Clean space, good variety of equipment, friendly staff. But what puts it over the top is the training options. I did a bunch of boxing sessions with staff member Tony Corona (real name!), and could not recommend him higher. Did a great job, was flexible with my schedule, and a very knowledgeable coach.

Impossible to cancel membership! Just like the other reviews state once you join you cannot cancel. I have been calling and emailing for 3 months. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. They just continue to charge you. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

Beware, they will make it a nightmare to cancel your membership.
I have been trying to stop being billed for the past 6 months! Every month I have tried to cancel this membership, I have tried communicating in every way possible. I have sent multiple emails, called numerous times & even gone in person to cancel. The emails have never been returned. No one ever answers the phone no matter when in the business day I call. I eventually got someone on the phone 2 months ago who assured me he would cancel the membership and next month would be the last bill. Sure enough, I’m still being billed after he said my last bill would be. Upon being frustrated of this not being done I tried to go in person downtown (this was during business hours) there was nobody at the front desk. I stood and waited for over 30minutes and never saw a single person. The gym, and the facility itself is very nice but it is definitely not worth having 6 months of my time wasted with no end in sight because I cannot get in contact with ANYONE. The only form of communication I haven’t tried is via pigeon carrier.

Great staff and place is always clean. Also not a bunch a meat heads running around.
But I am super duper bummed that they are letting go of the steam room. It was my favorite part I would look forward to after working out.
Meditating and sweating out toxins made me feel so good...😏
