What a wonderful space... I've been to plenty of classes here and MY offers some great Restorative Yoga classes... My favorites are Wednesday and Sunday evenings. The studio has a great location next to Trader Joe's so I can combine some errands, it's always clean, and the Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mindful Yoga if you're in Tucson visiting or full-time.

Andrea is my favorite instructor. Yin practice is the most important to me because my daily life is full of striving. Andrea does a great job of giving me mental cues to shape my physical body, while simultaneously instructing my mind to release and relinequinsh myself to the Spirit portion of my being . Namaste

I have been practicing yoga for about 9 years now and tried Mindful Yoga several years ago because it is close to my home. I love the atmosphere, the range of classes it offers, the workshops it offers, and most of all its teachers. All of the teachers I have had are experienced, very knowledgable, and likable and have a range of personal expertise. . I recommend Mindful.

I have been going to mindful Yoga for about 4 yrs now. There is always a class for me, and all the instructers seem very knowledgeable and insight full in our practice incorporating mindful meditation and yoga together in most classes. The dedicated and knowledge teachers , class schedule and class options are diverse and plentiful , my interest is in core and back work , restorative and my favorite , Yin !
