I believe MY GYM’s photo and video consent policy should be reevaluated to better respect child privacy and parental rights. The current agreement grants MY GYM and MY GYM Enterprises broad copyright and usage permissions over photos or videos of children, including for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. This raises legitimate concerns in today’s digital environment, where facial recognition and AI technologies can use publicly shared images without consent.

As parents, we want our child to interact with other children, play, and exercise in a safe environment. However, this policy makes it difficult to feel secure about our child’s privacy and digital safety. It’s becoming increasingly hard to find places where children can socialize without the risk of their images being used online.

MY GYM should consider implementing an opt-in photo policy rather than a blanket consent. Parents should be asked individually if they agree to have their child photographed or recorded for promotional use. This approach would show greater respect for families’ boundaries and align with best practices in privacy protection and informed consent.

We love MyGym Tucson! We are so happy that they have been our neighbors for the past 15 years. We have several customers pop in everyday after their play time at MyGym and the parents and kiddos are always so happy with their experience there. A great weekly activity for kiddos 12 and under! My 4 year old loves the ninja class and each week is an exciting new challenge with a completely different obstacle course. The instructors show the kids in steps then have each child practice, with help as needed, to build confidence and skills. The baby class keeps my 1 year old (not quite walking independently yet) engaged and also allows for free exploration between activities. Open gym is a great benefit allowing kids to choose what they want to play outside of the weekly structured class. All the instructions are amazing with both of my kids and we are so glad we tried My Gym!

Such an awesome spot for a first birthday!! My son loved it. All of our baby guests were under 1 and they were having a lot of fun during the activities. The decorations were super cute and it was way less stressful to not have to do it myself. The balloon drop was the best part and it was a memory we’ll cherish forever! It seems like for older kids it’d be even more interactive and fun with the equipment they have in the gym. I definitely recommend if you want to do a birthday party here!

The employees are great and helpful. Employees often make or break a business and the employees at My Gym Tucson absolutely make it!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Within the first class, Ms. Morgan knew my twin babies by each of their names. All of the teachers now welcome us by name when we arrive. Also the twin discount is what makes it possible for us to attend. I highly recommend signing up! Taking a break for the holidays but will be back. 11/10 recommend ❤️

My Gym has been one of the best decisions we made for our kids . My kids love it and teachers are so energetic , polite , always accommodating . Ms. Gabby, Cassandra and Morgan are the ones we have seen the most . Everybody is super nice with kids . Did a bday party for my 3 year old and she had the best time ever with her cousins there . It’s a great fun place for kids. Taking all the precautions too in Covid times . The best . ❤️

We started bringing our son to the Tiny Tykes class when he was barely old enough. The amount of physical and cognitive development we've witnessed in him over the past few months is astounding and we are convinced that activities and exposure that My Gym provides is a huge part of that.

We've been to a few other My Gym locations around the country and what the Tucson location lacks in square footage (compared to the other gyms), it more than makes up for in sheer talent and quality of the instructors. They are an incredible group of people who are 100% committed to the kids they teach. You will find no better environment for your little ones.

Just got back home from my sons 3rd birthday party at My Gym and I can honestly say for my husband and myself that this was the first birthday party where everything was taken care of... the teachers kept the kiddos busy from the time we arrived until it was time to open presents. My son and all the children present wore a permanent smile throughout the entire party and there was even fun for adults. We had a blast got to engage and enjoy these precious moments and best part when we got home my son was out like a light lol. I would highly recommend My Gym as your next party location. My gym is a great place for little ones to get out their energy and be active. My three year old loved it! It's a good mixture of free play and organized fun. The teachers and the owner are amazing, friendly and made my little one feel so welcomed and cared for. She talked about the staff throughout the week when we were at home. Amazing, fun and active party! My son and all his friends had the best time! Highly, highly recommended this for birthdays (and classes too!)!!!

They did special games with an outer space theme. They kindly helped us put up a couple decorations and helped facilitate a memorable party for my son’s 5th birthday. It was a good mix of playing organized games and free fun just playing on all the equipment. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience!!

I can't say enough good things about My Gym in Tucson! I had just moved to Tucson and was desperate to find somewhere I could take my 8 month old son that was out of the heat and could stimulate him and get me out of the house. We signed up for a free class at My Gym, but figured I wouldn't enroll since it seemed expensive...but at our first visit we had so much fun and my son was just crawling around, drooling because he couldn't stop smiling! We enrolled the next day and I am blown away by the value of what you get. They pack a ton of activities, songs, exercises, and play into each class and the little ones get unlimited classes a week. Shoot, sometimes I go there more for me than for my son because it is just a happy place and full of caring people and other moms that I can get to meet as well (added bonus that my son wants to be there too!). I absolutely love the staff: Carlos, Gabby, Laurie, Amy...you guys rock! The moment we walk in the door the staff are calling out to my son and welcoming us. The owner, Kevin, is always there and is hilarious and you can tell he takes pride in having a place where kids can be safe, encouraged, challenged and learn. He even has special get togethers for moms ("Babies Day In") where they watch the kids while moms talk, eat, and get to see their little ones having fun! Thank you for all you guys do and for the new experiences each week!

When I got to gym to pick up my 2.5 year old daughter, she was asleep in a corner & they had used floor mats to keep the other kids away from her. Male attendant said as soon as he heard her whining he knew exactly what she needed so he rocked her in his arms & she fell asleep right away l. He said his siblings did the same thing so he knew what to do. Love this place!

I have only gone two times and only have a 4 month old baby, however, the teachers are very friendly and know what they are doing as far as I have seen. The programs are reasonably priced and overall, this has been a great experience for my wife and I as well as our son.
