If there is a 10 star, I would give to Jacob and LMTLLS this guy takes it personal when you sit down with him and set goals. I started with Jacob in April 2025 as of today. I lost over 40 pounds not only that I lost over 20 pounds of fat and gain about 7 to 8 pounds of muscle he literally changed my life I highly highly recommend. Just stop by. My journey started in early 2024 when my fiancé and I started planning our destination wedding. I jokingly promised her I’d have a six pack by our wedding day 1 year later. I started slow, walking a little bit, using the row machine, and trying every fad diet around. I lost weight but still looked fat. A coworker of mine introduced me to Jacob and said you have to try him. After one phone call with Jacob he basically called me out and asked "how serious are you about this? Are you ready to change your lifestyle?" I said yes, half heartedly and agreed to meet him for a consult. From the moment I met Jacob I could tell we were going to connect. He was kind, never judged, and not what I envisioned a personal trainer would be like. I signed up that day. The following day, I had never been more sore in my life. I have never been one to work out. The last time I lifted was in high school. I’m now 42 years old. I chose to sign up for his twice a week in person training and nutrition coaching. The first couple of weeks
we really dove into the nutrition side. This turned out to be the hardest and most impactful part. After those first couple weeks, I wanted more. I asked Jacob for additional routines that I could do on my own. Signed up for a gym membership and started lifting and doing regular cardio (steps are key). The scale was not moving quickly. I’ve seen the results from others that Jacob worked with, rapidly losing 5, 10, even 15 pounds in a month. I did a DEXA scan right when I started with Jacob and learned that I was 30% body fat. After two months of working with Jacob and feeling like I was putting in the work and the scale only moving a few pounds I decided to do another DEXA scan. This would turn out to be the a huge motivator. It explained why the scale was not moving. I was losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Something that I would come to learn is not normal. But it was eye-opening and encouraged me to continue. I continued to add additional days of lifting and additional cardio. I would come to learn the nutrition would play the biggest factor. Learning how to track every macro accurately to ensure I was in a caloric deficit. I was never perfect, but I was consistent. There were days when I would indulge and go way over on calories. I would get down on myself, but get back on track the next day. The scale was a bit of a roller coaster but every two months I would get a DEXA and continue to see fat loss and muscle gain. Jacob was there every step of the way. If I was traveling and I needed some advice on what to eat he was there. If I saw a new routine on Instagram, I would ask him about it and get his opinion. He would ensure me to stay consistent and not fall for everything that you see on the internet. The holidays rolled around and I was making great progress then over the course of two days between Christmas Eve and Christmas. I gained nearly 17 pounds after deciding let go for a couple of days. At that point, I felt discouraged that I was not going hit my goal. I had two options, give up or put in the work and continue to try. I chose to double down. I worked harder than I ever thought I could, getting up at 4 AM walking 3 miles lifting for an hour And then another 3 miles in the afternoon with another session of lifting. I did a final DEXA scan the day before I left for my wedding on January 28. Over the course of six months working with Jacob I lost 38 pounds of fat and gained 21 pounds of muscle and was at 11.8% Body fat the day before leaving for my wedding. I know none of this would have been possible without the commitment that I made to myself. I also know that none of it would’ve been possible without Jacob and his commitment to me. He changed my life. Anyone serious about changing their life in fitness Jacob is the man do not hesitate and just remember to stick with the process. It will not happen overnight.

I’ve been working with Jacob at LMTLSS Personal Training for a year now, training with him in person twice a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When I first started, I was active but not where I wanted to be in terms of fitness or physique. Fast forward to today, and I’ve lost 18.2 pounds and my body fat percentage has dropped significantly, from 21.1% to 15.4%. Jacob Beneventi is the best personal trainer I have ever met, to which I have met plenty as an avid gym goer since I was 15 years old, and he is an absolute stud. If you are looking for a personal trainer, look no further, flat out, period, your search ends here. If you need to read more, I expand on my experience below.
Jacob is the only personal trainer I have ever hired and worked with, and will be the only one I ever work with moving forward. Although I have always been avid about working out, I had lost my way nutritionally and I gained over 50 pounds over the past 12 years in corporate America, of which 9 years included significant travel. The slow weight gain prevented me from seeing how out of shape I was, especially since I was still pretty consistent with working out.
After finally seeing myself, I knew I needed to change as my physical did not reflect my standard in life and what I was doing was no longer working. So, I evaluated a couple health/fitness/nutrition coaches. Jacob was the last one I spoke to and after one conversation, I knew he was my guy and I signed with him the next day.
The list of positives can go on and on with no negatives to report on. Jacob's demeanor, authenticity, attitude towards life, perspective, positive mindset, expertise, professionalism, presence, and his actual experience as a professional bodybuilder make him the absolute best in the business. I don't know about you, but one of my biggest issues with personal trainers is probably 95% of them aren't even in good shape. Jacob is not only in great shape, he embodies what he teaches and he brings the same discipline every day that he coaches his clients to bring. That is something I can get with. The guy is en fuego with his clients, in the trenches with them, digging every day towards the goal - one day, one bite, one rep at a time.
11 months after we started working together, I stepped on stage for my first physique show after losing 65 pounds with Jacob's health coaching and training program.
If the results don't tell the story about the experience I had with Jacob, I will add more context. He was there for me to educate me on the whole world of fitness and nutrition from his lens. I was always a low carb no carb guy in my 20's, and although it served me at the time, it no longer worked for me. Enter macros and Jacob's expertise...I had to learn a whole new world and he was there for me to educate me. He was also there through it all, including the mental/physical/emotional blips and road blocks while on the journey towards my goal, maintaining his positive attitude and keeping me positive along with him with consistent and responsive communication. Due to the program with Jacob, I actually saved money every month, even after incorporating the coaching fees, because I ate less overall, ate less expensive foods at home which I have come to love (i.e. bagels, pancakes, rice, fresh pasta, chicken, etc.), and did not eat out as much. Lastly, I had a very demanding job as a traveling executive. While I was on business trips and traveling, Jacob helped me pick the right things to eat and we would plan the nutrition for the week ahead of and around the travel to ensure I stayed on point through the business trip. Jacob made everything easy, fun, and fulfilling.
All in all, Jacob and his services are incredible and if you are looking to transform your physical fitness and health, to put in the work and dedicate yourself to a proven system and approach, and to loving what you see in the mirror every single day of your life, you are in the right spot...I assure you. Just go sign the contract and get started. See you on the other side!

I enlisted the coaching by Lmtlss and it was one of the best decisions of my life. It is life changing as I am down 40 pounds from where I started and I’m still going strong. I am also seeing better numbers in my overall health ie blood pressure, resting heart rate, lower blood sugar levels. This is why I believe LMTLSS personal training is truly effective. The consistency that Jacob has is what makes this gym incredible. This training space am I opinion is one of the best I’ve ever seen because of the strong community and proper approach to fitness. I would highly recommend going to Jacob at LMTLSS! I’ve been training with Jacob for the last few months and I have seen so many changes externally, but more importantly, internally. I’ve learned so much from him. He always makes sure I have the right form so I don’t get hurt and my body learns how to move properly. Retraining my body movement after years of doing things incorrectly is not easy, but his patience and support helps! He takes extra time after the training sessions to truly talk to me and ensure I’m in a good headspace along with always be available during off times. He really listens and cares. He takes time to help me with my diet. He helps me see how far I’ve come which only makes me know I’m in the right hands in my health and fitness with Jacob. If you are like me and just had a family and need to learn to take time for yourself, Jacob is one of the best decisions I made for ME and I suggest you take that step too!

For someone that has no experience with training seriously, Jacob is extremely professional while also being one of the most down to earth human beings that really helps you feel comfortable and motivated at your own pace. Jacob is easily the most challenging trainer I’ve worked with … just a beast!! I feel great after every session, my co-workers and friends noticed results early on, totally professional … he’s got a different workout scheme every time, he can read what I can handle on a given day — and piles it on anyway! — but always great conversation since he’s got a tremendous wide range of interests. I’ve been to a few personal trainers in my lifetime with this setup.
Typically what happens is they’re super tuned in to you for the first month or so… then they get concerned with new clients and you walk in and get mundane, poorly thought out workouts where you can tell they’re just thinking of them on the spot.
Not with Jacob at Lmtlss. I have been going for a while now and I am in better shape than I was in college.
Dude cares about his clients and takes PRIDE in what he’s doing.

I would highly recommend going to Jacob at LMTLSS! I’ve been training with Jacob for a year now. We first started off in home training but ever since the studio opened I see a huge change! I’ve learned so much from Jacob. It’s not about how many reps you do it’s about doing them right. Jacob always makes sure you have the right form so you don’t get hurt.
