Well, after reading all the bad reviews, we were a bit hesitant to try this location while visiting friends in town. Instead, we left wondering why there were any bad reviews to begin with. Super clean, not busy, bathrooms and showers were immaculate and everyone was friendly, it was nothing like was described before. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks, PF Team! The men's room has 3 showers but only one toilet. Absolutely inexcusable. This one star rating will stand until they actually do something about this instead of acting as if they are helpless.

Whoever made the decision that men only need one toilet but somehow 3 showers made sense - they should be fired.

To the owner: Don't waste your breath replying here and just solve this very simple problem with actions and not words.

Just moved here from the city. I'm used to planet fitness being 24 hours. So as a bartender that likes to workout after work this place is pretty pointless. Also they have 3 showers and only one changing stall and the stall is huge, could have easily made 2 stalls but decided to go the cheapest possible option instead of spending a few extra dollars to be customer friendly.
Otherwise this is a good gym just run in the cheapest way possible

Calling out planet fitness. This place scams you and steals your money. I had a membership and after a while told them to cancel it because we do not use the membership as much as we wanted to. Life got busy. They refused to cancel us and put us on a 3 month pause. Then after three months they said we could cancel. It's been two months and 3 weeks and they took out a payment before three months. I called and asked them to cancel, I don't want your services and to reverse payment they refused. Now their telling me we sir u have to wait another 3 months to cancel. Thieves this place is. Sickens me that someone would keep stealing from people after they asked repeatedly to cancel. Buyers beware, stay away from this place.

Most of the workers are pretty good. But the last thing I want to do is worry about someone else's pet while I'm at the gym. I just followed a dog with a disgustingly swollen vigina to the men's locker room. I kinda want to puke. Been working out here at the Kingman PF for over two years and have worked out at several others PF gyms as well. It’s a great place to work out! Great staff and good people using the gym. It’s clean and when a piece of equipment breaks they get it fixed the same day or the next day most times. Bathrooms are clean and good WiFi as well.

I would give it a higher rating, as I do like the place and I am a Black card member. But no one enforces the 30 minute Express workout area. You have people using it for their reps on one machine, others sitting there on their phones. On lady uses it as her personal stretching area and gets upset if you happen to get there 1st and place your water bottle on the ledge. So, in short just enforce the rules, so people that just want to workout and not talk for 30 minutes while standing in the way. After all some us have a hard enough time just getting to the gym, only to be faced with disrespectful people, not fallowing simple rules.
Management I hope your hearing me, because I'm sure I'm not the only one. Please enforce your existing rules.

Terrible! Small facility. Small parking area. Dirty! Showers are so small that even I was claustrophobic and I don’t suffer from that! The water is barely warm, the shower pipe is falling out of the wall and the water pressure from the tiny shower head is too much it actually hurt.

I have been to many PF all over this country coast to coast and this one I would not recommend at all. I won’t come back.

Every time I walk in the gym I always feel welcomed. The general manager, Steven, is a great guy and always fixes issues in a professional and kind manner. One of the members that stood out the most is Jovida. Jovida is always super energetic and motivational! She’s always working super hard and trying to make everybody happy.

3/5 it's a good clean gym, the staff doesn't bother you, and it's not normally an issue to get to a machine you'd like to use. Biggest problem can be other gym goers. I am noticing more and more people sitting on machines for extended time on their phones. I don't mind if you are changing music, or flexing in the mirror, but to sit on 1 of 2 specific machines and text for 10 minutes between each set is a minor inconvenience.

Overall a decent gym. Yes they have the "gymtimidation" policy meaning it's not great for powerlifters, but for any average Joe it's a nice gym. Very clean, plenty of machines. There are free weights, but a limited selection. There's room to do ab workouts. Also a massage room. I would recommend any average Joe here. Does tend to get a little busy, but not crowded

Make sure you keep ur stuff locked up my gym bag with new wrist straps and other new bat pad and other gym stuff got stolen I asked if they would check camera's and was told they dont work and have not worked . Most judgmental gym I ever been to ..cant have a gallon of water. Because only (fit pepple) carry them..cant make no noise while lifting weights..never have I or especially my husband felt to unwanted at a gym. Maybe if they where not sp rude to people who really want to work out they have more members. If your looking for a real gym .House of gains is way more welcoming.

Aside from the guest WIFI, which does not work properly, everything about the Kingman location is as close to perfect as you can get! In fact, every staff member, including the GM, is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! It’s also one of the top 10 cleanest PF’s in the U.S. I would give it a 4.5 star rating out of 5 due to the inadequate guest WiFi. Love this location!

Tonight was interesting went back again to work out same time as normal. Parked our bikes in the same location as the last two months. Immediately got harassed by Alex and Stephanie we are assumingely instructed by BAD MANAGER STEVEN. again. Directing his employees in a negative manor towards guest. They refused to scan our QR code until we moved bikes. So we went to work out anyway. Then went to tan. They refused to allow me to tan. And then proceeded to revoke my membership. Due to breaking club policy. Which there is no such bike parking policy. Then forged our signature. Alex was very mouthy and verbally abusive. When I said I was voice recording the conversation. He said I can’t do that. But the cameras above our heads are recording our conversation so what’s the difference. Alex proceeded to belittle my husband and refuse him access to anything even after we had said we spoke to the owner and or corporate about the issue. What’s going on in this world where you can’t park a bike ? The bikes do not inhabit the doors from fully opening. They do not block the flow of traffic. It’s only because we made a cleanliness and inappropriate conversations at the front desk and the constant 4 course meals being eaten in front of you when you check in so now we are being harassed over parking a bike. That we have done for over 3 months. Because STEVEN got bent out of shape and couldn’t take ownership to some minor complaints. Sad.

I am very impressed with the culture of this gym. I’ve used a dozen other competitor gyms and always felt judged to the point I didn’t even want to show up to get healthier. Here, I don’t have that anymore. Planet Fitness is a place I can go to be alone with myself, improve my mental and physical health, and feel confident and safe to show up. Also, I’m very impressed with how cleanly this place is. The amenities feel like a spa day after a long workout. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I love this place. I wish we could drop the weight or they had a little more for free standing weight but over all it’s amazing. Wish they had a speed bag but I don’t think any of them do. I love the affordability and convenience of Planet Fitness. There are always plenty of options, and I can rest assured the locker rooms, and women’s bathroom will be clean.
