I provide you, not only the tools, but the training and knowledge to reach and maintain your mental and physical goals - for a lifetime! This includes learning nutrition as a lifestyle versus the challenges and metal blocks of a diet. I offer 1:1 training and small group training.

This is my first personal training experience, I held off on trying it because it seemed so intimidating. Lexi made it super easy. She met with me the first session to do an initial workout. After that she assessed where she thought I was and asked good questions about my goals. I meet with her 1x a week in person and in addition to that she mapped out what my workouts should look like. Each month the workouts change slightly to keep me engaged and prevent me from being bored with the same ole same ole. She regularly checks in with me on how I feel like I’m progressing, any new goals I may have, and anything that may prevent me from hitting those goals. For all she does, working with her is incredibly affordable and I’m seeing amazing changes in losing inches, pounds, and my overall attitude about physical fitness.

Lexi is great! She gets as close to the hour timeframe that you’re paying for when most trainers do the standard 45 min. She’s also there for you to WORK. You’re getting a personal trainer because there’s a lot you don’t have access to or can’t push yourself in the same way, and you’ll always be pushed to do more than you think you can with her. She is also very reliable and consistent and will help work with your schedule. Be prepared to lift and work different parts of your body each workout. You will be sore (a good thing!) and you’ll leave knowing you did your best with her. Also, she’s very helpful if you have any areas that are injured and can modify as needed. If there’s anything more you need from her (more weight, more cardio, etc) all you have to do is tell her and she’ll make sure to push you in that area that very same session. I highly recommend training with her!

Lexi is one of the most amazing human beings you will ever meet!

Story time: I’ve always struggled as a woman with working on my body image both on the inside and outside ever since I was a little girl. I met Lexi a few months ago when she was working at a different facility after just recently starting a new chapter after a breakup and her and I just instantly clicked. When you first start working out everything is just awkward and you feel entirely out of your element. Lexi took me under her wing and said “I’m going to take you entirely out of your element, educated you on what I know is going to help you and you’re going to show me how you can execute it.”

Not once in the last 4 months has she made me feel bad about my image or taking things at the pace I need to. Instead she has put me in a zone that ensures that I feel comfortable, safe, and has stressed the importance of how strength comes from within and how it builds overtime and not just within numbers. If you want someone who isn’t just going to be your friend but someone who is going to motivate you and take you entirely out of your comfort zone to try new things, Lexi is your girl!
