LA Fitness has exceeded my expectations for a gym. The facility is very clean, the equipment is in great condition, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The real stand out is our personal trainer Kai. My husband and I have been working with Kai for about 5 months and I’m seeing and feeling great results. Kai is patient, knowledgeable and no BS. We get right to work and he keeps us moving for our entire session, which I really appreciate. We have a book to write down our workouts to keep us accountable. He listened to our goals to hike 15+ miles at the Grand Canyon next year and our sessions are geared more toward that goal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at LA Fitness and with Kai!

Highly recommend LA Fitness for any fitness level. There’s something for everyone from swimming, fitness and yoga classes, basketball, sauna, personal training and all the equipment you would expect. A++++

After my last stroke. I now use a walker and stopped working out about 5 years ago.

My doctor recommended working out in a pool.

I love the water aerobics classes. I attended the Monday morning class. Tuesday and Thursday evening classes. I’d attend all the classes everyday but my work schedule doesn’t allow it.

After class I walk 12 laps in the pool.

My legs are getting stronger. I can get in pool by myself now but still need help getting out but not as much help as before.

All the instructors are fun and fabulous. I’ve enjoyed making new friends with the other members.

The front desk representatives are extremely helpful.

This would be a five. but the hot tub smells really bad and is not clean, this has been for about a week and a half now. I'm a swimmer, that's the only reason I go to a gym is to do my laps. Every swimmer will surely agree a hot tub is needed after a good swim. The hot tub has not been clean for quite a while, hopefully this review can bring some attention to it's much needed daily cleaning. Scrubbing the tiles and keeping the water clean like the pool should be a standard in a nice gym like LA Fitness.

I have been going here for a few years. The staff is friendly and normally there is not much of a wait on most of the equipment. Once in a while, there is a selfish person who hogs a piece of equipment (15 minutes or longer). I would like to see the staff list guidelines for using the equipment.

First time visiting Arizona all the way from Los Angeles, and I stopped by this LA Fitness location in Phoenix. This has to be the cleanest and nicest LA Fitness I’ve ever been to! Absolutely love this gym! They have everything anyone needs , all the machines , basketball , sauna , pool etc!! What sets them apart is the staff and customer service:) I’m a school bus driver and while on a field trip I decided to stop at EOS for a workout while the kids were at the zoo nearby , I asked if I could get a day pass since I normally don’t workout there and would only be for one day., they denied my request , which of course is what they can do ., who was I to ask for a free workout (never know if u don’t ask right) fast forward I was getting ready to transfer to a school district near both LA and eos ., well since EOS kinda blew me off I thought I would try out LA FITNESS. I walked in prepared to pay for the day use so I could see what they were all about , upon immediate entrance I was met with a “good morning” and a friendly “how are you doing” from a gentleman named WES! I shared with him that I was wanting to workout and asked how much the day pass would be, bro immediately said he could offer me a week trial pass and to check in with him when I was done working out!! Super stoked !! So I talked to him after my workout and he turned me over to a sales rep CHRIS!! I explained to him my upcoming job change and looking for a membership , I signed up on the spot and have loved it ever since!! DO NOT WASTE your time with EOS and get your membership at this location! It has it all !! Thanks again Wes and Chris !! Superb customer service 🙏🤩

Update: Hot tub has been broken for months. Looks like I'm gona have to go join EOS since they have one that actually works. I hate to bounce but the pool and hot tub was my main incentive for joining and now it it's been down for months.

Love this gym. I’ve bounced around different gyms to workout with friends from other gyms. I’ve ultimately just land back at this spot. It’s super clean, great equipment, and the pool/hot tub rock.
