I don’t get why custodial employees have to use their machines while patrons are in close proximity. I witnessed “first hand”, employees knocking around patrons during regular hours. Maybe they’ll figure it out when their doors are permanently locked.

Terrible staff. I don't understand why PF employees have to vacuum, clean up around you, as you work out. They literally hit the machine I'm using. Can't they vacuum and clean up during closing hours or low volume times? This place will be shut down soon just like the "You Fit" gym before it. No common sense. After this happened several times, I stopped going there.

One of my favorite locations. I've only encountered one rude staff member out of many kind ones. This seems to be the only location I can actually turn the tornado wind current off in the tanning machine and that actually took the time to program music into the machine. I believe they have the meditation pod. I'm glad that they have the yoga/ pilates floor area separated in the back so my service animal can lay near me out of the way of others.
The only complaints I have is the male that has a personal issue with dogs so he pitched a fit that I have a service animal, but no one else has had a problem with her and I haven't seen him here lately. And why aren't they open 24/5, like the rest? I thought they were open 24hrs, that's why I drove over here. No they're closed!

No worn out like other Planet Fitness. No cracked vinyl or broken machines. Because the place is smaller, there is not as many machines. Only one of each weight machine. Not as busy as other sites, but I was there early

Terrible experience. I froze my account from April to June 2025 while I was overseas. I missed payments for June and July, but when I returned, I went to the gym on August 13, paid what I owed, and cancelled my membership. A week later, I was still charged a $20 late fee and $25 for August, even though I had already cancelled and paid everything. I’ve tried multiple times to speak with a manager, left messages, and even sent an email. No one has gotten back to me. It feels like I’m begging for someone to simply talk to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication. Also, the fact that you can’t cancel your membership online is ridiculous. Why make the process so inconvenient unless it’s just a way to keep charging people who’ve moved on or forgotten? If a signature is required, just use DocuSign.

I had an issue with my membership and Cole helped me right away. Cole has fantastic customer service skills and is friendly and super helpful. They gym itself is meticulous, clean and very big. I am so happy I chose this location as my home location. Thanks again.

I've been a longtime member of PF and have been to locations in CA, TX, NV, and all over AZ. While this one doesn't have some of the fancy equipment like others might, this is by FAR my favorite planet fitness!

It's also the cleanest of any PF I've ever been to, and the staff are all lovely. I've yet to utilize the personal trainer, but there never seems to be a day im there that he isn't working with multiple people.

I work near this one and live near another, but I will drive to this one when I have the chance. 10 stars!

Extremely rude staff who refuse to cancel a membership online or over the phone. The only reason for this is to try to get as much money out of people as they can, even when they know that they are no longer using their memberships. Fortunately the FTC rules to address this will go into affect this year, and I imagine PF will take a big hit when they can no longer use their scammy tactics to steal people's money.

Well organized equipment areas and the trainer, Garret is awesome! Even though the training is free with membership, Garret is educated and very knowledgeable about muscle groups and how they work together. He’s put together a good program for me. The gym is very clean, but of course you’ll notice the entitled people who feel others should clean behind them. I’m happy I finally made the move and joined. I look forward to results!

The No Judgement Policy. The sense of humor that makes getting started and to keep going more fun. The people running the place are very nice and genuinely wanted to help me. Another gym had several salesman trying to sell me personal training before I even toured the gym and were annoyingly aggressive. There were a bunch of them young men all competing with each other for your money. None of them could answer any in debt questions so they are just there to take your money. Planet Fitness does not charge me extra for the trainers help. I was shocked and appreciative because often a quick drill on the machines one time is not enough for a lot of us. I have never had any gym offer so much help to get people started and keep people going . Garret the Trainer is a gem! He is patient and very knowledgeable and has me on track! The machines are all named and even count your reps for you! That and free massages either before or after you work out. The gym is kept very clean and the front desk help are very friendly and nice too.

I love my Planet Fitness location. I finally feel good about coming back and am very eager and excited to keep going. My passion for my self improvement has been ignited by falling in love with myself and coming to workout here. The best part of this gym is that so far, it's not terribly busy and the equipment offerings are currently meeting my expectations and skill level!

Living the van life I go to lots of PF across the country and this is one of the worst. Two cardio machines I used wobbled,The fluorescent lights are so close to the tvs that all I seen on most televisions was glare, cleaning stations are hidden along the walls, very musty in the bathroom and if there is a water filter on thier water fountain its completely shot. This location was clearly built with cost savings as the number one goal. With so many good PF nearby I would avoid this location if you can.

This establishment is relatively new. It's a much smaller area, not as much equipment as other Planet Fitness locations. The back area is still extremely hot, no air circulation and air is not being blown in (maybe some floor fans would surely help). Out of the five locations we visit frequently, this one plays their music extremely loud that even headphone or earbuds don't drown it out. This location is closest to our home but we travel further to a store because of the heat, noise, and claustrophobic feel. I like happy employees but almost every time we were here the front desk people talk, laugh, and joke around so loud you can hear them way back in the 30 minute room.

VERY clean and great selection of weight machines and equipment. We’ll spread out. My only complaint is that the lighting is extremely bright and it’s hot. This will be my go-to location from now on because it’s so nice and new, but I hope they at least work out the A/C. Most Planet Fitness locations are well cooled, but I’m sure the lighting increases the temp. Overall, great location.

First and foremost... staff is professional and helpful... only great experiences with my visits there...

However... something very delicate regarding the facility I noticed on my visit on Wednesday, April 19... I like to get my workout done early so I enjoy my day ....I visited the gym like I normally do at 5 am. As soon as I opened the front door, I perceived a smell that I couldn't identify right away... after a fer sniffes I pinpoint what it was accordingto my bloodhound skill... .. Natural Gas... !!!! I mentioned it to the front staff, and the young man just nodded his head. This one being first time I saw this reception clerk... I proceeded to do my cardio, trying to ignore or somehow trying to tick my senses... IMPOSSIBLE!!! I am not sure about the rest of humanity, but for me, it is a big deal to wake up at 4:00 am. to get myself to the gym, so I thought... I am here might as well get it done... bad decision... smelling the what I think it's Natural Gas for one hour straight wasn't smart... I pretended I was okay and mentioned the smell on my way out again... this time to a reception member I had interaction with before... he indeed agreed with me saying "I mentioned it before, but I was told it is the HVAV ducts' smell... "
This tells me the facility has already dealt with some issues regarding SMELLS...

I just want to have a safe place to do my workout, a place that won't give me sharp headaches throughout the day because of the whatever smell they have issues with... I was and still am very thrilled this gym has been opened, I am just asking to the management to look into this concern since it can bring bad consequences if something is happening with SMELLS...

Please help me to retake my trust in this facility by reassuring this is going to be addressed ...

I have been Working Out for Years & this is the 1st Time Any Associate has approached me about carrying a Little Bag while I Workout,.. I carry a small bag for my Big A** IPhone which Sucks in my pocket,.. Was approached & told I couldn’t carry my Bag While I Workout!! ( Promise I Won’t Steal A 10lb Dumbbell) ,.. So this gym is a sweat box. Never had this issue at any other PF. The two times I've spoke to two separate employees I was told. Sweating is good for you burns fat. Also was told oh the lights are making heat. I work in HVAC. This is total BS. Also sweating does not equate to calories burned. Maybe if you had said "oh the ac is broke?." Seems to work just fine at the other locations.

I originally liked this gym, visited 4 times, the 4th time a staff member came and harassed me about wearing sandals and told me I’d have to leave b/c I didn’t have sneakers readily available. Harassing someone about wearing sandals on closed machines is the dumbest thing I’ve ever encountered. Felt very gymtimidated, I don’t recommend this location. What liability is there with wearing sandals on closed machines? I.e. where the weights are inside the machine, no sense made whatsoever.

It's a simple looking square building from the outside, you would think it's a much smaller location but when you get inside it's much bigger. Also the finishing/decoration is new and good quality. Talk about clean, that it is!

Sunday night at 7 pm the place was just about empty, the good news is no waiting for equipment, bathroom or showers.

The limited amount of exposure to the staff was very good. The first time I saw an employee hustle to check me in (as if the customer was important) instead of doing the bare minimum (as if 'i get there when I get there').

First and only time I give a 5 star to a gym.

This is what I call getting your money's worth, so support those who deserve it.

Could there be improvements, always and at every business but we'll leave that alone this time for this PF.

Brand new gym and equipment! Staff has been friendly and the facility is cleanly. However, the bright fluorescent lighting is a bit expensive and there is not much open floor for stretching and core. They’re almost always mopping which is great but also makes it difficult to do hiit and functional training. Layout of the equipment also makes it difficult to watch yourself in the mirrors.

I first off lemme say the people at the front desk are super nice
but I think planet fitness is for the beginner but almost pointless for someone whos weightlifting at least in my experience 3 major things for me are …

1. You can’t have a gym bag on the fitness floor
- I assume this is to help with theft but it’s inconvenient for me bc I have my own gear I wanna use and can’t unless I carry it in my hands

2. They don’t have a bench that is designed for you to sit down with your upper arms resting on a surface that is slightly tilted inward specifically used for preacher curls and better form

3. CANT train GLUTES HERE

The have a slim selection of straight bar weights starting at 10lbs I believe possibly 20 but stop at 60lbs and they don’t have a glute bridge machine so I can’t really do hip thrust at this gym because 60lbs is not enough I could use the smith machine but that is doing to much trying to get the bench underneath it where it should be going back in forth

This is a great gym for newcomers but highly unusable for weightlifting in my experience 🏋🏽‍♂️
