Fun delightful place to be! Great restaurants to choose from and very atmospheric! Plenty of bathrooms all around and very family friendly depending on what area you're in. Not too fond of the cigarettes that they allow, but all in all, it's a blast!

The coaches are amazing and very dedicated to not only the kids, but the parents as well. They interact with the kids on their level and are very caring. We have 5 kids on 3 different teams and they have all progressed amazingly throughout the year due to the hard work and dedication of the coaches, athletes, and their supporters.

Pinnacle athletics is truly an addition to our family. We have been with them since season 1 and the growth she has had with these coach’s is amazing. My daughter came to this gym with only a level 1 tumbling skills and now she is a level 4 athlete working on leveling up. She has truly had the best experience from being an athlete to crossing over on another team to being a jr coach in which she absolutely loved. This gym without a doubt is one of the greatest if not the greatest in town. My daughter has been cheering for 9 years and this year has been her best year. She started mid season and not only did the families welcome her in with open arms but the coaches made her feel so comfortable she fell in love with the sport all over again. I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate every single one of the staff members for all their hard work and dedication but also how grateful I am to be a part of this amazing family and how thankful and blessed I am to be able to finish the season off with you all.

In our 4years with pinnacle so far it’s been great. Of course it’s not perfect. There are nights our daughter comes home upset crying but addressing her feelings to coaches right away makes us feel confident that they actually care. I don’t agree on there decisions -a lot but OUR RESPECTS TO the owner and coaches are there.
Hope they would continue to challenge our daughter with her skills. One thing, on my own experienced the owner is Approachable also coaches

Our experience with the coaching staff with whom we interacted was very positive. The environment fostered by the coaches was encouraging and positive and my daughter made a lot of strides during her months at the gym in the tumbling class. However, my review is not great because of the gym's response after my daughter had a scary fall during practice. (This was the 3rd fall out of a tumbling pass in 2 sessions, and by far the most scary.) The coach made an incident report and, I felt, took all the appropriate steps at the time of the fall, but afterwards, I heard nothing from the gym. I emailed twice to request a meeting outside of practice times (so as not to disrupt the other athletes), but heard nothing. Eventually, my husband and I showed up during our daughter's normal practice time, and our coach was very willing to talk with us, but the gym showed no support to either her or us by showing up or communicating at all. Lesson learning from failures is a huge part of keeping people safe across all industries, it should be present in children's athletics, for coaches and students, and we saw no evidence of a standard procedure following a safety incident. If no assessment is made, how can there be an environment where that same mistake won't happen again? We are thankful that our daughter was ultimately ok, but the injury and the fall could have been quite severe. While we understand the risks we are taking by putting our daughter in tumbling, we feel as though a gym should be proactive after falls, not silent. I seriously hope that this is a "one-off" for this gym, and am not claiming this is how they behave after every safety event, but this was our experience. As of this writing, the fall occurred 2 weeks ago, and we have yet to hear any response from the gym.

Signed my daughter up for a cheer clinic and they canceled without telling notifying anyone. I left my house at 8am after waking my child, packing a lunch, and changing my work schedule. I drove 11 miles during morning traffic to a closed facility and now have to go 11 miles back home to drop my kid off. Beyond disrespectful. This is incompetency.

My daughter needed alot of help with confidence building, self esteem. She went through some trauma a few years ago that changed her completely. This gym has been more then a gym for my kids. The staff are amazing. The coach's really care about the kids and genuinely have a passion for what they do. They arnt afraid to tell the kids to act right, and correct where needs be to stay safe and master their skill. Its important to have a coach who cares enough to be honest. The only issue we have had is with registration and billing. Its been confusing but theres parents there that are pretty helpful to. We came in October so teams were already formed we just missed alot. So joining an established team has been rough but everyone is friendly. I would just display some patience for that and not let that discourage you. It has that small family run buisness vibe. Be patient and consistent and youll get it worked out. Not a huge issue. I honestly wish started my girls here sooner. Its been amazing for both my girls even my sons love coming to watch their sisters, and the coaches treat all my kids like they are part of the team. I wish I could afford to put them all in the programs, truly what a blessing this place has been. I look forward to many more years with Pinnacle.

I dont usually write reviews. I withheld my public judgement for a year. So many things can happen in a year. I am ready to tell you about Pinnacle Athletics. Not about what could happen. But about what DID happen. Please keep in mind that I am extremely hard to please and difficult to handle.
One year ago we hesitantly agreed to try something new. My cheerleader was dissapointed in her current gym. She loves deeply. She wasnt upset by a losing season. She wasnt that disturbed by her lack of progress. She was incredibly sad about the relationships that had exhausted her. She was just done. She contemplated leaving allstar cheer.
Then a breath of fresh air. While we were still hesitant, competing at a professional level runs through every fiber of my cheerleader, so we tried out Pinnacle Athletics. Long story long, after a year, not only did my cheerleader receive her first ever bid to Summit (not a wildcard, not a freebie, but an AT LARGE BID), she has upped her abilities in every aspect. Would she have been successful anywhere. Probably. She is incredible, driven, and hopeful. BUT here is the difference. She had FUN! She was part of a squad like I have never seen before. They not only tolerated each other...but grew to love each other. They werent teammates, they are family. AND even I made some rad friends. The families at Pinnacle make every obstacle almost enjoyable.
So thats my story. After a year, I signed that contact for season 2.
I attribute the success to the overall culture at Pinnacle Athletics. The goal is to reach the peak. The coaches and staff foster the relationships. Of course they create an environment of hard work, diligence, perseverance, and success. But, they do it by caring for each athlete and their unique strengths. They build a strong team by focusing on the individuals. We love our Pinnacle family. Reach. Climb. Conquer.

Pinnacle Athletics is not just a gym it’s our second home and our extended family! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in just a few months time with her technique, tumbling and flying skills. I cannot say enough good things about Leann and the staff she has employed from the coaches to the business manager all their hearts are in it for the kids! They are role models and coach the kids up in a safe environment that pushes our athletes to be the best they can be all while having fun.

Pinnacle athletics is an amazing place to learn and grow! I cheer here and since my last gym my tumbling technique and skills have gotten 100x better. My stunting skills have gotten better than I could have ever imagined them! All of the staff is amazing, they are so friendly and helpful. They will never stop believing in you and they will always help you to try new things! I also LOVE the gym! It is so clean and it is a very professional area. The athletes are also very nice. Overall I love pinnacle athletics and it is the best place I have ever cheered.

Pinnacle Athletics has been amazing in helping my daughters achieve their goals.

My youngest daughter is so excited to go to cheer practice and her tumbling skills have gotten sharper. My eldest daughter has been taking private lessons and has improved after every lesson.

The gym is very spacious and clean with plenty of storage space for the athletes to keep their belongings while practicing. The coaches there are all amazing and really focus on having a strong foundation and then start advancing their skills.
