Purchased pilates classes via Groupon and I fell in love. The studio is nice, clean, and cozy. The instructor knows you by your name and makes sure you dont fall behind in class. You get an amazing work out. I will be back for more classes. Thank you for making my first experience amazing.

Purchased a Groupon with little to no expectation. I absolutely LOVE this sweet studio! The instructors are kind and informative. They follow all CDC guidelines of social distance and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend!

Susan is amazing and very patient with me. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get an over body workout with out all the pressure on your lower back and to Strength and your whole body due to injuries or limitations you may have. I cannot wait to see my body after 6 months. I am really excited to get stronger after not being able to workout due to the last my last broken bone.
These workouts will slowly get me back where I was over time . Injuries take time to heal but at some point you have to do something to help move it along to get flexible , stronger , and have less pain.

Great studio with 6 reformers & chairs. Three Powerplates, a Cadillac, barrel and other equipment. Good instructors and classes 7 days a week. Great pricing compared to other studios in the area.

Excellent Pilates classes! Susan and her instructors are the best! I have taken classes here for over a year. My strength and flexibility have both increased dramatically. When I am angry after a class, I know I worked hard. Lol. I love it! Plus, the classes are so small that the instructors can work with me on my form. I will continue to take classes here. Lifelong fan of Lifestyle Pilates. 💪 💪

Love this studio!! Everything Pilates is here. My favorite is Classic on the Cadillac! But completely crave all reformer work!! Susan is awesome! Jhessika was the best instructor I ever trained with. Already stoked for my next group class!
