I’ve been working out with Patrick for over a year now, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. Patrick is knowledgeable, experience, and tailors every workout specifically to my needs. As a competitive athlete, I need to stay strong and conditioned without adding unnecessary muscle mass, and Patrick has done an incredible job creating a program that helps me meet those goals.
Every session with Patrick is fun, positive, and motivating. He’s personable, flexible with scheduling, and always encourages me to give my best. Having trained with different personal trainers over the past 28 years, I can confidently say that Patrick is by far my favorite-not just because of his expertise, but because of his genuine personality and positive energy.
I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a trainer who combines professionalism, skill, and an outstanding attitude.

A year ago January 2024 I wanted to lose weight and get back to a weight training routine. I didn’t know where to turn and started searching for a trainer. I came across PT (Patrick Thomas) Trainer.
Training with Patrick has been the best thing I have done for myself and my health I will be one to say, going to the gym has never been my favorite thing to do! It’s always a challenge to be at the gym. I complain, but get it done. Working out takes hard work and dedication. I’m happy to say, I have been training with Patrick for over a year and couldn’t be happier. His prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. Patrick’s knowledge and dedication has helped me tremendously in achieving my goal of losing 25 lbs. I am stronger and my physique has changed slowly but surely. I am fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in years! Patrick trains a variety of clients, and I am very happy to be part of his team. After a year of training with Patrick. I want to continue my journey and get stronger and healthier. You are THE BEST Patrick!!

I couldn’t say enough great things about Patrick! From the moment my mom and I started training with him, it was clear that he’s not only incredibly skilled but also truly passionate about helping people succeed. He’s attentive, professional and very positive. He has an amazing ability to tailor workouts to accommodate for any injuries or pains of the day and make each session fun. I have been training with Patrick for over 3 years. When I first started I was very intimidated because I was new to weight lifting. Meeting Patrick he set realistic goals for me and before I realized it I looked forward to my weekly workouts! Anytime I feel like I can’t lift heavier he is there encouraging me that I can do it! I have been training with Patrick for about 11 years on and off. I originally hired him to train before my wedding and loved him so much I had to keep coming back! This guy is different, real and unlike the rest! He is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Typically when my workout is over (an hour session) I’m like wow that went by really fast, because I feel like I’m catching up with a good friend.

I’ve always had a hard time prioritizing fitness and one day I decided to bite the bullet and give a personal trainer a shot - boy am I glad I did. Patrick and I have been training together for 2 years now, and in that time I’ve lost around 50 lbs and gained a significant amount of strength and muscle. I can now bench 225 lbs and reliably do pull ups, two things I have never been able to do but always dreamed of. I feel much more confident in my body and healthy all around. I only wish I had met Patrick sooner in my fitness journey ! One of the nicest people around, and he’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and patient . I have made some serious gain in strength and have improved my physique drastically since training with him along with losing a bunch of weight. He’s the only one who was able to explain Nutrition to me in a way that I could understand it and I always look forward to my sessions with him. His support and guidance are second to none and have meant the world to me. I recommend him for strength training and nutrition coaching without any hesitation.

Opted for muscle building training. He's highly experienced, fun to train with and economical too. Was able to see results in short span and he makes sure you're motivated as well. Plans workout for each individual needs and makes your learn to be independent. Highly recommend him!

Patrick is an awesome trainer. I am already seeing weight loss and body sculpting results. He individualizes the workouts based on your specific individual body needs. Degenerative discs in neck have been an issue for me, with Patrick’s expertise I am no longer seeing a Physical Therapist. Pain free and overall stronger and leaner with PT’s tailor made workouts. I've been training with Patrick for months now. He is great at writing programs that meet my specific needs. I've made incredible gains already in strength and flexibility. He is great at teaching proper form to prevent injury. He structures the workouts to get the maximum benefit. I look forward to going to the gym with him because he makes it fun and it is so cool to see my improvement form week to week. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!
