Entre a los baños y sentada en el escusado un muchacho diciendo perdón, perdón no sabia de donde salía la voz. Un muchacho dentro de lis baños entro a poner papel del baño. Me queje con la manejadora y dice que ellos pusieron un sigh que están trabajando hombres pero tienen que conocer sus limites si hay mujeres sentadas en los escusados o en esta area y cerciorarse que no hay mujeres para poder entrar. No había mas que un sign que dice caution que ponen cuando trapean y no había ni un sign diciendo hombres trabajando en esa area. En los baños se ve por en medio de las puertas. Si tienen solo hombres trabajando tienen que asegurarse de no dejar entrar a nadie en lo que terminan. Muy incomodo uno limpiándose ahi y un hombre hablándote por fuera osea no los entrenan y los chicos muy poco criterio.

The gym has a decent layout and offers a variety of equipment when everything is working. However, during busy hours the prolonged downtime of several machines limits the workout options and can lead to long wait times for the few machines that are still operational. It's disappointing to see that the management hasn't taken any visible steps to resolve these issues.

Overall, while the gym has potential, the neglect in maintaining the equipment significantly detracts from the experience.

Nogales Arizona planet fitness sucks they this stupid policy that people can’t put their Electric scooter folded inside and they even have a stand outside for bikes to be locked with a chain I had to leave outside and be checking every 15 minutes of my workout in Washington people could come in with their bikes inside as long as they are not in the way it’s ok

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for over 15 years. I've never wanted to transfer out of one until I joined this gym. If you are going to enfore rules, you should have signs posted and also list them on the website. Yet, the signs that are posted (no cellphone use on the floor or in the locker room) are useless because the employees allow it. I also wish they would fix the lights in the shower area and the broken showerhead which has been that way since I joined almost 3 months ago.

Great location in almost every aspect. Nice staff and of course being a new facility everything is in good order. I am only disappointed in that it is the only business in Nogales not enforcing the use of face coverings during this Covid crisis. The locations in Tucson for example require masks at all times even during cardio and at stations. Cleaning stations should have hand sanitizer as well. The policy at this location places other members at risk. During exertion infection is most likely to spread and that is when masks are not required. This irresponsible behavior is why the infection rate continues to increase. Now that we have passed through the worst of the pandemic it is fair that I add to my review. I continue to enjoy using this location. Great people on staff and fellow members are pretty courteous people especially the youthful members. By today’s culture across the country residents of Nogales stand out as great examples of courtesy

I just met with Dalia Alcoverde and Denia Lugo at the PF in Nogales, Arizona. I wanted to express how well they treated me and how considerate they were in helping me prepare a gift membership for my 15 y/o.

The main selling point like most PFs are the cardio machines but the various stations or areas are nice in terms of motivated ng me to remember to do the functional exercises as well as the more popular ones. love, Love, LOVE this PF! Been a member at THIS one for over a year and the place is spotless clean (they are constantly cleaning everything, no matter what time you go in) and the staff is great! The equipment is kept in great condition, the restrooms are spotless and the vibe is upbeat!

This franchise just let me go. They said the reason was because of my attitude. This was striking to me being that I have actually received many compliments on my graceful personality, great customer service, remebering very many of the members names and faces, willingingness to go above and beyond for them, all of this I can attest to being that they recently left me great reviews on here as well. Today I was even told by a member that I was the best they had there. I was never given any write ups, was never late, never called in nor violated any of the policies. In fact I did a very good job to help the manager and staff organize and keep the establishment clean and welcoming. I will miss seeing all the regulars I came to know and I appreciate all the kind words that you have said to me during my time here. I think they made a huge mistake by letting me go without very good reasons at all.

Here for the first time today so my son could take advantage of the great teen summer program. Myself and my daughter sat at the tables to wait. The we were told we could not be there as she is not 13 and the front desk person pointed at the signs posted. The signs specifically state kids under 13 cannot be sitting there unattended. Horrible place tbh! Can’t even wear a cut off shirt. Honestly I don’t even feel comfortable working out here I always feel like they are watching me and judging me over what I wear.
