I offer customized personal for men, women, seniors and teens. Train from a clean, private gym in west Mesa. The gym has a wonderful family atmosphere where you will get to know everyone and always feel welcome. I have a bachelors degree in physical education, a physical therapy technician certificate, and am an ACE certified pain free training specialist. My prices are very reasonable. I will push you and make training fun. Improve your flexibility, lose weight, gain strength, improve balance and gain confidence!

I am 65 years young and had never worked with a personal trainer or done much strength training before I started with Megan six months ago. From our very first session, I knew she was an excellent, committed professional and a great fit for me. I adore her! She is very encouraging, a great listener, and truly understands my goals and limitations. Every workout is unique and pushes me further, and I leave feeling accomplished and happy. I have already experienced so many positive results. I can't imagine not working with her for hopefully the next 20+ years and I highly recommend her to anyone at any age!

I highly recommend Megan! I’ve been training with her for over a year and I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength. She’s amazing at keeping you motivated and pushing you to do more but not so much that it hurts. She’s a great listener and fun to talk with. The workouts are hard but so worth it! She also set me up with a meal plan and exercise for when I’m at home after I mentioned that I thought I hit a plateau. The facility she’s at is also really nice and well maintained.

I had a gym membership and thought I could do it in my own, but I would step into a gym and go “gym dumb”! I did this for far too many years without a speck of results! I started training with Live Empowered Fitness and Megan Martin has been a major role in reaching my health and fitness goals! Definitely reach out to her and get on her schedule!
What I love most is even on days when my entire body and soul are resisting going, I never regret it and leave feeling empowered! Megan keeps me focused and on my path without shaming or guilting me in to getting my workouts done. We have fun AND I’ve been able to work with her during my pregnancy, including the day I went into labor, and during my postpartum recovery. Working out during and after made such a huge difference in my recovery, post 2nd cesarean! I even bring my little gal with me now and she hangs out or I safely baby wear her and Megan modifies my workouts so I can continue to focus on my goal. When my older gal is off from school, I bring her with too and there is a safe kids play area. They just have a great setup to support you, no matter your needs.
Now my husband is training with me and Megan has become part of our family!
Don’t waste time making excuses. If you have excuses, be real about them and Megan will help you beat them and get you where you need to be! I trust her, so should you!

I hate working out. My wife started training with Megan to heal from some medical procedures. As her health improved my wife asked me to join her. This is now time that we value as a way to remain connected in our relationship. We workout together and often do the same exercises. Megan is knowledgable, friendly, a great motivator and does a great job adjusting to our specific needs while keeping our sessions in sync. I still don't like working out, but it is easier since it is aligned with this one-on-one time with my wife.

Megan is awesome. She creates workouts based on your goals, and pushes you to do them without pushing too hard. She varies the workouts and listens to what you really hate doing (burpees ugh!!) And gives you things to do on your off days with her. Highly recommend her!!!

Megan is awesome! I am currently 11 weeks postpartum and I feel better than I ever imagined I would thanks to Megan. She is encouraging and motivating. During the lesson Megan explains each exercise thoroughly, and helps you do it correctly so you get the most out of it. She maintains a judgment free zone and always pushes me to do my personal best, while giving me positive affirmations. I walk away each season feeling better than when I walked in, and you bet your bottom dollar you’ll be feeling sore the next day. Megan also offers lessons over zoom due to COVID-19 which is such a plus!!! I definitely recommend training with Megan.

As someone who is just getting back into exercising, I love training with Megan! She has amazing energy, makes each workout fun, unique and keeps me motivated to push harder each time.
