I was trying to get a membership. I walked in and the blond young girl who was there was just on her phone, talking to another member and laughing and totally ignored me. When I approached her I asked her who I could talk to about a membership. She looked at me with a smirk and said,” well me.” I asked if I could talk to another person I had talked to before and she said they were not there there. I asked her a question and she was totally disconnected from what I was even saying. She said “sorry what?” I said, “never mine” and I walked out.

My husband and I purchased a lifetime membership approximately 8 years ago.
Pays in full on the spot when promotion was made .
We paid $600 and were sure we have a lifetime membership as it was promised.
Returning to the gym we found out our contract is not honored anymore.
We were canceled without notification or any explanation.
Contacting with the manager left a bitter taste: she was rude, and said we have to buy a new membership package.

When cardio equipment goes down, it takes them months before fixing it. Even their Sauna benches wasn’t replaced until months later. Maddog does the minimum, but expect you to pay the maximum price. i.e charge you their high annual fee, even though you canceled membership over thirty days prior. Avoid this place if you can.

The gym needs some proper attention. Need to fix the little things men’s restroom is always a mess & smells bad. Weights are all disorganized in the gym. Needs a new water bottle station as they never fixed it the past years. Needs to switch up the casino/elevator music vibe, you can’t workout with that kind of music lol. Need to be on top of the high school kids who always leave the gym a mess. Needs to Fix certain machines. Need to treat us gym members with new good equipment as there hasn’t been an upgrade in a while aside of the new used equipment.

Huge scam....3 months didn't feel comfortable canceled my membership was repeatedly charged 99$ on my credit card which I declined to pay. When I spoke to the man on the phone he told me it was a late charge and annual fee. He said he'd send it to collectors and hung up on me.

Just had an amazing gym session at this gym thanks to the owner! Super friendly and welcoming environment, the owner and staff guided me everywhere and made me feel welcome. I will say their gym equipment is elite, good stuff!

My wife and I were in town for a week. And needed a gym. We toured a few and found this one to be one the best in town.
The staff and the ownership are very polite and helpful. We were able to get a 1 week membership. All of the machines and equipment were clean and in working order as well as the facilities.

I have called numerous times and emailed to cancel my subscription over the last 4 years because myself and my husband relocated for the military and I have been told a couple times that it is cancelled and then I continue to get charged I do not understand why this is such an issue.

Facility is dirty, showers are filthy, equipment is old, and worn out. The hour and 45min I was there I only saw 1 person wiping equipment. MadDogs supplies paper towels and cleaners to wipe up after yourself, but the clientele just doesn't seem to do it. employees are nice and willing to help. Reasonable on pricing.

Phenomenal gym right in Bullhead City. As I was traveling for work I was expecting to find a gym that had limited hours and limited equipment. Mad Dog is exceptionally well equipped, accessible 24 hours and with great staff! Win-win!

Been a member for years
Love it there.. Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff place is always clean..
They have plenty of equipment and also dry Sauna's
Just don't pour water on the rocks cause people keep doing it one after another and it burns out the coils..
Then takes a while to replace the expensive parts..
And with the supply chain problems we may never get parts in a timely manner if at all
Hit the walls with water if you want steam..

Incidentally only the dry Sauna effect removes Fluoride the dangerous halogen from the body for those among us whom are Purists..

The Sauna does deep pore cleaning and is the only one around
Take care of it..
Anyhow i do recommend the gym..
Young or Old its a nice atmosphere and its always clean..

Robert from mad dog fitness isn’t a good business owner. I’ve moved from the area and I payed my statement fees in cash every month. 8 Months later from not going to the gym at they decide to charge my card without notice but never have I ever been charged from my card when I used to workout there. I tried speaking to them and they said I can’t get my money back. When I moved out of the area and never been charged from my card.

They tried putting me in collections after I cancelled my card because the couple times I went in to cancel my membership there was no manager available to do it and nobody answered my phone calls. Adrenaline rushing atmosphere. Decent equipmentp. Reasonable pricing on memberships.

Environment: The employees definitely do their part to keep the gym clean. No complaints whatsoever.

Cardio Equipment: Plenty of equipment during rush hours 4-7PM

Dumbbell's: There are plenty of weights and I believe they go up to 90 pounds 💪

Staff: Friendly and helpful, especially when I bug them to put my Yankees on the T.V. 😆

Recommendations: The gym should invest in towels and sell them for a reasonable price in case members forget their own.

Nice equipment. It can be a bit of a wait to use certain things as it is a smaller gym. This place is very clean! Sometimes it can be hard doing cardio when they are mopping because the cleaning products smell very strong, so if you are sensitive to cleaning products as I am, then you’ll have to workout around that. Other than that, I really enjoy working out at this gym.

This gym is honestly a bit ran down. Wobbly parts and seats on the weight machines, missing numbers on the weight plates, the showers are gross. You can feel a layer of scum on the shower door. This place could be so much better if there was any sort of regular maintenance. Just go to planet fitness it's better in every way and the same price.

Lots of treadmills and other aerobic machine different different classes and plenty of weights and machines, whoever the massage therapist at SPA ME has a magical touch she seems to feel out knots and pressure point to relieve pains that I have just loved with it truly was therapy! Well, I'm amazed at how bad this place has gotten. If you cancel your membership, like I did , get it in writing and put it in a safe spot, because you will be needing it to dispute them when they turn you over to collections.
