Free with membership in Caremore or Silver Sneakers this pleasant gym offers monitored weight machine plans for every need as well as Chair Volleyball, Balance and Movement Classes, monthly movies and holiday get-togethers. In a few months of visits three times a week it increased my strength from being unable to lift my new born great grandson to lifting his +25 pound weight from the floor and carrying him over to my chair.

Taylor was my trainer for my first three visits. She was so very kind, friendly and patient with my beginners uncertainty. She is always an inspiration to return. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Nice, neat and clean for seniors!
