You can’t go wrong by using Catherineβ€˜s services! My wife and I walk out after every session completely rung out and exhausted, in a great way. If you’re willing to do the work, she’ll whip you into shape in short order. Highly recommend!

Workouts at Lift to Lose are such the highlights of my week! The pace and change of the workouts keeps it fun and time passes quickly. Catherine is amazing; motivating and encouraging, and not over-the-top in correcting posture/form or yelling at us to go faster/do more. I have been training with Catherine for about 8 months, and I love it! This is the first time I've ever stuck with a workout program, and I'm actually increasing my times per week because it feels so good to have this class incorporated into my day. I have a few things to work around like a bad wrist and migraines, and Catherine is very mindful of my ailments. Catherine brings variety, challenge and intensity to her workouts without pushing beyond capacity. She keeps you moving the entire time so there is no opportunity for boredom--before you know it the workout is over and you feel energized. And she makes it fun! I have been training with Catherine for 2 months now and am thrilled. She is professional, attentive, and extremely focused. Every minute is well used because she arrives organized with a plan in hand that is tailored to my needs. I first learned about Catherine Bongiorno from seeing her train other people at Sedona Fit. I was impressed with her training techniques, her no nonsense approach and the encouragement she was giving the trainee.
Catherine begins by doing an assessment of you which enables her to understand you goals, your current workout regime and any physical issues you may have.
Having work with her for several months, I would describe her training sessions as intense. But that's in a good way. You get your money's worth. In 45 minutes, you will feel that you got a very real cardio and weight training workout. The added bonus to all this is that Catherine is very engaged in your training watching to see that you are doing the exercises correctly, counting and all the while praising you frequently for your efforts.
To me, Catherine is an ideal trainer.

My husband and I started training with Catherine 5 wks ago. I am so impressed by her ability to personalize every aspect of our training! I have very specific medical issues. One being a heart attack survivor 8 mos ago and having a bad knee nd back. My husband doesn't have any medical issues, but, he has specific areas he wants to work with in order to surf and paddle board and strengthen. We are seniors! Catherine makes working out fun. I never stopped from the beginning to the end of my session with her and the time flew by. She worked right along side me and kept me motivated, interested and involved. She shifted the level of difficulty on the fly, assessing my ability to do the activity and adjusted to meet my level. I especially appreciated the positive feedback Catherine gave me, frequently letting me know when I was doing something correctly. I came away feeling good about myself and eager to work out again. I would never be able to give enough accolades to Catherine. She is just absolutely THE BEST at what she does. She doesn't just teach and coach, although she does DO that, she also....listens, cares, and inspires, and all with a great sense of humor. Her workouts are hard, energizing, and fun. I first met Catherine years ago when I purchased a class at a charity auction. The first class showed me how out of shape I was, but I stuck with it, did another class, then another, and now have been with her for years. Classes are motivating, never boring and she has modifications based on your fitness level. We have teenagers, boxers, skiers and retirees working out together, some with bad shoulders or knees but all getting the individual workout we need in a group setting. She keeps me in shape with just two classes a week, and when the schedule works out I'm in good enough shape to do two back-to-back. Want to get in shape or add something to your current workouts? Over the past eight years Catherine Bongiorno has kept my 60 year old body:muscular toned and healthy
Her method to body conditioning has me using 2 to 6 muscle groups at the same time to do one exercise.
This is very efficient and efficient.
I saw results right away from her methods.
Catherine praises throughout the class hour, also gently corrects those whose form is off to ensuring an injury free workout
She excels at the degree of difficulty and is challenged to create class workouts for those of us that are advanced in our abilities, as well as those who are walking into her class for the first time

I have been attending Catherine's classes for ~2 years now and love how she's always throwing in new moves and keeping it exciting! Her classes are great for any fitness level, as she always has suggestions on how to make a move easier or harder. A year or so ago I decided to add on some personal sessions with her, in-between her Boeing classes I attend, and have loved the results! She has pushed me to pick up weights I would have never even thought of attempting on my own! She's great at tailoring my workouts, taking into consideration my sometimes finicky back and tendency to get shin splints. She even goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting her clients! Catherine is an excellent teacher. She watches you closely to make sure you have good form so as not to injure yourself. She is very encouraging to keep you pushing yourself. Slow and steady wins the race! I have struggled with maintaining weight loss for years, I lose it and it shows up again. Catherine has taught me how to track and manage my calories as well as my Fat, Carb, Protein breakouts. She has also proven to me that lifting weights (and sometimes very heavy weights) does help you lose weight!
