entered and was greeted with a slight head nod as the front desk employee was on his phone with air pods in. Same thing on the way out. I don’t expect a super enthusiastic hello and goodbye, I just expect for the front desk staff to acknowledge my presence at least a little bit

IF YOU CARE ABOUT BASKETBALL DONT COME HERE
They let like 50 kids use the basketball courts at least once a week if not more and I drive an hour to come here to hoop
Why can’t they play at their school? Why can’t they go to any of the courts in the area that are literally designated for kids?
This is a public gym and I’m not able to hoop there. That is literally why i signed up.

The Greenfield location is top notch!! I had a terrible experience with the training manager at the Superstition location and when I came to Greenfield and explained what happened to the facility manager Jana she listened with compassion and understanding. I was connected immediately with the training manager E.T. who was also showed compassion and amazing customer service. I was put in touch with a new trainer immediately within the same day had a training session scheduled for two days later. Good management makes all he difference in the world. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of me.

I’ve been coming to the LA Fitness on Greenfield for a while now, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Jana. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome. I called into this gym because I was very upset about an experience with my membership at LA Fitness on Power/McDowell with a manager named Chandler. I got Jana on the phone and she was so wonderful, acknowledged my frustration and connected with me. She instantly was willing to put in effort to resolve the issue and do what she could to save me from cancelling my membership. She reached out to me with a resolution and went above and beyond and made me feel seen, and like I’m more than just a number. Jana was so nice and she shows the best leadership and connection skills. I am definitely going to continue coming to this gym on greenfield. Thank you so much Jana for helping me to keep my membership and resolving the problem promptly!

So glad to still have this location open with racquetball courts and kids club. Corey and the other ladies in kids club are so sweet and kind with my little guy. I love this location. I take 2-3 of my kids here regularly and they love the staff at the kids club. Cory is the best and I feel at ease knowing she’s watching them and making sure they are safe. The people here are friendly and the gym atmosphere is so positive. On top of all of this, the value of my membership is incredible. I called and went to multiple gyms before settling on LA fitness and ultimately chose it for the value of their child care. There is no scheduling needed like the other gyms near me and they even watch babies. I can hit all my fitness goals even as a busy mom and my kids love it too!

The guy working this morning at the front desk was beyond UNHELPFUL and RUDE, he hung up on me twice, he did not attempt to help me with my concerns at all, and told me he was unable to remove my info from the call list nor was he able to even mark my account to tell other to stop calling me. Here’s the kicker, I’ve worked for LA Fitness. I know he is lying. I know this because I followed his call up with a second call to the rio salado location, and devany was beyond helpful! Even went as far as to send me an email with info on how to cancel my membership, she ACTUALLY MARKED my account so that others would stop calling me at 7:30 in the morning which is highly disrespectful of me and my sleep.
So whoever you have working at your location should be more like devany at the rio salado location. Helpful, polite, kind even. But certainly not rude, dismissive, or unhelpful.

Greenfield LA fitness would have to be my favorite location. The entire staff is awesome and always super helpful. I went to the facility on Greenfield in Mesa AZ. The gym was probably the cleanest gym I ever been in. It even smelled good. I could tell the woman who was cleaning (Annamare) actually loved what she does. Amazingly clean for a gym.

I’ve been a member of LA for quite some time now. This location is definitely the best in the area. I previously frequented the Stapley and University location but it has recently closed. This club isn’t the next closest option for me, but I’ll go out of my way for the clean facilities and awesome staff, starting with the manager Andrea, she’s great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One Manager that I can say goes above the rest is Andrea Zinn. She's always very professional in our she conducts herself. Andrea always welcomes everyone that comes through those doors. I've seen her go out of her way to help people and has given me some words of encouragement. As for the gym it self. Needs to be open longer, maybe until 2an. Other gyms are staying open longer some are 24 hours now. Need to upgrade the equipment, leg machines suck. If you go to different KA Fitness gyms some of them have better equipment.

This place was once nice and clean but it seems like over the last month or so it's starting to go down hill. I'm not sure what took place, maybe another location shut down, but now there's trash everywhere and the basketball courts are never available. It's really a shame.

I am a member of LA Fitness since 1997 and I have to say that I love the Greenfield location. It is very clean, the people are like my second family and the equipment is great and well maintained. I look forward my workouts because of the atmosphere at Greenfield. It's one of the best LA Fitness locations I have been to. I wouldn't trade it for anything- especially the people. They're all so kind and considerate and that is including the staff. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to join a gym to start or maintain their fitness journey. Great location, great people and fun mixed with hard work ( the workouts)

I love coming in to this place! It’s always clean and anytime I have a question the club manager is always there to answer. She has done a great job since she started. Any time something is broken they get it fixed right away and the front desk staff are so polite! If you’re looking for a great place to get your workouts in, you’ve found it.

I came in nervous but immediately felt so welcome. I’ve been coming to this gym for awhile. This is the cleanest and best kept one I’ve ever been too. Ashley was such an amazing help and resource with starting when I came here. I’ve never seen it not be clean and tidy. I come here and feel so comfortable. Staff is amazing and kind. They simply need so much recognition for the job they do thank you for making my experience so lovely. Thank you staff and Ashley !

The company has install a new management staff. This is the first time , I have ever seen a general manager working with cleaning staff to ensure the gym is clean. She has also pushed through long overdue repairs to the equipment and building. The gym is greatly improved with Ashly in charge. AJ also doing a great job for the members !!
